Abstract

The objective of the research was to examine the influence of Budget Participation, Budget Pressure, and asymmetrical information on Budget Asymmetry. The population was 72 business units at PT. PP. London Sumatra. The research subjects were 167 respondents, consisted on Managers, Heads of Administration Department, and Deputy Heads of PT. PP.  London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis with an SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 22.0 software program. The result of the research showed that Budget Participation and Budget Pressure had positive and significant influence on budget asymmetry, while asymmetrical information had negative and significant influence. Simultaneously, the three variables had significant influence on budget asymmetry.

Abstract

The objective of the research was to analyze the influence of planning, implementation, supervision and control, bureaucratic structure, and information system on the management of regional government’s property with communication as moderating variable in the SerdangBedagai District Administration. The research used causal method, using primary data with questionnaires. The population was 141 respondents, and all of them were used as the samples. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis and residual test for testing moderating variable. The result of the research showed that showed that, simultaneously, planning, implementation, supervision and control, bureaucratic structure, and information system had significant influence on the management of regional government’s property. Partially, implementation, bureaucracy structure, and information system had positive and significant influence on the management of regional government’s property. Meanwhile, planning, supervision, and control had positive and insignificant influence on the management of regional government’s property. The variable of communication could not moderate the correlation of planning, implementation, supervision and control, bureaucratic structure, and information system with the management of regional government’s property.

Abstract

Nutritional information on social media is supported by image of food being reviewed. It requires hard work to explore similar foods that have almost same nutrition. Therefore an information search system is needed to speed up the information search process. This research has been conducted to be able to search for similar informations based on a query in form of image. It uses Dominant Color Descriptor method for color feature extraction and Gray Level Co-occurence Matrix method for texture feature extraction and information gain selection feature to select texture features. The data used were 29 types of food imaged with total is 435 images which each type has 15 images. Testing is done by comparing the performance of calculation of Euclidean distance, Chebyshev distance, and Manhattan distance for texture feature and Quadratic distance and Yang distance for color feature. The evaluation uses MAP value, test result using only the texture feature obtained MAP value of 0,5542 using Euclidean distance and without feature selection. The test result using only color feature obtained MAP value of 0,7488 when using Yang distance. And testing using color feature and texture feature obtained a value of 0,7118 by using Manhattan distance and Yang distance with 10 features. In this research, the use of DCD was more effective than GLCM by producing higher MAP value.

Abstract

Hate speech is one of the topics that often discussed in information technology. Hate speech has been usually used by the people that don't like or hate with someone or a group. People stated their hate speech with post it in social media. One of the most used social media to spread the hate speech is Twitter. Hate speech identification is needed to decrease the spread of hate speech. The method used in this research is Naive Bayes based on N-gram and feature selection Information Gain. N-gram features that used in this research are Unigram, Bigram, and combination unigram-bigram. 250 data are used in this research with hate speech label and 250 data with non hate speech label and have 80% proportion for data training and 20% for data testing. The best accuracy results in this research come from Unigram feature and without feature selection Information Gain. The best accuracy result is 84%, precision value 92%, recall value 79,31%, and f-measure value 85,18%. Based on the results obtained it can be concluded that to classify hate speech in Twitter using Naive Bayes has the best result with Unigram feature and without using feature selection Information Gain.

Abstract

The massively increasing Internet traffic is not supported by the current Internet architecture which is still based on host-centric communication. Information-centric networking (ICN) paradigm has been proposed to resolve that problem with content-centric communication. Some ICN architectures have been proposed, such as CCN, DONA, and NetInf. Those proposed architectures generally have three main concepts, which are publish-subscribe operation, in-network caching, and content-oriented security. In-network caching plays a very important role in ICN paradigm. It can improve network performance by saving content in caches that are spread in the network. This research aims to compare on-path caching and off-path caching strategies using Biznet topology on Icarus simulator. The result shows that off-path caching has 12.45% higher cache hit ratio than on-path caching, and on-path caching has 63.14% lower link load and 42,07% lower latency than off-path caching. In addition to that, it is worth noted that bigger cache capacity and α value results in higher cache hit ratio, lower link load, and lower latency.

