Abstract

The NTB Province Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperative Integrated Business Service Center (PLUT-KUMKM) under the West Nusa Tenggara Province Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperative Service, provides comprehensive assistance to KUMKM to increase production and competitiveness. With seven service areas, PLUT- KUMKM provides effective solutions for business actors. However, in issuing a Business Identification Number (NIB) via the OSS application. The thing is, like in the Business Licensing menu, there is a business development feature. Carrying out business development cannot be completed in one activity in one feature, users must return to the new application menu to continue the business development process and make updates. And user errors often occur such as entering information or not following the correct procedures when filling out forms. The licensing system seeks to be integrated electronically, aiming to cut bureaucracy and improve public services. This research measures the quality of the OSS system for issuing nibs based on the perceptions of 100 gardatransfumi assistants, using the McCall method . A comprehensive evaluation is carried out to identify weaknesses and necessary improvements. Measuring the quality of OSS systems using McCall's theory is important for understanding product quality attributes from the perspective of users and the software itself. The research results will provide in-depth insight into the condition of the website and recommendations for improvement. With the OSS system, the government is trying to make it easier to manage business legality. The NIB issued through OSS becomes the identity of business actors for import and export activities. Through quality measurements, systems, weaknesses and improvements to the NIB issuance process can be identified thereby ensuring better service for business actors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of agile governance in public information management at the Riau Province Communication, Informatics and Statistics Service (Diskominfotik). Agile governance is a governance approach that emphasizes flexibility, responsiveness, and rapid collaboration in providing public services. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with an explanatory approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and document studies analyzed using Nvivo 14 software. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of agile governance at Diskominfotik Riau is still faced with a number of obstacles, including limited knowledge and capacity of human resources (HR) in understanding the concept and a bureaucratic structure that does not fully support flexibility. In addition, performance evaluations that are not yet based on quick wins slow down the adaptation process. Nevertheless, Diskominfotik Riau has utilized various digital platforms to provide access to public information, although improvements need to be made in terms of responsiveness and timeliness of service. Recommendations from this study include increasing training for HR, implementing a more flexible governance model, and periodic evaluations based on short-term results. The implementation of agile governance is expected to improve the quality of public services and strengthen public trust in government transparency.

Abstract

The New Student Admission (PPDB) process plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of academic activities at SDN Sukmajaya V Depok. However, the manual implementation of PPDB, from registration to data processing, creates a number of obstacles such as the risk of data loss, time inefficiency, and errors in recording. These conditions encourage the need for technology-based solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the PPDB process. This research aims to design a web-based PPDB information system to facilitate registration, student data management, and report generation. The research method includes data collection through observation, interviews, and literature review, with a system design approach using the Waterfall model. The research stages include requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The results showed that the PPDB information system designed was able to meet the needs of schools in the process of admitting new students. The system is equipped with main features such as online registration, automatic data validation, and fast report generation, which can reduce errors and speed up the workflow. With the implementation of this system, it is expected that the PPDB administration process at SDN Sukmajaya V Depok will be more efficient and provide convenience for prospective students and parents.

Abstract

This research examines the security of the Employee Management Information System (SIMPEG) at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh using the OWASP Web Security Testing Guide (WSTG) framework. The aim of this study is to identify and address potential security vulnerabilities within the system. The research is divided into three phases: identifying the issues, performing grey-box penetration testing with a focus on client-side testing as outlined in OWASP WSTG, and reporting the findings using the WSTG Checklist. The testing results revealed that out of the thirteen tests conducted, one vulnerability related to Cross Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) was discovered. This study concludes that the SIMPEG system at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh demonstrates a good level of security, though further improvements are necessary to address the identified issues. Recommendations for enhancing the security of SIMPEG include continuous testing and updates to address emerging threats.

Abstract

Evaluation of Medical Check Up (MCU) services with the implementation of information systems in hospitals is very important to identify the effectiveness and efficiency of the system used in the health services process. This study aims to evaluate various aspects of the implementation of information systems in MCU services, including the speed and efficiency of services, data integration, user satisfaction (patients and medical personnel), and the level of patient data security. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with in-dept interview, direct observatio, and document analysis. Interview were conducted involving 30 informants, namely 4 general practitioners, 1 spesialist doctor, 5 health staff, 5 Medical Check Up nurses, 5 management, 5 administrative officer, and 5 participants who have undergone MCU. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of information systems in MCU serviceshas accelerated the administration process and increased the accuracy of patient data management. However, several technical obstacles, such as registration problems and suboptimal system integration., are still obstaclesin the implementation of services. In addition, although patients are satisfied with the ease of access to informationthrough the online portal, some of them feel that they do not fully understand the use ofthe system. Based on these findings, it is recommended to improve staff training, create integration between information systems with laboratories, radiology and strengthen the security of patient medical data. This research is expected to provide insight into development and improvement of information systems in MCU services in Permata Cibubur hospital to achieve more efficient, safe and quality services.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationships among information overload, consumer confusion, and decision postponement in Generation Z consumers in Jepara. In the digital era, Generation Z is continuously exposed to vast amounts of information, which can lead to cognitive strain and impact their decision-making processes. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 310 respondents using an online survey and analyzed through Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that information overload has a significant positive effect on consumer confusion, indicating that an excess of information increases the likelihood of confusion during the decision-making process. Furthermore, consumer confusion is found to significantly drive decision postponement, suggesting that when consumers experience confusion, they are more likely to delay making purchasing decisions. However, the study finds no significant direct effect of information overload on decision postponement; instead, the effect is mediated by consumer confusion. These results highlight the pivotal mediating role of consumer confusion in the relationship between information overload and decision postponement. The study contributes to the literature by clarifying the psychological mechanisms underlying digital consumer behavior among Generation Z and provides practical implications for marketers to design more effective communication strategies in hyper-connected environments.. Keywords— consumer confusion; decision postponement; information overload
