The Rammang-Rammang ecotourism area in Maros Regency, South Sulawesi, has tourism potential but is not yet supported by a digital promotion strategy. Data shows that 82% of tourism operators have not been able to utilize digital media to promote the area, while 91% of tourists access destination information through social media and digital platforms before visiting. This community service activity aims to improve digital literacy competency through training in creating digital media and ecotourism promotional videos, developing a community empowerment model based on educational technology that integrates ecotourism potential with digital skills. This activity uses a participatory action research approach with a project-based learning training method involving 45 participants consisting of youth, tour guides, and ecotourism managers for 3 months. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test for pretest-posttest data, descriptive analysis for survey data, and thematic analysis for qualitative data. The results showed an increase in participants' digital literacy competency by 67% (from an average score of 34.5 to 57.6 on a scale of 100). Participants produced 38 digital media content and 15 ecotourism promotional videos. After the content was uploaded, social media engagement increased by 156% and tourist visits increased by 23%.
