The development of the digital economy demands that the younger generation possess adaptive, creative, and innovative entrepreneurial skills. This community service activity aims to improve financial literacy, motivation, and entrepreneurial creativity among students at Terang Bangsa Christian High School in Semarang. The method used is experiential learning-based service learning with a three-stage approach: (1) an interactive talk show on basic management and entrepreneurship concepts, (2) training covering financial management, building a great team in human resource management, and marketing makeovers for rebranding and revitalizing marketing strategies, and (3) mini-games in the form of simulations for creating new business ideas in groups. Evaluation was conducted through a satisfaction survey and descriptive analysis using SmartPLS software and Microsoft Excel. The results showed a high level of student satisfaction (average score >4), with 87–91% of participants stating that this activity improved their understanding of financial management, teamwork, and developing creative business ideas. This activity has proven effective in fostering entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative skills, and innovative thinking among high school students as aspiring young entrepreneurs in the digital economy era.
