XYZ vocational School in Jakarta is also supported by Information Systems (IS) and other Information Technology (IT) devices in accelerating the business process. The current information systems require new proper improvement concept for further development. Combination of Zachman Framework and RAISE produces an Information System strategic plan that is focused and is in accordance with the management of vocational school.

This study aims to provide recommendations designing web-based academic assessment information system in SMAIT Tunas nation to be developed next. This research uses research and development method and uses waterfall model system development. Analysis and systemâs needs design is done with object oriented approach using four UML diagrams namely usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. The design is also equipped with interface design for five actors involved in this system namely admin, homeroom teacher, teachers, parents, and students. The results of this design can be used as a recommendation for SMAIT Tunas Bangsa and IT developer to be implemented.

This article explores the consumption disparities between students in two cities. It wants to know the respond of students in two cities toward the media convergence. The cities are Jakarta and Wonosari Yogyakarta. Jakarta symbolize the city that provide abundant media channel and the other hand Wonosari represent the city that lack of media channel. By using student’s expenditure on traditional and digital expenditure, there are two conclusions temporarily. First, there is consumption disparities between two cities on traditional information. Second, it seems there is no digital divide between two cities.

This study will discuss and to find out and test whether Online Systems Quality, Banking Service Product Quality and Customer Trust are thought to influence the Success of E-Banking Information System in one of the Shariah Banks in Pangkalpinang City. This research is quantitative research, using primary data, the instrument used is a questionnaire given to respondents. The population in this study is the Customer of BRI Bank Syari'ah PangkalPinang Branch, while the sampling technique used is convenience sampling technique. The data of this study will be processed and analyzed by Multiple Linear Regression tests with the aim to find out how far the knowledge and level of understanding of Online Systems Quality, Banking Service Product Quality and Customer Trust are thought to influence the success of E-Banking Information System in BRI Sharia Banks in Pangkalpinang.

The potential of freshwater aquaculture area in South Aceh has not been optimally pursued; this is due to the limited technological and information capabilities, institutions and funding. The purpose of this study was to map the suitability of freshwater aquaculture land by utilizing the Geographic Information System (GIS) and multi criteria analysis in South Aceh. Determination of land suitability is done through the Multi Criteria Evaluation (MCE) and application of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The results of the analysis show that the appropriate location (S1) is 81.55% (of the total area sample area) and the location which is not suitable is 18.45% (of the total area sample area). This indicates that the coastal areas of South Aceh have potential freshwater aquaculture areas.

This study will find out the pattern of information retrieval about Islamic studies carried out by visual impairments people. This study uses a case study method. Respondents in this study were Muslim women with disabilities in the rehabilitation complex of the blind Wiyataguna, Bandung. The results showed that people with visual impairments used narrative sounds on their mobile phones to capture narrative voice abilities that were arranged at high speed. At first they used standard speed settings, but when the skill of capturing audio through the sense of hearing increased, they set the pace of the narrative to be very fast, so that other people had difficulty listening to it.AbstrakPenelitian ini berusaha untuk mengetahui pola pengambilan informasi mengenai studi Islam yang dilakukan oleh orang yang mengalami gangguan penglihatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah perempuan Muslim penyandang cacat yang berada di komplek rehabilitasi orang buta Wiyataguna, Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orang-orang dengan gangguan penglihatan menggunakan suara naratif pada handphone untuk menangkap kemampuan suara naratif yang diatur dengan kecepatan tinggi. Pada mulanya mereka menggunakan pengaturan kecepatan standar, namun ketikaÂ keterampilanÂ menangkap audio melalui indera pendengaran meningkat, mereka mengatur laju narasi menjadi sangat cepat, sehingga orang lain sulit untuk mendengarkannya.

Text Translation Method by Considering Information Distribution in the Form of Theme-Rheme Relation Zulia Karini

This study will analyze the translation of sentences in the text by giving consideration to the distribution of information presented in the form of Theme-Rheme relation. First we will identify Themes - Rheme in the sentences in the text and will analyze the results of the translation. The theme is information that is priori-tized in a sentence usually placed in the beginning of sentence, and Rheme is the proposed information. There are three types of Themes, namely Topical Theme, Interpersonal Theme, and Textual Theme. The object of discussion here is the Topical Themes, which are Themes relating to how the subject matter discussed in the clause or sentence is laid out. Topical themes are divided into two types: Marked Topical Theme and Un-marked Topical Theme. The analysis of Topical Themes are taken from a bilingual children's book entitled Sangkuriang from the publisher Nexx Media Inc., Bandung. Sangkuriang is one of the popular Indonesian folklore that tells of a very beautiful mother whose admirer is his own son. The text to be analyzed is part of the text that tells about the birth of Dayang Sumbi, the mother of Sangkuriang. From the result of the whole analysis, the source text consists of 10 Marked Topical Theme and Top 10 Unmarked Topical Theme. There are some Topical theme changes from the source text to the target text: a sentence with an Unmarked Topical Theme is translated into a sentence with a Marked Topical Theme, and vice versa. Based on the analysis of Topical Themes on the Source Text and Target Text it can be concluded that there are some sentences that have shifted Topical Themes. There have been some changes in information due to the shift in this Topical Theme, so it can be said that this translation is not good. At the end of the analysis is given an edit on the target text. The edit of this translation does not change the Topical Theme from the Source Text, so the sub-ject matter in each sentence of the Target text is the same as the subject matter in each sentence of the Source Text.

The existence of a school library is a must. Based on the National Education Standards, eachschool is required to have a library. In its management, the library must be managed byappropriate management personnel and competent in their fields. In line with thedevelopment of science and technology that continues to develop school libraries need to bemanaged and utilized for the benefit of education through an appropriate forum, namely theschool library. Descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Collecting datathrough observation, interviews and document analysis. Subjects in this study were schoolprincipals, library heads, library staff, visitors, events, facts, documents and various forms ofefforts, school library programs or activities. The object in this study is the development of aschool library based on information technology carried out in SMAN 2 and SMA 3 KotaPadang. The results showed that the factors influencing the development of informationÂ technology-based school libraries in State High School 2 and State 3 High School in PadangCity could be identified into four, namely human resources, information resources, funding,and infrastructure in the school library.Â

The purpose of this study was to determine the information culture in usage of digital libraries on students at Faculty of Social and Political Sciences Udayana University and to describe information culture patternson in usage digital library to support academic activities. This research is a descriptive study with qualitative approach. Methods of data collection is done by conducting interviews and literatures studies. The object of this research is the students of the Faculty of Social and Political Science Udayana University. This study gives an overview of the information culture in usage of digital libraries on students atÂ Faculty of Social and Political Sciences Udayana University. The digital library as an important component in the academic activities of students,thats why this topic is an interesting aspect that deserves to be observed and studied. Behavior and patterns of students in usage of digital library would provide a schematic representation information culture that is inherent in the academic life of students, especially the students of the Faculty of Social and Political Science Udayana University.

This study aims to mapping the culture of information literacy on coastal communities in West Java region. While the urgency of this research is an effort to foster interest in reading the community, including in this case the people in the coastal areas should be the attention of all parties. The research method used in this study is the mix method (mix method) as a combination approach as an alternative to the use of a single method in a study. The mixed method will give better results because it has a wealth of data, because it can combine or combine. Based on the results of research conducted in the first stage it is known that the culture literasi community in the coastal area in general is still low. In addition, also support the regulation and legislation of local government or district government in the south coast of West Java, namely Sukabumi, Cianjur, Garut, Tasik and Pangandaran) in the effort to develop the culture of literasi in general is still low.
