Abstract

Manual stock management, particularly through paper based record keeping, remains a challenge for culinary businesses such as Kava Coffee Shop in Kudus. Issues such as inaccurate records, delayed reordering, and the absence of notifications for expired or damaged ingredients can lead to stockouts or overstocking. This study aims to design a web-based inventory information system incorporating the Safety Stock and Reorder Point (ROP) methods to optimize the management of perishable raw materials. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, covering requirements analysis, design with Use Case and Activity Diagrams, feature implementation, and testing through the Black-box method. Key system features include minimum stock notifications, expiration tracking, transaction management, and damaged goods returns. Testing results show that the system performs according to specifications, achieving a 100% success rate across functional scenarios. Compared to previous studies, this system demonstrates superiority by being web-based, focusing on perishable goods, and offering integrated features. Therefore, the system can enhance record accuracy, accelerate decision-making, and ensure the availability and quality of raw materials at Kava Coffee Shop.

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a web-based archiving information system at PT Sarana Tirta Ungaran using the Agile Scrum methodology. The background of this research lies in the challenges of manual archive management, which often lead to difficulties in document retrieval, risks of data loss, and inefficient use of storage space. By adopting the Agile approach, the system was developed iteratively through stages such as product backlog, sprint planning, and daily Scrum, allowing for dynamic adjustments to user requirements. The system incorporates four types of user roles—super admin, admin, director, and general administrative staff—with key features including login, archive management (CRUD), document search, and activity logs. The design process employed UML, covering use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. Testing results demonstrate that the system improves archiving efficiency, accelerates information access, and supports the digitalization process within the company. Therefore, this information system is expected to enhance overall organizational performance.

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure is essential for government operations, particularly in managing network devices. Within the ICT Hardware Infrastructure Subdivision (Subbidang Harinfra TIK) of the Data and Information Center at the Indonesian Ministry of Defense, documentation of maintenance activities remains fragmented, making monitoring, analysis, and historical data storage less effective. This study developed a web-based information system using the Laravel framework and the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach to address these issues. The system automates documentation, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring more structured, transparent, and efficient processes. Black Box testing confirmed reliable functionality, data validation, and improved efficiency in maintenance activities. Unlike previous studies that focused on general asset or helpdesk systems, this research emphasizes ICT infrastructure maintenance in a defense environment, highlighting security and adaptability for sensitive data. The implementation enhances systematic documentation and operational transparency, with future improvements directed toward intelligent notifications and platform integration in line with Industry 4.0 trends.

Abstract

This study aimed to design and implement a web-based car rental service information system for 123 Lampung Utara. The system was developed using the CodeIgniter framework with PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. The main features included vehicle category and data management, user registration and authentication, rental transactions, order status tracking, and transaction reporting in PDF format. The system was designed to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through the digitalization of the rental process. The development followed the Waterfall methodology and the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture. Black Box testing results showed that all system functions operated correctly according to predefined scenarios, and no critical bugs were found. Therefore, the system was deemed feasible for operational implementation and ready for further development through integration with a payment gateway and automated notification services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Internal Control, Accounting Information Systems, and Employee Performance on the Quality of Financial Reports at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Muara Enim Regency. The approach used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to employees directly involved in the process of preparing financial reports and internal auditors or inspectorates. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to test the influence of each variable partially and simultaneously. The results of the study indicate that partially, Internal Control, Accounting Information Systems, and Employee Performance have a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Financial Reports. Simultaneously, these three variables also have a significant effect on the Quality of Financial Reports. These findings indicate that the implementation of effective internal controls, optimal use of accounting information systems, and good employee performance can improve the quality of government agency financial reports. This study provides practical implications for government agencies to continue to strengthen internal control systems, maximize the use of accounting information technology, and increase human resource capacity to realize quality financial reports.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low Indonesian learning outcomes in narrative reading materials in grade IV of SDN Cibeunying, Lembang District, which is caused by the use of conventional learning methods. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the Information Processing learning model  in improving student learning outcomes. The method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The research subjects were 17 students, consisting of 6 males and 11 females. The results of the study showed that in the first cycle there were 64% of students who achieved scores above the KKM with an average score of 73. In cycle II, all students showed improvement, although there was a correction that only 62% of students achieved KKM scores, with an average score of 72. These findings show that the application of the Information Processing model  is able to significantly improve students' ability to understand narratives. It is recommended that teachers apply this model with careful planning to increase the effectiveness of Indonesian learning. Keywords: Processing Information Model, Reading Skills

Abstract

Abstract: The rapid development of information and communication technology has prompted the government to provide digital-based services, including in the management of demographic data. This study aims to apply the Task-Centered System Design (TCSD) method in designing the Muara Enim Regency Demographic Data Information System. The TCSD method was chosen to ensure that the prototype design process was systematic and focused on user needs and tasks. The research stages included identification, user-centered needs analysis, scenario-based design, and walkthrough evaluation. The designed prototype supports several main tasks, including viewing demographic statistics, searching for specific data, submitting data download requests, and contacting the admin. The evaluation was conducted through online usability testing using the Maze platform with the System Usability Scale (SUS) instrument involving 13 respondents. The evaluation results showed an average SUS score of 78.5, which falls into the “good” category. This confirms that the interface design has met usability standards, is user-friendly, and is capable of supporting user needs in accessing and managing demographic data. Thus, the application of the TCSD method has proven to be effective in producing an interface design that is focused on user tasks and can be the basis for further system development. Abstract

The term "quality of financial reports" describes a well-organized document that provides information that is simple to understand and can be used as a foundation for future decision-making. It shows the financial condition, transactional activities, and financial performance of local governments. Reliability, understandability, comparability, and relevance are all requirements for a high-quality financial report. The purpose of this study is to investigate how Bapenda's financial reports are affected by regional financial supervision and information technology. 62 respondents were given questionnaires as part of the study, which was carried out at the Sumedang Regency's Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda). In this study, a quantitative methodology was used. SPSS version 27 was used to process the data, which included descriptive statistical analysis, tests for validity and reliability, and traditional assumption testing, such as tests for heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and normality. Multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination tests were used to test the hypotheses. Information technology and financial oversight both have a favorable impact on the quality of financial reporting, according to the results of the partial test (t-test). Furthermore, the simultaneous test (F-test) showed that both factors work together to improve the caliber of financial reporting. These results imply that raising the caliber of local government financial reports is facilitated by advancements in financial supervision and information technology
