Abstract

In the face of rapid technological advancements and socio-economic disruptions, digital community ecosystems must develop resilience to ensure sustainability and adaptability. This study investigates how digital applications, information systems, and brand experience contribute to building resilience in Indonesia's land transportation sector. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 350 valid responses through online structured questionnaires targeting users of land transportation services, such as buses, trains, and ride-hailing platforms in Jakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya. The sampling was purposive, involving users with prior experience using digital transportation apps. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings indicate that system quality and information quality significantly influence brand experience, which in turn affects user engagement. Furthermore, user engagement plays a crucial role in enhancing the resilience of the digital community ecosystem. The study confirms that brand experience partially mediates the effect of system and information quality on engagement. Implications of the study emphasize the importance for transportation providers to prioritize high-quality, user-centric digital services that foster emotional connection and trust, which are essential to sustaining adaptive and resilient community platforms in the face of urban transportation challenges.

Abstract

The increase in population results in an increase in the amount of water supply needed to carry out all activities of the population.  Groundwater is a very important alternative source, especially during the dry season. This research aims to determine the distribution of groundwater potential in Pangkajene Regency and the islands which can be used as a reference and information regarding areas that have groundwater potential. By using the overlay method through the use of geographic information systems. This method is carried out by scoring each parameter used, namely giving a value and weighting according to the classification of each parameter. The analysis process was carried out with the help of the ArcGIS 10.8 mapping application. Based on the results of the analysis carried out in this research, it was found that Pangkep Regency as a whole has a moderate level of groundwater potential, this can be seen from the percentage of 60.26% of the total area of ​​Pangkajene Regency or around 476.4302954 km2 has groundwater potential. which is being. In this case, the government needs to carry out regular monitoring and evaluation of groundwater conditions in areas with medium potential including Tondong Talassa, Minasa Tene, Pangkajene, and Bungoro sub-districts to ensure that the quality and quantity of groundwater do not decline to low or very low. As well as carrying out detailed exploration and inventory of groundwater potential in areas with high levels such as in the Mandalle, Marang, and Labakkang subdistricts.

Abstract

Many companies in the bulk water distribution sector still rely on manual recording systems, which often lead to scheduling conflicts, delivery inaccuracies, and inefficient payroll management. Recent studies highlight the need for integrated information systems to optimize logistics and operational efficiency in similar industries. This study aims to design and implement an integrated information system model to optimize the distribution of bulk water from suppliers to drinking water depots. The research adopts a qualitative approach, combining literature review, field observation, and in-depth interviews. System design follows the Waterfall model, with UML modeling and Black Box Testing for validation. The developed system successfully automates scheduling, generates delivery orders, recapitulates shipment data, and manages driver payroll. Empirical testing showed scheduling time was reduced from 45–60 minutes to 10–15 minutes (~75% faster), payroll reporting from 2–3 hours to under 30 minutes (~80% faster), and data recap from up to 2 hours to instant (~100% faster). All functions were validated through testing, showing no logical errors. The integrated information system model significantly improves the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of bulk water distribution. Future research may incorporate mobile technology and GPS tracking for enhanced real-time monitoring.

Abstract

Background: Telepharmacy is a digital technology-based pharmaceutical service that provides telecommunication between patients and related healthcare services. It offers healthcare services such as drug reviews, counseling, and therapeutic communication with patients, as well as online and real-time exchange of prescriptions. Objective: The effectiveness of the pharmacist's role in the delivery of drug information on the use of health apps. Methods: Current descriptive research using purposive sampling technique for data collection from the general public who have used telepharmacy with variable measurement scales in the study referring to the Likert Scale. Results: This study found that 64.8% of respondents had used telepharmacy to obtain medicine or drug information. According to the community, 82.9% stated that the quality of information obtained through telepharmacy was as good as information provided face-to-face by pharmacists. The community also considered that the role of pharmacists in the utilization of telepharmacy is very important and it is hoped that pharmacists can play an active role in providing drug information regularly in the form of leaflets or website links. Conclusion: Telepharmacy is an alternative health service that allows patients to get quick access and convenience in obtaining health services.

Abstract

This study discusses the development of a web-based car rental information system for CV. Nugroho Trans Surabaya using the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology. The system was designed to address issues in the previous manual rental process, such as transaction recording on paper, which was prone to errors and delays in data management. The developed system includes key features such as car booking, fleet data management, rental confirmation, and payment integration. Testing was conducted through various methods, including performance testing, usability testing, and security testing. Performance testing using PageSpeed Insights in desktop mode showed the following scores: performance 93, accessibility 84, best practices 93, and SEO 82. Meanwhile, testing with GTmetrix yielded a performance score of 96%, a structure score of 72%, a Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) time of 909 ms, and a fully interactive time of 1.3 seconds, indicating excellent speed and interface stability. In terms of security, testing with Pentest Tools indicated an overall medium risk level, with 1 medium risk finding, 5 low-risk findings, and 13 informational findings, and no high-risk vulnerabilities. The application of the XP method enabled adaptive system development tailored to user needs and iterative changes. This system has proven to increase the company’s operational efficiency by up to 40%, based on faster transaction completion times compared to the manual system. However, some limitations remain, such as user interface constraints and suboptimal integration of online payment channels. For future research, it is recommended to improve user experience, optimize the mobile interface, enhance server security protection, and expand system features to support the broader business growth of CV. Abstract

