Abstract

This research examines the effect of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) application implementation on employee productivity, and evaluates the challenges that may be faced in the implementation process. The method used is a literature review, in which various related studies and theories are critically analyzed to gain a deeper understanding of this topic. The results of the literature review show that the implementation of HRIS applications can have a positive impact on employee productivity by simplifying administrative processes, increasing data accessibility, and improving internal communication efficiency. However, a number of challenges were also identified, including a lack of technological skills and understanding of HRIS systems among employees, difficulties in integration with existing systems, and problems with maintenance and technical support. This research provides important insights for organizations planning to implement HRIS applications, emphasizing the importance of comprehensive training, strong management support, and a careful implementation strategy to overcome challenges that may arise during implementation. If companies and their employees are equally prepared, the use of HRIS applications will benefit work productivity

Abstract

This study addresses the vital role of information as a reproductive health right and emphasizes the responsibility of family planning officers, including health workers, to disseminate accurate information for ensuring public reproductive health. The research focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of SITEPIS Contraception, an online information service designed to aid family planning officers in conveying contraceptive information. SITEPIS is a web application offering comprehensive information on contraception, medical eligibility criteria, and a live chat service. This study involves 28 family planning officers at sub-district and village levels in Bogor and West Lombok districts. Employing a descriptive research approach, the study includes socialization events introducing Sitepis Contraception, encouraging usage, and collecting officers' evaluations. Results indicate positive feedback from all officers, citing the website's appealing design, user-friendly accessibility, and essential features for effective information delivery. Despite challenges related to internet network support in certain areas, officers express willingness to use the SITEPIS website for their community information duties. Notably, while face-to-face interaction is preferred by most officers, SITEPIS contraception serves as a valuable tool for information dissemination. The study underscores the underutilization of online information as the primary method among family planning officers in Indonesia. Despite this, it recognizes the potential of online platforms, like SITEPIS, in reaching diverse societal levels. The findings emphasize the need for further examination of SITEPIS Contraception from the community's perspective, the primary target audience, to enhance its effectiveness. In conclusion, the study advocates for the integration of online information tools to empower family planning officers in fulfilling their crucial role as information providers.

Abstract

Stroke is the leading cause of physical and mental disability worldwide. In Indonesia, the incidence of stroke is alarmingly high, affecting approximately 10.9% of the population annually, with around 713,783 individuals experiencing stroke each year. Understanding how to prevent stroke is crucial. Clear and regular information, along with effective educational media, are essential for increasing public awareness of stroke. This study aims to determine the impact of social media and knowledge on stroke prevention. This type of study is a non-experimental quantitative study using a cross-sectional. This study is conducted in portions, with patients who are willing and able to talk effectively. Univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analyses were conducted using Pearson correlation tests and linear regression tests. The results show that among the 100 respondents, most were male, aged 41-60 years, and engaged in the best stroke prevention efforts. The Pearson correlation test showed significant correlations between information accuracy, frequency, and educational media for stroke prevention (Pearson p=0.89; p=0.62; p=0.75). The linear regression test revealed that the clarity of information, frequency of information, and educational media together increased stroke prevention efforts (p=0.037), with the clarity of information being the most significant factor. The conclusion is the study concludes that educational media and accurate information are crucial in preventing stroke. It is recommended that the Kasih Sayang Clinic conducts comprehensive stroke education and screening every six months to enhance prevention efforts.

The criminal act of falsifying data via the internet is included in the category of cybercrime and still faces obstacles in law enforcement. The formulation of the problem in this research is about the factors that cause criminal acts of falsifying information data and electronic transactions, law enforcement against perpetrators of criminal acts of falsifying information data and electronic transactions, as well as the obstacles faced in law enforcement against perpetrators of criminal acts of falsifying information data and electronic transactions, and how to overcome them. The author uses an empirical juridical approach, using primary and secondary data. Data analysis uses qualitative analysis. The research results show that: Law enforcement against perpetrators of criminal acts of falsifying information data and electronic transactions is divided into three, namely preemptive, preventive, and repressive. The obstacles faced in law enforcement against perpetrators of criminal acts of falsifying information data and electronic transactions are divided into internal obstacles, namely the limited number of investigators, high operational costs, and lack of optimal coordination between the police and other related parties. Meanwhile, external obstacles include the lack of evidence obtained from the victim, the majority of witnesses not knowing who the person was, when, what they were using, and the reason the account was created, and a lack of legal awareness from the public.

This study intends to analyze conflict resolution resolution of public information disputes in Indonesia using communication theory and conflict resolution theory in depth. The methodology in this research is qualitative method using library research method. Based on the results of the research analysis, it was concluded that the process of information flow that occurs in conflicts over public information disputes is hampered due to dissatisfaction from public information applicants with requests for information submitted from public bodies, because there are differences in perception. The solution to conflict prevention is increased awareness of the parties involved regarding rights and obligations related to public information, training and education on public information disclosure, formulation of clear policies on related Standard Operating Procedures and increased internal mediation between public bodies and information applicants. In addition, solutions for handling information dispute conflicts, in addition to mediation and adjudication in accordance with regulations, can be improved through increasing understanding of regulations regarding Public Information Disclosure and increasing the institutional capacity of the Information Commission.
