Abstract

Laporan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun RPP. RPP (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran) merupakan salah satu komponen yang sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Untuk menghasilkan proses pembelajaran yang berkwalitas harus dimulai dengan perencanaan pembelajaran yang berkwalitas juga. Kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak guru belum menyusun RPP secara mandiri maupun kelompok. Hal ini disebabkan antara lain masih banyak guru menganggap menyusun RPP merupakan beban, kurangnya wawasan tentang RPP. Dikaitkan dengan uraian diatas dengan hasil supervis kelas khususnya mendesain penyusunan RPP masih ditemukan guru- guru yang belum memahami serta belum bisa menyusun RPP berorientasi pada model pendekatan tematik terpadu. Untuk itu dipandang perlu bagi guru untuk memperoleh pembinaan. Tujuan penelitian ini (1) mengkaji penerapan Rencana Kepengawasan Supervisi Akademik (RKSA) menggunakan strategi information search untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman dan menysusun RPP dengan pendekatan Tematik Terpadu bagi guru di SDN Tirak Kecamatan Kwadungan Kab.Ngawi tahun 2016/2017. (2) Ingin mengetahui penerapan strategi information search dapat meningkatkan kemampuan memahami RPP dengan pendekatan Tematik Terpadu bagi guruSDN Tirak Kecamatan Kwadungan Kab.Ngawi tahun 2016/2017. Abstract

This study was an experimental study using information services. The purpose of this is to mengetahu penelitian peningkatan self-concept and development through information services. The subjects in this study were all students of class X SMK Clothing N.3 Padangsidimpuan Academic Year 2015-2016 which totaled 98 students. The sample used in this study is claster random sampling technique. Samples are drawn throughout the class XClothing-2 totaling 30 people. The result of this determination is determined by a researcher and teacher at the school tersebut. Metode BK in this research is quantitative method, while the data collection techniques by using a questionnaire that is given to the student experiment class 2 times by providing information services treated 3 times the meeting until all finished indicators discussed. Data analysis technique using computer assistance SPSS version 20. The results of the study in the experimental class before carried on treatment (pre-test) as much as in 2168, while after the treatment (posttest) into 2641. It can be concluded that the implementation of information services can increase  self-concept and development

Abstract

The study is based on the problem still lower students' knowledge of moral development in the school environment in general, the researchers are "Whether a student can understand the moral development through information services? Which is formulated as follows: Does the implementation of information services can be to boost the morale of students in MTs. Muhammadiyah 10 Kotanopan objective to be achieved is that students acquire an image of increased knowledge of the moral good in MTs. Muhammadiyah 10 Kotanopan. The method used is experimental research that will be used in the form of Pre Experiment Design with pretest-posttest Experiment Group Design. With a sample experimental class is class VII1 many as 26 students and classes that control VII2 class is 20 students. Information services conducted four meetings, the first meeting to implement the pretest and posttest implement all treatments. From the results of operations to be carried, there was a considerable improvement, especially the second meeting of the findings in the experimental group there were significant increases between posttest results. To test the hypothesis used by the formula Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test by using SPSS version 20 o'clock ujiwilcoxon used to analyze the results of observations from the two data are different or not. The average variable for understanding the moral development of 160.0769 (experiment) while 161.0500 (control) have seen a very significant difference. It is advisable for teachers to give students an understanding on the development of good morals in order to develop further, both in learning, implementation and evaluation of learning. For further research, is expected to make a research on moral development through other methods.

Abstract

As the challenges and problems surround intrusion rises rapidly, the intrusion detection system has been gradually developed. Agent-based approach for intrusion detection system has developed from single to multi agent, and later developed mobile agents in order to increase system's capability to face with a more complex challenge and change. A number of studies had been identified that mobile agent can reduce network traffic, however the study related to intrusion detection using static and mobile agent for finding intruder has not been fully achieved.Keywords:  Information, Intrusion, mobile, networks

