Abstract

This system designed by website-based with service quality method which providing display online questionnaire that can be access by students of PSTI Unram. Students objectively fill the questionnaire, then the result will be displayed on page of Head Master, Lecturer and Operator PSTI Unram. There three ways in testing the application, Black Box, System, and Mean Opinion Score. Black Box shows that all the features run well. System shows the result of the system servqual score calculation is accordance with manual calculation. MOS administred 40 respondence of PSTI Unram Students, the result as much as 4,15. This shows that the system has been done well and accordance with the expected. Concluded that with this system, studens able to give the evaluation towards service provided during teaching and learning process, and PSTI Unram can receive the information about the analysis result of students satisfaction level towards the quality of service given. And for PSTI Unram can improve performance to provide an excellent services in the future.

Abstract

Scholarships are one of the important components in the education system which aims to provide motivation for students to continue their studies and improve achievement. At present the selection of scholarship admissions in the technical faculty of the University of Mataram still uses manual methods. Information system selection scholarship selection aims so that the selection process for receiving scholarships can be stored neatly and effectively. The application of the scholarship recipient selection process through a computerized system will improve the accuracy of the recipient in accordance with the targets or criteria set. The system is based on applicable rules or criteria. The results of the study can be useful to assist the selection process for receiving scholarships. This scholarship recipient information system has a 62% accuracy rate in the selection process in 150 student data.

Abstract

Hingga saat ini pengelolaan data di dalam perpustakaan di setiap sekolah masih sering dilakukan dengan cara manual, proses ini bisa menyebabkan kesalahan dalam penyimpanan dan pencarian data. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan cara membuat suatu sistem informasi berbasis website dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL yang memudahkan pengelola dalam melakukan pengelolaan data perpustakaan. Sistem informasi ini bertujuan untuk mengubah cara mengelola data perpustakaan dari manual menjadi lebih otomatis. Metode perancangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall. Dalam perkembangannya metode waterfall memiliki beberapa tahapan yang runtut yang dimulai dari analisa kebutuhan perangkat lunak, desain, pembuatan kode program, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan user acceptance testing yaitu dengan melakukan pengujian black box dan kuesioner. Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan, maka diperoleh hasil dari beberapa responden di SMPN 2 Kuripan. Dari hasil tersebut bahwa seluruh responden terkait menyetujui hasil dari sistem informasi perpustakaan yang dibuat.

Abstract

Sentiment analysis is an identification technique of emotion expressed in texts. Thesentiment analysis goal is to determine a negative or positive opinion within a sentenceor a document. Twitter is one of social medias to convey an opinion. The twitter allowsits users to write opinions related to a specific topic in a tweet. The twitter data used inthis research was downloaded using the twitter Application Programming Interface (API).It consisted 500 tweets about Lombok tourism that contained #lombok and#woderfullombok hashtags. The features extracted from the twitter data were selectedusing the Mutual Information (MI) method then they were analyzed using the NaïveBayes Classifier (NBC) model. The evaluation of sentiment analysis on the Lomboktourism twitter data in a 10-folds cross validation resulted 97.9% accuracy.Key words : Sentiment Analysis, Twitter, Naïve Bayes Classifier, Mutual Information.

Abstract

The Mataram municipal government is currently collecting ASNs Data. ASNs is employees working in the municipal government, which reach about 5500 people. As a consequent, the municipal have to spend budget to pay the ASNs salary. This salary is calculated based on ASNs position as well as then grade and class. The class and grade of the ASNs are evaluated based on their performance in completing their task. This evaluation is represented in such form called SKP (Sasaran Kerja Pegawai) that describe ASN work target and completeness. Currently, these forms are presented in Microsoft Excel that susceptible to errors. In this research, we develop a web-based system for the SKP for easy assessing the ASNs performance. Using this system, the ASNs evaluation were recorded in a database the baseline for future evaluation.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dalam membangun sebuah aplikasi sudah beraneka ragam, khususnya aplikasi berbasis web. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi web ini meningkatkan kemampuan dan kecanggihan organisasi atau perusahaan dalam hal komunikasi bisnis dan dalam hal kemampuannya berbagi informasi, salah satunya dengan adanya teknologi API.Perancangan REST API yang akan dibuat menggunakan metode Extreme Programming (XP). Sedangkan untuk tahap coding menggunakan metode MVC. MVC (Model, View dan Controller) yang merupakan sebuah arsitektur untuk membuat sebuah program. Tujuan dari pembagian program ke dalam tiga bagian besar ini adalah untuk memisahkan fokus perhatian, tanggung jawab, dan logika ke dalam bagian masing-masingSetelah dilakukan tahap coding, maka dilakukan tahapan pengujian sistem untuk mengetahui berbagai kesalahan yang timbul saat REST API ini berjalan. Setelah REST API berjalan, selanjutnya REST API yang diuji adalah REST API ruang menggunakan metode GET dan menghasilkan response berupa data dalam format JSON Sistem Informasi Administrasi Pembangunan (SiAbang) Merupakan sistem informasi berbasis website yang digunakan untuk melihat dan mengolah informasi terbaru mengenai data administrasi sebagai tugas perangkat daerah. Dengan Menggunakan REST API sebagai back end Sistem Informasi Administrasi Pembangunan (SiAbang), menguntungkan bagi pegawai kantor di Bagian Administrasi Pembangunan Kota Mataram untuk dapat lebih mudah dalam pengaksesan sebuah data, karena jika terdapat perubahan data, maka sistem secara otomatis memperbaharui data tersebut.

