AAFI Regional Jayapura is a futsal coaching organization that coordinates youth clubs, but not all coaches and managers have technical competence in injury prevention and rehabilitation, especially the use of kinesio taping. This community service program aims to strengthen the competence of AAFI Jayapura coaches and managers through systematic and applicable kinesio taping training. The method used is an educational-participatory approach through four stages, namely socialization, training, evaluation, and sustainability, which was implemented in June 2026. The increase in participants' understanding was measured through a paired t-test. The results showed a significant increase in the average score from 28.30 (pretest) to 40.90 (posttest) with p<0.05, which indicates an increase in the understanding of coaches and managers regarding the prevention and management of sports injuries using kinesio taping. These results confirm that structured and practice-based training effectively equips coaches and managers with the knowledge and skills to support safer and evidence-based athlete development.