Abstract

Architectural heritage conservation projects are one of the most risky and complex projects in the construction industry. Many studies have reported frequent performance failures in terms of time, cost and quality. To implement quality management in the conservation projects and enhance their performance; we propose the adoption of two emerging and innovative approaches: Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM). Through an analysis of literature review (journals, white papers, norms and standards) on the subject, a comprehensive qualitative study in theoretical term has been carried out to define the potential advantages of the synergy between the BIM and IPD to face conservation issues and constraints through project lifecycle. Finally, we draw some general conclusions, summarize the implications for practice and set out recommendations for further research.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia di Perguruan Tinggi yang menggunakan aplikasi perangkat lunak  akan  dapat  meningkatkan  efektifitas  dan efisiensi. Tanpa  bantuan  aplikasi Human  Resource  Information  System  (HRIS)  maka  kinerja  manajemen  operasional  tidak akan optimal. Data SDM yang dimiliki perguruan tinggi menjadi tidak terpusat sehingga ada kemungkinan  terjadi  redundancy  data.  Selain  itu  pengolahan  data  dan  penyajian  data membutuhkan  waktu  yang  lama.  Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengembangkan  aplikasi manajemen SDM. Aplikasi tersebut akan diimplimentasikan di Perguruan Tinggi, HRIS akan dikembangkan  dengan  studi  kasus  di  Universitas  Islam  Raden  Rahmat  (UNIRA)  Malang. Dengan  aplikasi  tersebut  diharapkan  HRIS  diharapkan  kinerja  manajemen  operasional menjadi  lebih  optimal.  Metode  yang  digunakan  pada  penelitian  ini  adalah  metode  terapan (action  research).  Pendekatan  pengembangan  sistem  menggunakan  metode  prototyping. Sedangkan metode perancangan yang digunakan yaitu perancangan sistem dan perancangan rinci, yang meliputi perancangan objek. Alat yang digunakan untuk mengukur implementasi sistem yang dibangun menggunakan metode kuisioner. Validitas yang dipergunakan dalam alat  ukur  penelitian  ini  adalah  validitas  isi  (content  validity).  Hasil  penelitian  ini  disajikan secara deskriptif dengan rincian sebagai berikut sistem ini sangat baik (45%) dimana sistem memiliki  kemudahan  di  dalam  penggunaannya  (65%  menyatakan  sangat  baik  dan  35% menyatakan  baik),  disamping  itu  56%  menyatakan  sangat  baik  terhadap  desain  interface, keakuaratan  informasi  yang  diberikan  dalam  sistem  dinyatakan  72%  baik,  bahasa  yang digunakan dalam aplikasi 55% sangat baik dan 45% baik, dan terakhir mengenai tentang error handling sebanyak 32% menyatakan sangat baik, 68% yang menyatakan baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh efek mediasi sinisme terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah dengan kepemimpinan transformasional, information sharing dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel antenseden. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kota Padang, dengan jumlah sampel adalah 107. Penelitian ini menggunakan model structural equation modelins (SEM) dengan alat bantu SmartPLS 2.0 M3. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menyimpulkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif kepemimpinan transformasional, information sharing dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah. Selain itu juga ditemukan bukti ada pengaruh yang signifikan negatif kepemimpinan transformasional, information sharing dan kepuasan kerja terhadap sinisme. Sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung sinisme dalam memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, information sharing dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah juga terbukti dapat memaksimalkan atau menurunkan sinisme pegawai dalam meningkatkan kesiapan untuk berubah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana proses implementasi Human resource Information System dalam aktivitas Sumberdaya Manusia di PT. PG Krebet Baru, Malang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Peneliti menggunakan analisis triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teori dalam uji keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua aktivitas Sumberdaya Manusia di PT. Krebet Baru, Malang yang meliputi; perencanaan sumberdaya manusia, pengembangan karir, penilaian karyawan, pemberian kompensasi, dan pemberhentian karyawan menggunakan HRIS. Aktivitas Sumberdaya Manusia yang menggunakan HRIS dengan sistem IKM adalah aktivitas pemberian kompensasi, namun didalam sistem tersebut hanya dua fungsi yang bermanfaat untuk memberikan informasi bagi perusahaan yaitu fungsi informasi lembur dan informasi absensi. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti memberikan saran kepada perusahaan bahwa perbaikan sistem IKM segera ditindaklanjuti, sehingga pengelolaan kompensasi di perusahaan lebih maksimal. Selain itu, Implementasi HRIS sebaiknya diterapkan pada semua aktivitas Sumberdaya Manusia dalam perusahaan tersebut, sehingga pengelolaan Sumberdaya Manusia dalam perusahaan tersebut lebih maksimal. Kata Kunci: Implementassi, HRIS, Aktivitas Sumberdaya Manusia

Abstract

This paper discusses several incentive models. Some models are only appropriate for risk neutral agents, but not for risk averse agents. For certain circumstances, a quadratic model is needed to replace a linear model The choice of which model is the appropriate one is the question addressed by this paper. Risk attitude and several aspects of asymmetric information will be discussed.

Abstract

This study, investigated the interacting effects of Management Support for Information Systems (MSIS), User Involvement in Information Systems Development (ISD) and Perceived Information Systems Benefits (PISB) on the performance of the accountant. The data on the four variables was collected through mail surveys requesting accountants employed in different organisations to participate in the study. Thirtyeight responses were returned from a cross section of Indonesian Organisations. The data was analysed using multiple regression models and partial derivative analyses of the regression models. To support the hypotheses, the coefficient of the interaction term in the regression had to be significant and positive. If the coefficient of the interaction was found positive, the corresponding incremental r2 was considered statistically significant at the same probability level. The results confirmed that, the positive effects of User Involvement in Information System Development on the accountant's performance will be higher when the level of Management Support for Information Systems is high. It also showed that Management Support for Information Systems had a positive mono-tonic effect on the performance of the accountant over the entire observed range of Perceived Information Systems Benefits and that the positive effects of User Involvement in Information Systems Development on the performance of the accountant will be higher when the level of Perceived Information Systems Benefits is high. This study,is unable to prove that, the positive effects of the combination between Management Support for Information Systems and User Involvement in Information Systems Development on the performance of the accountant will be higher when the levels of Perceived Information Systems Benefits are high. This means that any level of PISB will lead to positive effects in the performance of the accountant. This was no different from the observations made by interviewees.
