<![CDATA[Digital transformation is a strategic step for small-scale business units, including student business units, in improving operational efficiency and the quality of administrative governance. This study aims to analyze the application of digital transformation in the Business Stall of Business (SOB) Faculty of Economics and Business, Ibn Khaldun University (FEB UIKA) Bogor through the adoption of cloud computing technology with a case study of the use of Google Drive. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method to test the influence between variables based on the causal relationship formulated in the research model. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to members of the Stall of Business Business Unit who are members of the Economic Creative team, focusing on the data management process and coordination between divisions before and after the implementation of Google Drive. The results of the study show that the migration from manual data management systems to cloud-based systems has a significant positive impact. The implementation of Google Drive is able to improve data accessibility, strengthen document security, and increase the efficiency of real-time team collaboration. In addition, the use of Google Drive has been proven to minimize the risk of data loss and speed up the coordination process between divisions. This study concludes that the use of simple cloud computing technology, such as Google Drive, is an effective solution for campus business units in supporting digital transformation and creating more professional and integrated administrative governance.]]>
