Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang kini berkembang mempunyai efek pada proses pembelajaran. Ada perubahan dalam proses pembelajaran, yang biasanya dilakukan terbatas di dalam kelas dengan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan berkembang menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh dapat dilakukan dimana saja dan kapan saja. Pembelajaran biasanya melibatkan fasilitas berupa bahan seperti buku namun sekarang tumbuh dengan memanfaatkan jaringan menggunakan komputer dan teknologi internet, sehingga membentuk pembelajaraan "online". Belajar dengan biaya teknologi informasi akan efektif jika peran guru adalah sebagai fasilitator dalam pembelajaran atau pembelajaran yang memudahkan peserta didik untuk belajar, tidak lagi sebagai informan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 116 siswa dalam sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendapat tentang keberadaan hotspot IAIN Salatiga dimana mereka menyatakan senang. Keberadaan internet gratis di perpustakaan, sebagian besar mahasiswa meminta untuk ditingkatkan. Sebagai opini simpulan, sebagian besar responden menjawab biasa-biasa saja ataupun kurang puas dengan layanan ICT di IAIN Salatiga.Â Information and communication technology that is now developing to give effect to the learning process. There is a change in the learning process, which is usually done limited learning in the classroom with a predetermined schedule developed into a distance learning can be done anywhere and anytime. Lessons usually involve facilities in the form of material like a book but now growing by utilizing the network (network) by using a computer with internet technology, thus forming pembelajaraan "online". Learning with the charge of information technology will be effective if the teachers role is as a facilitator in the learning or learning that makes it easy for learners to learn is no longer as informants. The Research method used quantitative descriptive, sampling techniques using purposive sampling technique with 116 students in the sample. The results showed: opinions about the presence of hotspots IAIN Salatiga in which they were pleasant. The existence of free internet area in the library was requested to be increased. As the concluding opinion, most respondents responded âmediocreâ or âless satisfiedâ with the ICT service in IAIN Salatiga. Â Kata kunci: ICT, internet, instrumen, pola respon mahasiswa

Disclosure of Public Information Policy is a form of government awareness regarding the importance of information in determining policy. Disclosure of this information is intended to provide openness for people to take part and supervise the government and institutional policy. Archives institution is known as one of the managers of information which has primary task is to store various important recordings to be used appropriately. This paper aims to analyze the role of archive institution in public information disclosure in Indonesia, and its conduct regarding it. To bridge the needs of the user and archival institutions, it must preset fast and efficient archive service. Act no. 43 of 2007 on Archive is one proof of the role of archive institutions in the digital era. Many laws govern the freedom of information of a person, in terms of security, privacy, and information dissemination. Electronic archive service It is expected to facilitate accesses, and it is also a form of the archive’s participation in the Public Information. Although in implementation, there are many issues that archives should face in opening access and disseminating information to the public.

West Sumatera (Minangkabau) is a tourism destination that has uniqueness in culture and tourism sector. However, culture and tourism information is stiil limited on printed media such as brochure, pamphlet, poster, newspaper, banner, or billboard and from radio and website. To help the tourists who visit West Sumatera, an information medium is needed for easy to access. Geographic Information System can be implemented for various purpose and one of them is tourism. By using Android Smartphone, Geographic Information System for culture and tourism can be designed and developed as an information system which is mobile interactive. This system is using Location Based System (LBS) technology which is developed by using java script. The system can show the location of culture and tourism on the map available on the Android Smarthphone. It can also show information related to hotels and culinary. In this research, an analysis of implementation of geographic information system was done by using questionnaire and it was found that the respondents were satisfied with the system since more than 50% the respondents stated that they strongly agreed and agreed in each statements was 80% of the respondents were satisfied with the minangkabau culture and tourism application with geographic information system.

Product complexity index was an indicator of a manufacturing product that describes the products are designed and manufactured with a level of complexity. In this study, assesment of product complexity was conducted on milling processing product. Assesment conducted on the variable of turning processing product complexity based on features of the products and specifications of materials, shapes, geometry, tolerance, general surface finish and hardness. ElMaraghy introduced the method in this study and Urbanic based on information product were absolute quantity information, diversity of information, and content of product information. The results of product complexity assesment indicated that the product of original External Thread Bearing Housing had product complexity index of 6.28. While the results of product complexity assesment indicated that, the product of redesign External Thread Bearing Housing had product complexity index of 8.96.

Di era teknologi informasi saat ini, sistem informasi perpustakaan menjadi hal yang sangat penting. Seperti halnya sistem informasi penelusuran informasi (Integrated Library Information System) IBRA yang dapat membantu pemustaka mencari informasi yang dibutuhkan. Penelitian berjudul Evaluasi Kinerja (Integrated Library Information System) IBRA sebagai Sarana Temu Kembali Informasi di SD Muhammadiyah Sapen ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan 6 kreteria evaluasi temu kembali informasi menurut Salton dan McGill yang dikutip oleh Chownhulury, yaitu covererage of the collection (Cakupan Koleksi), precesion, Respon Timeâ€™s, (rentan waktu), Effort atau upaya pengguna, covererage of the collection ( Cakupan Koleksi), Penyajian data. Hasil penelitian Tingkat keefktifan kinerja IBRA dan proses mengunakan pendekatan subjek dan judul hasil menunujukan bahwa nilai precision memiliki nilai efektif. Sistem tidak menampilkan waktu perolehan data, Sedangkan dalam segi upaya pengguna dalam penggunaan IBRA masih kurang, tidak ditemukannya menu help. Selain itu Tampilan sistem temu kembali perpustakaan SD Muhammadiyah Sapen cukup menarik, sehingga penguna akan merasa senang dan nyaman ketika memggunakan OPAC. Cakupan koleksi yang ditampilkan IBRA cukup lengkap lengkap. Terdapat pdf, tampilan sampul, data bibliografi. Namun belum menampilkan abstrak.