The canteen at An-Nawawi Modern Islamic Boarding School Bogor plays a crucial role in supporting students' daily activities; however, its current information system is not optimally integrated to handle the growing student population and operational complexity. This study aims to analyze the problems within the canteen's information system to identify priority areas for improvement. The methodology employs a quantitative analysis using the PIECES framework, which evaluates six variables: Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service. Data was collected by distributing a questionnaire to respondents via Google Forms. The research findings show that among the six variables, the Control variable obtained the lowest average score (563.4), indicating a significant weakness in the supervision and data security aspects of the current system. Therefore, it is concluded that the main priority for future development should be focused on strengthening the control aspects to create a more secure, reliable, and well-managed canteen information system.

Abstract

The relatively busy traffic movement on Jalan Karanganyar-Matesih causes various transportation problems, including increasing accidents. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of accidents, factors causing accidents, and accident-prone locations (black spots) in Jalan Karanganyar-Matesih which are visualized using A Geographic Information System (GIS). This study uses primary data (road geometric data) and secondary data (data on accident characteristics and factors causing accidents). Black spots can be analyzed and identified by using the Accident Equivalent Number (AEK) and the Upper Control Limit (UCL) method. The results of this study are the type of collision in accidents that often occur on Jalan Karanganyar-Matesih is front-side as many as 72 (42%) incidents, the class of victims with the highest number is minor injuries with a total of 191 (73%) people, the gender and age of drivers who are often involved are male, namely 241 (82%) people, the age of the majority of drivers is 18-30 as many as 128 (43%) people, the type of vehicle that is often involved in accidents is a motorcycle with a total of 272 (92%) vehicles, and the time of the accident often occurs during the day (12.00-18.00) with a total of 61 (37%) incidents. The main factor causing accidents on Jalan Karanganyar-Matesih is human negligence which totals 154 (94%) incidents. The results of the calculation analysis that has been carried out using the AEK and UCL methods obtained 7 segment locations that have AEK values ​​> UCL so that they are indicated to be black spot locations.

Abstract

This study focuses on the design and implementation of the Integrated Monitoring Information System (SIMONIT), utilizing the Google Maps API to support infrastructure management by the Department of Transportation of Dumai City. The system was developed to enable digital and integrated monitoring of various infrastructure elements such as Public Street Lighting (PSL), traffic lights, warning lights, road markings, and traffic signs. The research employs a descriptive method combining both qualitative and simple quantitative data. The findings show that the implementation of SIMONIT significantly contributes to operational efficiency, data accuracy, faster reporting, and improved transparency and accountability in public asset management. A total of 1,273 PSL points have been recorded in the system, with photo documentation available for approximately 90% and complete GPS coordinates. Additionally, the public complaint module registered 168 reports, with an 87% resolution rate and an average response time of only 1 to 2 days. This system also enhances decision-making capabilities and can serve as a reference for developing other digital public service platforms.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the security of a web-based academic information system at XYZ University using vulnerability assessment techniques. The system plays a vital role in supporting academic and administrative processes but stores sensitive data that makes it vulnerable to cyber threats. The research method consists of four main stages: defining the assessment scope, conducting vulnerability scanning using OWASP ZAP, analyzing the identified vulnerabilities based on type and severity using the OWASP Top Ten standard, and reporting the findings along with mitigation recommendations. The scanning results revealed 14 types of vulnerabilities, including the absence of anti-CSRF tokens, misconfigured security headers, and the use of outdated or vulnerable JavaScript libraries. Although no critical vulnerabilities were found, the identified issues still pose significant risks if left unaddressed. This study highlights the importance of regular security audits and the implementation of standardized web security practices. The proposed mitigation strategies are expected to enhance the overall cybersecurity posture of academic information systems and serve as a reference for developing more robust information security policies in higher education institutions.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the factors influencing the use of accounting information technology by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tangerang. MSMEs play an important role in the Indonesian economy, but face challenges in efficient financial record-keeping and reporting. The use of accounting information technology can be a solution to improve the speed, accuracy, and transparency of financial transactions.The factors studied include accounting knowledge (X1), technology infrastructure (X2), perceived ease of use (X3), and management support (X4). This research uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. The research population consists of all MSMEs in Tangerang City and Regency, with sampling conducted using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through a structured questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. The analysis results show that accounting knowledge (X1) and management support (X4) significantly influence the use of accounting information technology (Y). However, technology infrastructure (X2) and perceived ease of use (X3) do not show a significant partial effect. Simultaneously, all four independent variables (X1, X2, X3, X4) have a significant influence on the use of accounting information technology (Y). The resulting regression model is: Y= 20.450+0.219X1+0.045X2+0.040X3+0.222X4. The coefficient of determination of 0.284 indicates that 28.4% of the variation in the use of accounting information technology is explained by the independent variables, while 71.6% is explained by other factors outside the model. This research is expected to help stakeholders formulate strategies to increase the adoption of accounting information technology in Tangerang MSMEs, thereby driving growth and competitiveness in the digital era.
