Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of convenience and perceived benefit associated with the use of PARIS (Parking Information System) by adopting a model TAM 1 (Technology Acceptance Model), which consists of several constructs that perceived ease of use (X1), perceived usefulness (Y1), attitude toward behavior (Y2), behavioral intention (Y3) and behavior (Y4). This type of research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with sampling as many as 95 respondents from all users PARIS (Parking Information System) in Stikom Surabaya. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis (path analysis). Results from the study showed 7 construct to produce a significant effect, namely in the variable perceived ease of use (X1) to perceived usefulness (Y1), perceived ease of use (X1) to attitude toward behavior (Y2), perceived usefulness (Y1) to attitude towards behavior (Y2), perceived usefulness (Y1) to behavioral intention (Y3), attitude toward behavior (Y2) to behavioral intention (Y3), perceived usefulness (Y1) to the actual use (Y4) and behavioral intention (Y3) to behavior (Y4).

Abstract

In fulfilling orders for subscriptions , companies must improve performance in terms of planning. So far the problem in CV. Azaria Abadi Permai is planning needs raw materials and production is still in expected and done manually by the passage production planning inventory control. In this case often happens miscalculation planning raw needs an impact on exactly the number and availability of the raw materials that it production process.                    Solution proposed for the completion of the problems in the top is using methods Material Requirement Planning. This method aims to count the needs of raw materials and the arrival buy raw materials used the results of the evaluation of three lot sizing the technique, Lot for Lot, Economic Order Quantity, and Period Order Quantity.                    The result of this research is able to analyze method lot sizing namely, Lot for Lot, Economic Order Quantity, Period Order Quantity and then to choose the cost of inventori the most economical in each this method.

Abstract

Parahita Diagnostic Center is a laboratorium company in  Dharmawangsa number 66 and 70 Surabaya. Parahita has applied infromation technology which integrated and centralized to increase the customer satisfaction and service quality that is called Parahita Information Systems (PARIS). However, the problem in the application of PARIS is no transaction data saving overall and some time difference result between the output and input in the application. So far, the root of the problem is unrecognized.                Information System Audit which refers to COBIT 4.1 audit standard is applied to overcome the problem. COBIT 4.1 audit applies ISACA audit steps. The steps are preparation, planning, implementation and report. The types of audit are financial and customer perspectives. The financial perspective consist of two aims of business, eight aims of TI and twenty processes of TI. The customer perspective consists of four aims of business, thirteen aims of TI and twenty three processes of TI.                The result of information system audit application has 3,63 in financial perspective. It can be called as Defined which means information system activities in the company as standard work procedures and communicate through formal activities. In addition, it is found the invention and reccomandation for improvement and development system.

Abstract

PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII (Persero) or called PTPN XII is government enterprise that focused on agri-bussines and agri-industy sector. PTPN XII have 34 garden in East Java, 3 regional office and 5 subsidiary enterprise. Employees who will visit regional office, garden or subsidiary enterprise have to do a official travel. Based on currently business process of official travel, there are a few problem such as misuse official travel for personal interest, tardiness of getting business document, miscalculation official travel fee, and there are no report to reviewing the use of cost. Build a official travel information system is need to resolve currently problem. This system can generate employee official travel history, sorting by priority to create official travel document, give a reminder for create document official travel, automation calculation official travel fee, integrated with budget and create the use of cost official travel report. After testing and evaluatin of system, all function of system is working properly. So official travel information system can resolve the existing problem with all function which it have.

Abstract

The library is a vital part of an educational institution like university, especially for the Institute of Business and Information Stikom Surabaya. The availability of the final task collection became the main reason users to use library facilities. But handling in the search collections not implement the concept of Information Retrieval yet. Information retrieval used to produce information or documents which relevant to keyword from source by the amount that are numerous and is not structured as a collection of final task literatures .To solve these problems, the necessary repairs final task search facility by implementing the concept of Information Retrieval. The application of Information Retrieval on an abstract document is expected to produce a collection of  final task literatures which is relevant to the search. From the testing, the application capable of producing the collection of final tasks more than by search through query when given keywords with combination affix (prefix and  suffix).