Corruption has been declared to be the cause of poverty and poor standard of living in the Nigeria. This is caused by lack of accountability and transparency in the Government sector, mostly aided by manual accounting system and ordinary paper document in the operation of the sector. Sequel to the evolution of Information and Communication Technology, electronics governance was implemented in Nigeria. Therefore, this study examines the role of electronic governance as a tool for curbing corruption in Nigeria. As such, a survey instrument were administered to 240 civil servants from different public sectors in Nigeria. The findings revealed that, implementation of e-governance has helped to curb corruption in Nigeria and also played a great role in improving efficiency of Nigeria economy. Also this study found that, the need to embrace electronics governance given the phobia exhibited by many Nigerian populace and workforce as to the use of electronics governance.

The aim of vocational education is to produce employees who are ready to work, a characteristic of vocational education is through the implementation of apprenticeship. In the period 2010-2015 in Indonesia the labor force declined from vocational schools compared to senior high schools. This indicates the need for 21st century skill is called a tool for work, namely the skill to use Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). This article is intended to find out the relationship between apprenticeship and ICT in vocational students who carry out apprenticeship in the province of West Java. From the instrument distributed in 520 samples, it was found that there is a relationship between apprenticeship training and ICT through the value of Zcount = 7.16 Ztable = 2.58, with the coefficient of determination of (ry)2 = (0.315)2 = 0.0992. This shows that apprenticeship contributions affect ICT skill by 9.92% for students who carry out apprenticeship in the West Java province of Indonesia, while 90.08% is influenced by other factors.

Developments in all fields demand changes in learning, including at university level. Various skills for successful life in the future must be trained in students, including information literacy. This study aims to get an overview of students’ information literacy proficiency based on their experience during high school, the main source of information ever used, and the students’ perception of information literacy capacity. This study used a survey method, with an information literacy questionnaire distributed to 89 first-year students of the Biology Education Study Program, Universitas Tidar. The collected data were analyzed descriptively. Based on the results of the study it was found that students already had the experience of accessing information for completing assignments during high school. Information obtained by students is mainly obtained from Google and books. However, the use of Google as a search engine has not been directed towards finding quality sources. Students are still have low capacity in information literacy skills, especially those relating to the use of information effectively and ethically. The results of this study are expected to be the basis for establishing information literacy training programs in Biology Education Study Program Universitas Tidar, both integrated in the subjects and on their own.

Kabupaten Grobogan merupakan salah satu sentra penghasil kedelai terbesar dan memiliki produktivitas tertinggi di Jawa Tengah. Pendekatan dan pengembangan kegiatan sistem agribisnis kedelai diperlukan dalam upaya mempertahankan sekaligus meningkatkan produktivitas di Kabupaten Grobogan. Sistem informasi menjadi salah satu bagian dalam sub sistem jasa layanan penunjang yang dapat mendorong kegiatan sub sistem lainnya sekaligus mengatasi masalah akan kurangnya informasi pemasaran kedelai lokal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan adanya sistem informasi agribisnis kedelai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi agribisnis kedelai di Kabupaten Grobogan berbasis web yang diberi nama SIMAKGro. Perancangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan sistem prototyping yang dibatasi hanya pada dua tahap yaitu analisis sistem dan perancangan sistem informasi. Hasil penelitian berupa model rancangan sistem informasi agribisnis kedelai (SIMAKGro) berbasis web di Kabupaten Grobogan, Jawa Tengah dalam bentuk prototipe.

Penelitian survei ini menganalisis persepsi pengguna dan pengaruhnya terhadap perilaku pencarian informasi di Scopus, yang sangat penting dikaji, terkait adanya kewajiban publikasi internasional dan tingginya biaya submit serta akses yang sering menimbulkan pro dan kontra. Persepsi terhadap Scopus menggunakan model ISO 25010, perilaku pencarian informasi menggunakan model Ellis yang dimodifikasi. Persepsi Scopus sangat bagus, meskipun masih dianggap terlalu mahal. Informasi Scopus dianggap bernilai tinggi dengan sub variabel ketepatan dan keakuratan, keotentikan, serta kesesuaian. Perilaku pencarian informasi belum sistematis sesuai model Ellis yang dimodifikasi. Penggunaan Mendeley sangat rendah, belum terbiasa melacak sitasi, menata dan menyimpan literatur, serta menata literatur berdasar kualitas dan kebaruan. Hipotesis H1 diterima, terdapat hubungan antara persepsi dan perilaku pencarian informasi di Scopus, koefisien korelasi 0,311. Peningkatan persepsi akan selalu diikuti peningkatan perilaku.
