The aim of this study was to produce monograph gene expression based on twinning rate gene research on twinning cow for Biology students university. The method of research and development adapted from Thiagarajan. The results of the assessment needed could be concluded that students supported to developed monograph about gene expression in genetic lecture. Validation from Subject expert and media were gift score 100% and 100%. The trial test result to a individual and medium group students was 84,91 % and 86,26%. The conclusion of this research and development was that monograph about gene expression in genetic lecture for Biology students in university has been produced with interpretation level was very good.
