Abstract

PDAM Surabaya is the business unit belongs to an area that plays a crucial in fulfilling the needs of clean water communities that apply IT to assist in the achievement of the business objectives of the company. In its application, the maturity level of the IT management at PDAM Surabaya is the absence of supervision to run the procedure, so that the risk of many irregularities and discrepancies between operational processes that run with the policy that is set up. The solution to deal with these problems, the need for an IT governance is thus expected to produce maximum output to the company, help the decision-making process, as well as help the process of problem solving. As the basis for drafting of the COBIT framework is 4.1. External of it governance is a document that includes: 1) the alignment of the IT objectives with business goals that breakfast buffet by the 8 Primary and seven Secondary IT Process that supports the achievement of Strategic Aligment on Focus Area IT Governance. 2) Gap analysis in each domain, the results of processing the questionnaire found value is Defined as-is Process, while the results of the interviews found that the value of the to-be is Managed and Measurable. 3) stages the process increases as-is headed to-be each IT Process in order to produce the expected accomplishments. 4) Recommendations implementation of it governance based on COBIT 4.1 framework each IT Process so that relevant parties could easily carry out the monitoring of the management and measurement.

Abstract

Ita Farma Pharmacy is one of the pharmacies that are in District Kwanyar, These pharmacies provide pharmacy services regarding employment, namely the procurement of drugs, drug storage, preparation of drugs, compounding, distribution and delivery of pharmaceuticals and provide information to the public about the provisions of pharmacy. At this time Ika Farma Pharmacy is often in short supply of the drug because the pharmacy did not know the drug if supplies have been exhausted, it is only known if there is a buyer who wanted to buy drugs, then the process of recapitulation of sales per day is done every day by the cashier after the pharmacy closed and still done manually using a calculator. This causes the transaction recapitulation process takes a long time and possible errors in process recap. an information system that is intended to facilitate the sale of data storage sales transactions, inventory recording, and displaying information related to the sales reports are solutions to solve the problem. Conclusion The test results showed that the sales application can help the pharmacy to keep records inventory and daily sales reports that will be used as information about the development of Pharmacy.Keywords :  Information System, Sales, Pharmacies, Drug.

Abstract

Bank Mini is an accounting lab that used as a student financial payments and saving for students and employees of SMK Negeri 1 Sumenep. Bank Mini managing public savings, special savings, and general payment. Problems exist in Bank Mini is the process of recording transactions and financial reporting using a manual process using the books and records of other transactions, which potentially cause recording and accounting calculations errors. The school wants a Bank Mini information systems, but the schools didn’t know and can’t determine the appropriate system needs to be applied to the Bank Mini. The solution offered is to make the analysis and design of Bank Mini information systems that can generate the analysis and design of recording transaction processes, preparing reports accounting, and reporting of transactions. The process of analysis and design of this research includes the step of collecting data through interview and observation, analysis, system design, and evaluation of system design. The results showed that the analysis and system design can explain design of the transaction recording process, the reporting accounting process, and reporting processes used computing based processing, so it can be used as guidelines for implementation of Bank Mini information systems in the future.

Abstract

Finance Department of Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Stikom Surabaya, the student finance has primary responsibility to provide services to students, has implemented a information system on the service process. But still found some manual processes, to cause human error and a lot of wasted time.Based on the existing problems, then made the analysis and design of student financial information systems at the Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Stikom Surabaya described in System Flow, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), interface design, and the database structure to solution to replace manual processes with an integrated system.The results of this research is the analysis and design of student financial information systems that can replace the manual storage, manual calculation process, the manual checking and reporting process, can eliminate human error and speed up the process of service. The results of their designs can also be used as a document for the system development.

Abstract

CV. Gemilang Indonesia is a digital printing company and now currently experiencing problems with the company marketings and their business process is still conventional, the second problem is that the company can only accept orders through telephone and on the spot meanwhile the payment confirmation only through calls to the customer and the last problem is internal's problem the owner of the company didn't get the reports per periode to overcome the problems that CV. Gemilang Indonesia, the authors build an online shop application. This application can helps customer to order the products, they no longer have to come to the office to buy the products, they also get the invoice and also can review their history order. This application can also generate sales report for the owner of the company.

