Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is a fundamental aspect in ensuring the sustainability of industrial activities, particularly in the mining sector, which has a high risk of work-related accidents and illnesses. This study aims to analyze OSH inspection findings and corrective actions as efforts to control the risk of workplace accidents at PT X. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method, analyzing data from OSH inspections conducted from June to August 2026. The data analyzed includes the number of findings, hazard categories, risk levels, and the status of corrective actions. The results show that there were 205 findings. The Safety Patrol accounted for the largest number of findings, with 78 (38.05%), while the most common hazard category was unsafe conditions, with 148 findings. The risk levels were dominated by moderate risk, with 147 findings, and 43 findings were classified as high risk. A total of 178 findings (86.83%) have been marked as “Closed.” The study results indicate that OSH inspections help identify potential hazards and support corrective actions to reduce the risk of workplace accidents.
