Abstract

This study uses bibliometric analysis and visualization of VOS viewer software to display a graphical conception of bibliographic data, including cocitation and co-occurrence of keywords. The discussion on organizational climate and job satisfaction began to show an increase in the early 2000s until 2018. From early 2020 until now, there has been a decline in the discussion on organizational climate and job satisfaction. The author sees this as an opportunity for new article writers to return to conducting studies and research on organizational climate and job satisfaction. The documents used for analysis in this study were obtained only from the Scopus.com database. This study uses documents published in journals between 1969 and 2022 by building a graphical analysis using the VOS viewer. It is suggested for future research that it is necessary to analyze the journal publications from a wider variety of databases such as JSTOR, Google Scholar, Science Direct, Emerald Insight, and Directory of Open Access Journal widely. This study reports on the significant developments noted by the journal over the years and provides the appropriate information needed for authors writing articles, particularly research in human resource management (HRM). The results of the study present a complete bibliometric analysis and identify the main trends of publication in the Scopus.com journal, especially in the HRD field, data taken from 1969 to 2022.

Abstract

Domestic MSMEs that are highly competitive, innovative and creative are able to expand the ASEAN Economic Community market. However, there are problems that often hinder the development of MSMEs in Deli Serdang Regency, namely weak institutional and individual factors, for this reason efforts are needed to increase the growth of MSMEs with competitive strategies, especially in facing the AEC. The method used is a literature study using descriptive analysis techniques and qualitative research. The results of this research are Porter's Five Forces model consisting of: threat of new entrants, strength of supplier's bargaining position, strength of buyer's bargaining position, threat of substitute or substitute products, strength of competition or competitors, has not been sufficiently applied to MSMEs in Deli Serdang Regency and is very It is necessary to develop a model with the addition of 2 more indicators that will support MSMEs to be able to survive, compete and excel in facing the ASEAN Economy. Community (AEC), namely: Governance, Innovation Capability and Mastery of Technology, Effective Low Cost Strategy for MSMEs in Deli Serdang Regency. This can be seen from the expected goals for business actors (MSMEs), namely being able to increase profits by reducing costs and setting prices which is in accordance with the average industry and business actors (MSMEs), can increase market share by applying lower prices and still achieve or obtain adequate profits from each sale of products or services because costs have been reduced.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of service motivation as a mediating variable for self-efficacy, competence and organizational commitment on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus. A random sampling approach was used to randomly select 209 respondents. Questionnaires were used to collect data. SEM-PLS with structural equation modelling (SEM) was used for data analysis. Service motivation is the most dominant variable in influencing performance. It is recommended for policy makers to motivate the State Civil Service Apparatus in terms of carrying out their work, having good health in carrying out their duties, having more confidence, having high integrity, being skilled in carrying out tasks, being able to adapt to colleagues well. Furthermore, it is also necessary to increase the role of self-efficacy, competence, training, and commitment from the organization, so that all supporting components to improve performance can go hand in hand for the progress of the organization. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengevaluasi dampak Celebrity Endorsements dan Influencer terhadap kinerja pemasaran dengan mempertimbangkan peran media sosial pada konsumen Shopee di Bandung, khususnya di lingkungan Universitas swasta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis jalur dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Populasi penelitian ini ialah pengguna aplikasi Shopee yang ada di lingkungan Universitas swasta di Bandung. Sebanyak 140 orang dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Celebrity Endorsements dan Influencer memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap media sosial, serta media sosial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Selain itu, Celebrity Endorsements dan peran Influencer juga berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran melalui media sosial sebagai variabel intervensi.

Abstract

The era of globalization where every company must compete to maintain and develop its existence, including PT Salim Ivomas Pratama. The main activities of PT Salim Ivomas Pratama start from research, seeding, processing to marketing, the complexity of all activities at PT Salim Ivomas Pratama must be supported by qualified employees and good human resource management. . One of the important elements to improve employee performance is motivation and work discipline. While  the reward and punishment  system plays a role in maintaining the motivation of high-performing employees. The study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance with reward and punishment as mediation variables. Quantitative research using SEM-PLS analysis with the help of SmartPLS application version 3.0. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire with a total of 132 respondents. The results of the study found that reward and punishment variables  mediate work motivation variables on employee performance by providing a positive and significant influence shown through calculated values of 2.441< 1,979 tables and p-values of   0.015  < 0.05. Furthermore, reward and punishment can mediate between the variability of work discipline on employee performance positively  and significantly indicated by a calculated value of 4.323< 1,979 ttable and p-value  0.000< 0.05Keyword: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance and Reward And Punishment

