Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to test the effectiveness of group guidance in improving students self-esteem SMAN 1 Cariu Bogor. The research method used is quantitative method with quasi-experiment approach. The study population was 148 students of class X. Samples taken by using sample quota samples were 16 students, divided into two groups; experimental groups and control groups. Self-esteem instruments are used to find out the students self-esteem level by 20 items. Data analysis techniques using percentage of questionnaire results. The conclusion of this research is the effective group counseling service in improving students self-esteem.Keywords: guidance group, self-esteem.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know how much contribution given by information services in counseling and locus of control toward communication between parents and children. This research is a quantitative research using survey. This research was conducted in Komunitas Bunda Condet. The sample for this study came to 44 people taken by saturated sample distribution technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire. Data was analyzed by using multiple regression test with the help of SPSS 22 for windows. The results showed that information services and locus of control contribute to communication between parents and children. These results prove that communication quality can be improved by taking into account information services and locus of control.

Abstract

The objective of the study was to find out whether the group guidance services could improve students social interaction. This research uses a quantitative approach through experiment. In this study, the subjects from the study were 26 students divided into an experimental group of 13 students and control group of 13 students. Data collected by questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Wilcoxon signed-rank test. The results showed that social interaction ability of experiment class students can be improved after receiving group guidance service. As for the control class which was not given group guidance service, the result showed that the level of social interaction ability did not increase significantly. These results illustrate that social interaction can be enhanced through group guidance services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran potensi diri siswa dan hubungannya dengan kesiapan kerja siswa SMK. Penelitian ini dilakukan penelitian studi kepustakaan dengan Teknik pengambilan data kajian Pustaka. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah jurnal online, buku modul, dan tulisan lembaga-lembaga pemerintah. Data-data yang telah diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Metode analisis deskriptif dilakukan dengan cara mendeskripsikan fakta-fakta, menguraikan, memberikan pemahaman dan penjelasan secukupnya. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa potensi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja. Siswa dengan pemahaman potensi diri yang baik akan lebih siap bekerja atau memiliki kesiapan kerja yang baik.

Abstract

Advances in science and technology, especially in the era of Industry 4.0, have encouraged individuals to actively compete in the job market. This community service program aims to empower prospective counseling mentors in the Oshibana NaraArt Bekasi Community through workshops focused on developing career adaptation skills. The implementation method consists of four stages: planning, community education, dissemination of science and technology, and training. The results of the activity show that 90% of participants actively participated in the entire workshop series, with 85% successfully developing career narratives that include identifying individual strengths and adaptation plans for technological disruption. Additionally, participants reported an increased understanding of the importance of career flexibility and digital skills. The program also successfully formed a working group for ongoing career mentoring and designed a career guidance module based on Lift Design. As such, this initiative is expected to make a positive contribution to the development of skills and career readiness among youth, as well as strengthen the support network for prospective mentors in providing effective guidance.

Abstract

Komitmen guru terhadap sekolah merupakan salah satu faktor kunci dalam menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang stabil dan berkualitas. Di tengah tuntutan profesionalisme dan dinamika dunia pendidikan, penting untuk memahami sejauh mana guru memiliki keterikatan emosional, loyalitas, dan tanggung jawab terhadap institusi tempat mereka mengabdi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat komitmen guru terhadap sekolah di SD Pesona Palad, Klapanunggal, Bogor, Jawa Barat. Komitmen guru dianalisis melalui tiga dimensi utama, yaitu komitmen afektif, komitmen kontinuan, dan komitmen normatif dengan menggunakan instrument angket adapun Pengujian realibilitas menggunakan Alpha Cronbach dengan Tools SPSS IBM 26. Instrumen dinyatakan reliabel jika koefisien alpha ≥ 0,70. Hasil perhitungan diperoleh koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,984 dengan demikian instrumen dapat digunakan untuk melakukan pengukuran variabel Komitmen Terhadap Organisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui angket yang dianalisis menggunakan Microsoft Excel dengan menampilkan hasil boxplot dengan menggambarkan komitmen afektif, komitmen kontinuan dan komitmen normative guru di SD Pesona Palad Klapanunggal Bogor Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif adapun hasil nya menunjukkan adanya variasi dalam ketiga dimensi komitmen tersebut. Sebanyak 50% dari total responden memiliki tingkat komitmen yang sangat tinggi terhadap sekolah. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa setengah dari guru di sekolah tersebut memiliki rasa memiliki yang kuat, keterikatan emosional, loyalitas yang tinggi, serta kecenderungan untuk tetap berada dalam institusi sekolah. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi pihak sekolah dalam merancang program pengembangan profesionalisme guru yang berkelanjutan guna mempertahankan dan meningkatkan komitmen terhadap institusi pendidikan.