Abstract

Abstract: STIKOM surabaya are the institutions that moves that puts forward in the fields of information and technology education. This is proven by the facilities and infrastructure that education be able to support the entire process. One of them is computer laboratories (labkom) that are located on the floor blue of stikom six buildings of surabaya. Labkom ever happened incident power lines fell, the incident had an impact on server down, and all the activity of going on labkom come to rest and wait for the recovery of server. The handling of the incident is now only management knowledge based server.  Server added management if there is an incident recording and the provisin of this was not conducted the status of resolution, so if the incident happen then have to wait staff who know the improvement of the incident. The incident happened chronicled in detail should be complete by the time the events of server management. Abstract

Abstract: Telkom IS SSM (Service Support Management Information System) is a unit of PT Telekomunkasi Indonesian supporters for performing maintenance of telecommunication equipment infrastructure. IS SSM units do not have a standards regarding problem management process, making it less valid in determining the identification of a problem. Managers will cancel if the problem solver does not have a solution. As a result, the problem can not be resolved immediately disrupt the operations of the company. Due to the lack of specific parties to accept and perform filtering problem, the process of identifying the problem has not gone well. The solution of the above constraints make the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) problem management process by following the ITIL V3 framework. Made through the four phases, the first to conduct stakeholder interviews to determine the processes that occur and the policy implemented. Second make the mapping process management problems. Third create a document that will generate SOPs, Work Instructions (IK), Records Work (RK), and the fourth stage of the planning document checks evaluate IT problem management with stakeholders in the IS unit SSM. Abstract

CV. Dwi Star is a company engaged in the field of importers of stationery, such as a stapler, perforator, cash box, stick note, display book, tape dispenser, glue, binders swing clip, calculator, and others. Stationery has various brands, such as Eagle, Phoenix, Pronto, Retype, Fastener, Bofa, Nashua, Pentel, and others. The goods were shipped from abroad, with prices following the dollar exchange rate, so that the sales price is uncertain (unstable). Is currently marketing the product on the company's CV. Dwi Star conducted by a salesman. Salesman has a dual role in his work, that salesman not only did the ordering of products but also offer the products, finding new customers, and collect debts.Salesman will going around in various area in Indonesia (except Papua). The process of roving salesman in one area takes one week to three weeks. In the process, salesmen will offer their products by bringing a catalog that contains information on products. The goods list (catalogs) are placed in a folder with the current total of about 49 sheets containing dozens of products types and kinds of this product does not include the same number but different product types, sizes, and colors. Salesman also perform the billing process to customers who still had debt. List of the bill will be created manually by the enterprise admin. Salesman collect the debt from the customer and the customer can pay off the debt in three ways, namely transfer, demand deposits, and cash. Confirmation of payment is only be completed by a salesman and a customer, and then salesmen will confirm it to the current company admin after the salesman back to the company. It creates opportunities to  cheat by the salesman.In connection with these problems, it is proposed Operational Information System Design Based Salesman Android that can be taken anywhere. Android-based operational applications salesman is devoted to help the salesman operational performance. The salesman operational applications provide useful product information to assist in the search speed of goods and prices thats up to date, can order the products, the addition of new customers, and displays a list of customer billing sent by e-mail to admin.

Abstract

UD Eka is a manufacturing company that sells goods as well as raw materials for footwear manufacture such as soles and heels. The products will be sold to several distributors, while for the sale of basic raw materials the manufacture of footwear is marketed to the craftsmen outside the company. In conducting sales activities to customers, UD Eka has problems in providing credit limit to customers who have bad credit record. So that will result in stalled credit payments by customers in the future. In addition, the company also experienced the problem of lack of good oversight of the company's receivables. Based on the problems currently problem, then made a system that can solve these problems. From these transactions can generate accounts receivable age, maturity receivable report, maturity receivable report, customer contribution report, product contribution report, customer sales trend report, and product sales trend report. From the test results, applications that have been made to generate reports related to sales and control of receivables that are expected to assist companies in making decisions related to the number of bad debts.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah 4 Elementary School Surabaya library need satisfactory service for the convenience of visitors to the library. However, business processes that occur there are still underway manual so that the existing data is not integrated with each other. Additionally librarian often difficulties in data searches both when borrowing, repayment and checking on the sanctions. And also with the members and visitors of the library have difficulty in finding the availability and location of collection.To solve these problems, then created a web-based library design of information systems that integrate existing data so that the information collection can be obtained quickly and accurately. The system is able to improve service in terms of borrowing, repayment, reservation, recommendation and search the collection. It also can accelerate the performance of the library and can provide accurate reports to the librarian.From the implementation of web-based library information system is implemented, it can be concluded that the system can ease the librarian to perform control on borrowing, reservation, booking, recommendation and preparation of reports. Besides members can to search information, booking and nomination of the collection. And based on the results implementation of the system of the questionnaire given to the 5 respondents, indicate that the display system, ease of navigation and precision process assessed either by the user with an average yield of 3.3 sequentially; 2.8 and 3.
