Abstract

Study This aiming For analyze Implementation System Information Accountancy Receivables at the Kasih Ibu Women's Cooperative . This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data source used in this study is primary data. This study uses data collection techniques obtained from results interviews , observations and documentation noted in notes field. Research result This show that The Kasih Ibu Women's Cooperative still uses a manual receivables accounting system. So the author offers it in the form of a Cooperative Accounting Information System Application (ASIKK_IT) The use of a manual system is prone to recording errors, with the manual recording process usually taking time, both in recording transactions, calculating interest, and making reports. This cooperative needs to improve the efficiency of recording and managing receivables.

Abstract

The increasing number of passengers at Mentawai Fast often leads to issues in baggage management, especially due to the manual system still in use. This research aims to design and implement a web-based custody information system to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and safety of luggage storage at Mentawai Fast Port. The system was developed using the SDLC method, designed with UML tools, and implemented with PHP and MySQL. The result is a web-based application that facilitates luggage tracking and reporting, thereby enhancing passenger convenience. A. Introduction Luggage storage services at the port are essential for ensuring the comfort of passengers, especially for those traveling alone or during waiting times. The current practice at Mentawai Fast still relies on manual recording using paper, which often causes issues such as misplacement or confusion during item retrieval. A digital solution is required to streamline the process and provide accurate and accessible records. This research proposes the development of a web-based luggage custody system aimed at ensuring the safe handling of passenger belongings while improving operational efficiency. The manual system has proven to be inefficient, time-consuming, and prone to errors. Therefore, this research contributes to the modernization of port services through an integrated information system.

Abstract

This study examines the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in English language learning as a means to enhance students' language literacy in Indonesia, particularly in response to the low literacy levels reported by PISA. The primary challenge addressed is the lack of understanding and ability among students to evaluate texts, largely due to limited access to interactive and practical learning resources. The purpose of this research is to explore the impact of ICT on improving various aspects of language literacy, including reading comprehension, information connection, and text evaluation skills. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that ICT usage significantly improves students’ language literacy, especially in text comprehension and analysis. Based on previous studies and current technological applications, ICT has proven to be effective in enhancing both English language learning and literacy development. With greater accessibility, increased interactivity, and the support of innovative tools, ICT offers a more modern and effective alternative to traditional teaching methods. In conclusion, despite challenges related to access and distribution, ICT plays a positive and influential role in supporting the development of students’ language literacy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the interest in learning the MOI language of information technology education students using the KMOIS application (Indonesian Dictionary Moi). This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the interest in learning the Moi language of information technology education students from Papua was influenced by the difficulty of getting books about the Moi language and students thought that learning the Moi language was very difficult, so using the KMOIS application (Indonesian Dictionary of Moi) was very helpful in increasing students' interest in learning from Papua in learning the Moi language

Abstract

Currently, students are asked to be able to understand literacy in reading. However, to understand literacy, of course, it has to go through the right strategy especially to beginner reader students. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy of students in reading English text through perspective from automatic information processing (AIP) in reading. The method for this study used interviews and observations of one participant conducted in the second-level high school. This study also uses descriptive case study as research design. This study shows 5 things that should be reviewed in reading English text, namely attention, decoding, comprehension, switching in reading and automaticity. However, the five things found in this study are still rarely noticed. Therefore, this study also aims to allow educators and students to know what steps to do as a strategy to be able to read and understand the text of reading in English especially for beginner reader.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to know whether there is any significant influence of using game online and improvement of the students’ vocabulary of Technology and Information Department at UNIMUDA Sorong. This research was quantitative research. The researcher used pre-experimental research design. The population was the student of technology and Information . The sample were first, third, and fifth semesters. The researcher ask the student to play the game with English instruction and search the new word that they don’t know before. Researcher used test (pre-test and post-test) as the instrument in collecting data. The test consisted 20 question which is divided into multiple choice, matching, gap in the filling and making sentences form. The researcher analyzed the data using SPSS 22.0 for Windows. The result of data analysis using SPSS 22.0, the researcher gave interpretation toward “t” score by comparing t-value or t-count with t-table. The researcher interpretation that t-value (-7.121) with the significant value is 0.000. The score of t-table is (1,729) with significant level of 0.05 with df 19. It is known that t-value is higher than t-table (-7.121> 1,729) and P value smaller than 0,05. Therefore, there is a significant influence of using game online to improve the students’ vocabulary of Technology and Information Department at UNIMUDA Sorong.

Abstract

The purpose of this reseach to know how the students competence on their reading comprehension especially their ability in getting detailed information in expository text. The population of this research is 10 students of class X Akutansi SMK Modellink Makbusun. The research used descriptive analysis design. The instrument of this research was the reading test which focused on detail information in expository text. The result of students competence in getting detail information in expository text was 60% or 6 students got score among 70-100 and it was catagorized into good score. The other students or 2 students got in catagorized at “poor” catagory. The average of score students was 71.6. The competence of students in getting information in expository text was catagorized into “good” category.

Abstract

This article evaluates the role of Human Resource Management Information Systems (HRMIS) in enhancing employee satisfaction through a qualitative literature review. As organizations increasingly adopt technology to streamline HR processes, understanding the impact of HRMIS on employee satisfaction becomes crucial. The review synthesizes findings from various studies, highlighting the key features of HRMIS that contribute to a positive work environment. These features include efficient communication channels, improved access to information, and streamlined administrative processes. The analysis reveals that HRMIS can significantly enhance employee satisfaction by fostering a sense of autonomy, facilitating career development, and promoting transparency within the organization. Furthermore, the study identifies potential challenges in the implementation of HRMIS, such as resistance to change and the need for adequate training. By addressing these challenges, organizations can leverage HRMIS to create a more engaged and satisfied workforce. This paper contributes to the existing literature by providing insights into the relationship between HRMIS and employee satisfaction, offering practical recommendations for HR practitioners aiming to improve employee experiences in the digital age.

Abstract

In can increase premaritalsexrate isincreasingeveryyear. This research aims to know the effect of adolescent’s health education about the sexinformation on premarital sex perception in SMK Nagara district of Kedunggalar Ngawi regency.Research design was Non Eksperimen – one group pre intervensi and post test design. The population wasall adolescents in class 10 of SMK Nagara district of Kedunggalar Ngawi regency as many as 200 studentsand the samples were 133 students. The data collection technique used was Proportional simple randomsampling. The independent Variablewas the effect of reproduction health education of adolescent about sex,while the dependent was the premarital sex perception. The instruments used in this research wasaquetionaire, data processing used by Editing, coding,scoring,tabulating,analisa bivariat,univariat and testedby wilcoxon.The result obtained that before being conducted health education the adolescent’s perception on premaritalsex was most positive 73 respondents (54,9 %) and after being conducted health education the adolescent’sperception on premarital sex became negative was 86 respondents (64,6%). It was obtained p value 0,002 <0,05so Ho rejected and H1 accepted which means that there is an effect of health education about sexinformation on premarital sex perception.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology is directly proportional to the development of mass media. The presence of the internet in people's daily lives has had a major impact on the sustainability of mass media. One of them is the daily print media LuwukPost, which inevitably has to improve itself to welcome the new era, namely digital mass media. The emergence of this new media changes the way people get information through the media. To be able to continue to compete as a source of information that is of interest to the public, Luwukpost mass media must innovate by means of digitalization. In writing this scientific work, it was only limited to conducting a literature study using the digital mass media, the daily newspaper Luwukpost, as a source of public information. The choice of digital media allows professionals in the mass media field to convey news and present information and entertainment using a variety of information. Based on the results of the research conducted.