Abstract

Teeth serve to chew food, say words clearly, form a harmonious face and for a better appearance. Healthy teeth and gums will make it easy to eat well and enjoy good food. There are some problems that can affect oral health, but good care will make the teeth and gums strong. Lack of public awareness of maintaining dental health can cause major problems later on. In this case, an expert system tool for diagnosing dental diseases will be made using the website-based Bayesian Network method. The initial step in this study was to collect data, such as data on dental disease, data on dental disease symptoms and the weight of each symptom of dental disease used. The data was obtained from three dental disease doctors in three health centers in East Lombok. After getting the data, then calculating the weights for each symptom, the results of the calculation will be summed then divided by the number of symptoms suffered by the patient. The results of these calculations can be consulted by a dental specialist.

Abstract

Writing errors or spelling is a thing that needs to be considered because it can affect the calculations performed by some of the topics on Natural Language Processing that relies on the validity of the input data. Several studies have been conducted to correct writing errors that occur, one of which study by Fahma, A. I., et al using n-gram method and Levenshtein distance produced corrections with the best precision value of 0.97 for insertion type and best recall value by 1 for substitution types. With high accuracy, this study proposes to use the algorithm of development of Levenshtein, namely Damerau-Levenshtein, and n-gram methods. Damerau-Levenshtein has the same operations like insertion, deletion, substitution but with the addition of transposition operations between two characters. Damerau not only distinguishes four edit operations but also states that operations in the developed algorithms, can fit about 80% of all human writing errors. The types of n-grams used are bigram (n = 2) and trigram (n = 3). The testing results obtained in this study for the detection accuracy of the precision and recall ranged from 80%-100%. While correction accuracy testing uses equations proposed by Dahlmier and Ng, among the average accuracy values of precision and recall for all three scenarios, scenario C with a top 10 rating has the highest accuracy value of 96%.

Abstract

One measure of a person's English proficiency can be seen from the TOEFL test scores obtained. TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) is a test used to measure a person's English proficiency. If the TOEFL test score has reached a predetermined standard, it can be used for various selection requirements, such as scholarships and college graduation requirements. Based on the regulation of the Chancellor of the University of Mataram Number 7 of 2021 Article 17 Paragraph 8 Letter g, students who wish to conduct a thesis trial need to attach a certificate of completion of the TOEFL test first as proof that the student has indeed taken the TOEFL test and passed the score determined by the program. respective studies or majors, including the Informatics Engineering Study Program. So that in this study the authors will design and build a website based TOEFL test simulation application at the Informatics Engineering Department, University of Mataram. This study uses the CodeIgniter (CI) framework and the personal extreme programming (PXP) system development method. Testing on this application uses the black box testing method and the Mean Opinion Score (MOS). The result is that the application can run properly according to its respective functionality and get a MOS value of 4.6 where this value shows that the TOEFL test simulation application has good quality to use.

Abstract

Internet technology has a significant impact, especially for online restaurant businesses that require a restaurant management information system, known as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. The case study used in developing the CRM system for Valia's Kitchen. Valia's Kitchen is an online restaurant business that has been operating in the culinary industry since 2019, located in the city of Mataram. Valia's Kitchen has partnered with a ride-hailing company and provides its own application. However, there are limitations and shortcomings in the operational management provided, such as the inability to display customer data such as names and contact numbers due to privacy and security concerns, the inability to back up all order data, lack of inventory management for products and raw materials, and the absence of a cash flow record for expenditure and income over a specific period, leading to limitations in operational management features. To address these issues, the researchers designed a CRM Information System for Restaurants in the city of Mataram to improve operational efficiency and facilitate transactions with customers. The system is web-based, built using PHP programming language with a MySQL database, following the Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) development methodology, and tested using black box testing approach. The implementation of CRM in the system is manifested in features such as customer data management, menu management, raw material management, promotions management, partner management, raw material purchasing, restaurant expenses management, cash flow recording, transaction reports, restaurant statistics, and detailed reviews. The Black Box Testing results showed that the system features were functioning well without any errors. Furthermore, the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results indicated that the average assessment scores for three admin respondents were 82%, while the average assessment scores for eleven respondents on the customer side were 86%.