Abstract

pengabdian ini menganalisis model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PJBL) dan Peningkatan Literasi Media dalam Pembelajaran (IPA) di SD Negeri 060824. Model PJBL digunakan sebagai pendekatan pembelajaran yang mendorong siswa untuk terlibat dalam proyek berbasis tugas yang relevan dengan kehidupan nyata, sementara literasi media mengajarkan siswa untuk mengakses, menganalisis, dan menggunakan berbagai media pembelajaran secara efektif dan kritis. Laporan ini menguraikan latar belakang, tujuan, implementasi, manfaat, dan evaluasi dari penguatan model pembelajaran PJBL dan literasi media dalam pembelajaran IPA. Pembahasan meliputi kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang mempengaruhi penggunaan media pembelajaran digital, kebutuhan pembelajaran abad 21 yang membutuhkan adopsi teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran, dan pentingnya pembelajaran digital, serta pentingnya media pendidikan dalam memahami dan menggunakan ilmu pengetahuan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penguatan model PJBL dan literasi media mencakup penguatan model PJBL dan literasi media kepada guru, pengembangan media pembelajaran yang sesuai, serta pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran yang melibatkan siswa secara aktif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan kemajuan siswa dalam pemahaman konsep IPA, pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis, dan penguasaan literasi media. Kesimpulan dari laporan ini adalah bahwa penguatan model pembelajaran PJBL dan literasi media memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran IPA di SD Negeri 060824. Namun, penguatan ini membutuhkan dukungan yang berkelanjutan dan evaluasi terus-menerus untuk memastikan efektivitas implementasi model ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to understand the Handling of Student Injuries during the time of the Sports Teachers at Eria High School. The service was carried out at Eria Junior High School. Data collection techniques used include observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in research took place simultaneously with the data collection process. It was achieved using three phases of the model, namely data redaction, data synthesis, and data verification. Based on data analysis from the initial survey conducted at Eria High School, it can be concluded that there were still a lot of anxiety around Olympic fencing training. There was training for understanding that was more basic and easy to implement based on the results of discussions on handling injuries to students. It can be done based on personal experience. For this reason, this service was carried out for training. The results of the discussion were  presented by socialization and instructions with the aim of assisting teachers and students. By providing scientific knowledge in the field of handling sports injuries using the RICE method,  it is expected to make it easier for teachers and students in Eria Junior High School.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kapabilitas kerja dan perilaku kerja inovatif terhadap kinerja karyawan di PTPN III Kota Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksplanatori. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PTPN III Kota Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada divisi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan yang berjumlah 44 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hipotesis, analisis korelasi dan koefisien determinasi. Namun sebelumnya dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa (1) Kapabilitas kerja memiliki nilai t hitung 2,114 lebih besar dari t tabel 2,021 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,040. Nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari ? (0,05), maka kapabilitas kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengaruhnya signifikan. Besarnya pengaruh kapabilitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PTPN III Kota Medan yaitu sebesar 0,285 atau 28,5%. (2) Perilaku kerja inovatif memiliki nilai t hitung 2,250 lebih besar dari t tabel 2,021 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,029. Nilai signifikan perilaku kerja inovatif lebih kecil dari ? (0,05), maka perilaku kerja inovatif berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PTPN III Kota Medan, besarnya pengaruh perilaku kerja inovatif terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,303 atau 30,3%. (3) kapabilitas kerja dan perilaku kerja inovatif secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PTPN III Kota Medan karena F hitung lebih besar dari F tabel (7,612>3,23). Dan pengaruhnya signifikan karena nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari nilai alpa (0,000<0,01).

Abstract

Research background: Human resources as an important component in improving organizational performance require competency development and the granting of authority and responsibility in a planned, directed and strategic manner. This research describes the strategy of BRI Unit Marendal 1 Medan in improving employee performance through an approach to individual characteristics and work discipline. Purpose of the article: Based on the research results, it can be concluded as follows: (1) Strategy for improving employee performance through the approach: (a) Employee Abilities and Skills, that the abilities and skills at BRI Unit Marendal 1 Medan, namely employees, will be directed to what job description employees must carry out. (b) Work Motivation, that work motivation at BRI Unit Marendal 1 Medan is more towards where employees need a job because they have the motivation to earn income and survive. (c) Leadership, leadership at BRI Unit Marendal 1 Medan tends to be a democratic leadership style that involves cultural and communicative values. Methods: This research is field research. This research approach uses a qualitative approach. In this qualitative approach, data is obtained using a comprehensive approach using interviews, direct observation and scientific studies. The data processing techniques in this research are as follows: (a) Predetermined systematics (display), (b) Selecting data that is relevant to the discussion (reduction), (c) Drawing conclusions (conclusion). Findings & value added: The impact of the strategy to improve employee performance through the approach: (a) Compensation, that compensation at BRI Unit Marendal 1 Medan is the compensation given by BRI Unit Marendal 1 Medan to its employees which is quite adequate with the aim of this compensation being able to motivate employees in working and also to welfare of employees. (b) Career, regarding careers at BRI Unit Marendal 1 Medan, career advancement at BRI Unit Marendal 1 Medan is carried out by looking at the extent to which employees are loyal and demonstrate their achievements at work.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to provide training to lecturers at UPMI University so that they can improve their digital competence in creating visually-based teaching materials using Canva . This activity also aims to foster lecturers' creativity in developing more engaging and easily understood teaching materials, as well as to enhance student involvement in the learning process. The research method employed in this activity is a training method that includes the introduction of basic theory, hands-on practice, and mentoring for lecturers in using the Canva application. The training is conducted step-by-step, allowing lecturers to create their own teaching materials, which are then evaluated by facilitators for feedback and design improvements. The results of this activity indicate that most of the lecturers who participated in the training successfully enhanced their competence in using Canva for creating teaching materials.