Abstract

Di dalam promosi terdapat 2 komponen penting yaitu pesan dan media. Pemilihan kategori pesan yang meliputi pesan rasional, emosional dan kombinasi juga pemilihan media yang tepat dalam proses promosi akan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Selain itu, terdapat 7 elemen penting di dalam preschool yang perlu diperhatikan untuk mendukung konten pesan dalam promosi yaitu fasilitas, harga, sejarah, lulusan atau alumni, keamanan lingkungan, kualitas pengajar dan materi pengajaran sekolah. Preschool kini menjadi lembaga pendidikan yang mulai menjamur di Jawa Timur, karena terdapat lebih dari 11000 lembaga pendidikan usia dini pada tahun 2011. Namun sampai tahun 2014 jumlahnya bertambah menjadi lebih dari 15000 lembaga, dan Surabaya tercatat sebagai kota dengan jumlah lembaga pendidikan terbanyak di Jawa Timur. Jika dilihat dari jumlah murid di tahun-tahun sebelumnya, preschool  di Surabaya selalu mengalami peningkatan dari 61597 siswa menjadi 79657 siswa. Banyaknya preschool di Surabaya ini membuat preschool saling bersaing untuk mendapatkan murid, salah satunya dengan promosi. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei dalam bentuk pembagian kuisioner kepada 100 orang tua perempuan, ingin diketahui pesan dan media promosi seperti apa yang efektif untuk orang tua. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini, ketujuh elemen tersebut masing-masing akan diuji terhadap kategori pesan dan media. Hasilnya adalah pesan kombinasi dan rasional menjadi kategori yang paling disukai orang tua untuk menggambarkan elemen-elemen sekolah, dan media yang disukai adalah pameran pendidikan, televisi, brosur, booklet, dan surat kabar.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has also caused world relations to become borderless and cause significant social, economic and cultural change to take place so quickly. Such rapid advances in information technology have contributed greatly to the development of the world of information and electronic transactions. However, it can not be denied that such great progress on one side brings benefits to humanity, but on the other hand it can also bring harm to humanity. The provisions of Law Number 11 Year 2008 in conjunction with Law Number 19 Year 2016 on Information and Electronic Transactions in the perspective of sociology is due to the will to meet the legal needs of the community, including laws that reflect the cultural values of a nation (latency) . Where many events show that people demand different ways of interception and threats of defamation that are considered too heavy so that sanctions to the treatment of offenders is considered more severe than the actions done.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menghasilkan Aplikasi TIC (Tourist Information Center) Ponorogo dengan Menggunakan SIG dan Web Server. TIC Ponorogo merupakan sebuah aplikasi berbasis android yang menggunakan dukungan google maps sehingga mampu memberikan kemudahan mengenai informasi pada wisatawan tentang tempat wisata, penginapan, rumah makan, pusat oleh-oleh dan disertai dengan rute menuju ke tempat tersebut. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi ini diharapkan pengguna bisa terbantu menemukan tempat wisata, kuliner, berita dan kebudayaan serta informasi lainya tentang Kabupaten Ponorogo dengan memanfaatkan GPS dan internet.

Abstract

Nida'ul Fithrah Foundation as  known as (YNF) Surabaya operate to help and facilitate the muslims on the operational YNF recieved handsout sincerely from the donors for operational,facilities, and dakwah costs.based on the survey,averagely there’s 388 whose miss the payment from 1850 donors. The 2015 cash expenditure not suitable with the foundation  policy.for dakwah program cost 14% of 40%,social 83% of 30%,education 5% of 30%.YNF has not done yet the foundation rules according to goverment policy wihich is fund and programs tranparation,and the foundation ownners has not recieved the report of fund and programs that has been finished.The solution is to make fund management information system for YNF using System Development Life Cycle(SDLC) metode,with 4 stages: system Requirements Analysis, Design, Implementation and Testing, and the theory of  PSAK45 by the Indonesian Institute of Accountants(IAI).Based on the test result, the application able to solved the problem,which;activity information and YNF fund recieved by donors,donors get SMS warning message,director gets fund information for the expendeture of the programs so it fit with the foundation policy,the fund flow report recieved by director and foundation owner.the testing result recieve 99,5% point which mean in the range “very satisfied” that had been measured this application works excellently.

Abstract

Some IT policies does not fully implemented yet in the entire department at RSI Jemursari regarding the application of Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit for it business purposes. As a result, the data in each department are not in sync and irrelevant with the IT policies. The problems still remain at RSI Jemursari likewise the unclear cause to date. RSI Jemursari used COBIT 4.1 standard and under the scope of Internal Business Processes perspective according to the Balance Scorecard when performing information system audit to resolve the problems. ISACA stage is chosen in performing information system audit consists of four phases which are planning, preparing, performing, and audit reporting. The management information system audit result reach 3.51 ending level value reach which included in defined category that also means the procedure have been standardized and documented, be communicated through adequate training and obligated to implement the standard and deviation. Some procedures are well-executed but it just a matter of formalization for the daily tasks. The entire IT procedures and policies are still lacking or undocumented yet. This research delivers the improvements for the hospital management information system process.
