This study aimed to develop an Augmented Reality (AR)-assisted biology learning module on the reproductive system and to assess its validity, practicality, and effectiveness in improving students’ cognitive learning outcomes. The study employed a Research and Development approach using the ADDIE model, which consists of Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate stages. The study was conducted from January to May 2026 at SMAN Taruna Kasuari Nusantara, West Papua, involving 27 male students of class XI A as the research subjects. Validity was assessed by two expert validators based on six components, while practicality was measured through student and teacher response questionnaires. Effectiveness was determined based on changes in pretest-posttest scores, N-Gain, and classical mastery. The results showed an overall average validity score of 96.77%, categorized as very valid. Student responses reached 89.78%, while teacher responses reached 98.00%, both categorized as very practical. The average pretest score of 59.51 increased to 95.80 on the posttest, with an N-Gain score of 0.80, categorized as high. All students achieved scores above the minimum mastery criterion (KKM) of 75, resulting in 100% classical mastery. Based on the criteria used in the study, the AR-assisted biology module met the criteria of being valid, practical, and effective in supporting reproductive system learning in the class studied.
