Children with special needs may face challenges in developing motor skills when physical activities are not adapted to their abilities and characteristics. Therefore, enjoyable and adaptive activities are needed to support motor development and participation. This community service activity aimed to improve the motor skills of children with special needs at SLB Negeri Pembina Provinsi Papua through an educational game-based camp using the Circuit Learning approach. The activity employed an educational and participatory approach involving children in movement games and circuit-based activities adapted to their abilities. Activities included preparation, movement games, circuit practice, teacher assistance, observation, evaluation, and reflection. The results indicated that the activity provided opportunities for children to participate actively in movement experiences and supported the development of coordination, balance, locomotor movement, and object-control skills. Games created an enjoyable learning atmosphere and encouraged participation according to capabilities. The activity suggests that game-based Circuit Learning can be developed as an adaptive strategy for motor learning in special education. Continued implementation involving teachers and systematic activity adaptation is recommended to support motor development and participation among children with special needs.