Abstract

Annual Employment Report is part of the Company's existing functions at the Department of Labor Surabaya, inspection, implementation, assessment and monitoring of employment. In doing compulsory reporting are currently several issues, namely: the length of the processing and preparation of reports so that the limited information available, the lack of facilities in approving compulsory reporting. The solution to these problems is to create an information system capable of managing reporting labor required to report the data into information that can be used to provide a policy on employment. These employment information reporting system can be easier for companies to perform compulsory reporting companies every year, can facilitate in approving compulsory reporting company, can assist in addressing the recording and processing of data shall be reported.

Abstract

Pengembangan Media Baru (PMB) is part of information management data used to support the broadcast, such as : save the news will be broadcast, save songs, supporting tasks broadcast in the scope of Radio RRI Surabaya. PMB also collect temporary news from all third class station in East Java and then sent it to first class station at a certain time span. So far, PMB had Confidentiality problems is saving news error that doesn’t match with the planning. The impact of this problem is disruption of the broadcaster to read the news, so that live broadcast become inaccurate. From integrity side is the wholeness of the news coverage results directly accessed was incomplete. The woleness of the news coverage of incomplete results will have an impact on the fall of broadcast event rating and influencing the quality of that event. From availability side, is the delay of provision of information, news, live events, entertainment, and advertising. It can lead to the risk of decrease trust level from listeners and stakeholders RRI Surabaya, and causing losses for RRI Surabaya.Referring to the results of the reviews, surveys, and interviews that have been done, so standard ISO 27002: 2005 is selected. There are three clause assigned is human resources security (Clause 8), the secure area (Clause 9), access control (Clause 11).The result of the calculation process maturity level of audit information security on the PMB RRI Surabaya is 2.55 which is repeatable. That results showed the most of information security process at PMB RRI Surabaya is still in the development stage with limited documentation.

Abstract

Depo Galvalum is a company that moves in galvalum distributor .The process of business on purchase system done by Depo Galvalum still based on Information stock availability . The buying system goods less could be handled well because there is no recording. Sales system just do recording of daily transactions . Recording producing such the total revenues and the amount of goods sold out. The results of recording have not been able to provide information the to conduct an evaluation on a system sales. Leader have only information to the number of goods that have been sold and the rest of the goods. From the report leaders will check repeated that takes time long enough, This leader find it difficult to analyze reports sales still in the form of rekap sales.With the this problem then required inventory information system of goods on Depo Galvalum web-based equipped with reorder point to buy goods next. Of the analysis and design of which is done to provide information on sourcing , an inventory of goods , sale of goods , and preparing reports. The design process produce information system an inventory of goods to suit the needs of Depo Galvalum. These information systems help the Depo Galvalum in the process of purchase of goods , an inventory of goods , sale of goods , and preparing reports.Kata Kunci: information system, inventory , Depo Galvalum , reorder point.

Abstract

CV. Anugrah Jaya is sales distributor company that have priority of selling pipe and fitting. The company is established in 2013 at Imam Bonjol 31 Surabaya to run their company activities and has 8 employees. This company sells various pipes and fittings that the items total is about 300 items. The company still doing manual recording which use Microsft Excel where frequently mistake in data input proccess so as to produce information less than accurate. This causing problems on selling transaction recording, items requisition, items price searching, and stock calculation. Based on problems above, company need a sales information system. Because the company does not have a blueprint of sales information systems and did not know in detail what is required in the sales informationsystem in CV. Anugrah Jaya Surabaya, so in this research Analysis and Designingsales information systems in CV. Anugrah Jaya Surabaya expected to be developed and helping admin in resolving every his job.

Abstract

SMK Kartika 2 Surabaya an educational institution that was established since 1994, and has several processes that include new admissions activities, class divisions and homeroom, scheduling subjects, and management student value as a material for preparing the results of student studies. Processes that exist in SMK Kartika 2 Surabaya there are some problems such as the process of data management students, teachers, schedules, class divisions and homeroom, and processing student value. The number of data and limitations of the scheduling officer so it takes a long time in managing the existing data. The long process of managing the data has a direct impact on the performance of the administration department, employees/ teachers in school academic activities. Solutions that can be given to the above problems is the application of academic information system, is one solution that can help the administration, employees / teachers in managing student data, teachers, schedules, class divisions along with homeroom, processing student value and reporting to the head school. Creation of Web-based academic information system application. It is expected to conduct student data management activities, teacher data, schedules, class divisions and homeroom, and final value creation, making it easier for the administration to report to the principal.
