Abstract

Penggunaan antibiotik yang tidak rasional akan berdampak besar terhadap terjadinya resistensi. Permintaan antibiotik restriksi kategori reserve saat ini dilakukan melalui proses manual berupa pengisian lembar restriksi oleh Dokter Penanggung Jawab Pasien (DPJP), lembar tersebut akan diteruskan Apoteker setelah mendapat persetujuan oleh Komite pengendalian Resistensi Antimikroba (KPRA) RSUDZA. Proses manual ini dinilai kurang efisien dan berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi pengendalian penggunaan antibiotik restriksi kategori reserve pada pasien rawat inap di RSUDZA. Desain penelitian ini Research and Development (R & D). Pengambilan data dilakukan secara prospektif selama periode Mei – Juli 2024. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling pasien rawat inap yang diresepkan antibiotik kategori reserve. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa rancangan aplikasi Antibiotik Restriksi telah mencapai 80% dan didapatkan total jumlah sampel adalah 16 pasien rawat inap yang diresepkan antibiotik kategori reserve, didapatkan 9 sampel yang disetujui permintaan penggunaan antibiotik restriksi dan 7 sampel yang tidak disetujui oleh KPRA. Informasi persetujuan penggunaan antibiotik restriksi  secara otomatis akan terkirim melalui pesan tulis pada aplikasi Whatsapp. Rerata waktu tanggap konfirmasi persetujuan permintaan  antibiotik kategori reserve adalah 42,6 menit. Selama uji coba penggunaan aplikasi sistem informasi ini, diperlukan evaluasi dan monitoring untuk mendukung pengembangan aplikasi sistem informasi antibiotik restriksi  di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

This research, titled "DEVELOPMENT OF A WEB-BASED CLINIC INFORMATION SERVICE SYSTEM APPLICATION USING PHP AND MySQL" aims to optimize efficiency and service quality at Atlantic Clinic through the implementation of a web-based information system. Analysis and testing indicate that the current conventional service method is no longer adequate, leading to inefficiencies in service processes. The newly designed system enhances administrative efficiency by accelerating patient data recording and retrieval. Additionally, the queue system provides better time estimates for patients, while the medical record system ensures the security and accuracy of patient data. The integrated cashier system improves payment transaction efficiency, reducing billing errors. Master data management, which includes medication, medical procedures, doctors, and users, becomes more structured and accurate. The implementation of this system is expected to bring significant improvements to the quality of service at Atlantic Clinic, making it more modern, effective, and efficient.

Abstract

Politeknik Manufaktur Negeri Bangka Belitung (Polman Babel) is a higher-education institution that supports research and community service activities through its P3KM unit. In practice, lecturers play an active role in producing scientific works and innovations, including submitting incentive requests and registering Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). However, the previously google form submission process created several issues such as verification delays, data errors, and difficulties in tracking submission status. This study aims to develop a web based Intellectual Property and Lecturer scientific work Incentive Information System. The development employed the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The main features of the system include IPR proposal submission, scientific work incentive proposal submission, and validation panels for reviewers and P3KM administrators. Black-box testing results showed that all system functionalities operated according to the defined scenarios

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Next Generation Social Welfare Information System (SIKS-NG) program in poverty alleviation efforts at the village level, especially in Sumorame Village, Indonesia. Method: The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants involved in this study consisted of village heads, SIKS-NG operators, and village officials who were directly involved in the implementation of the program. Results: First, human resource readiness is relatively good but is still limited to verification authority and time management. Second, technological infrastructure is adequate and supports system operations. Third, system management runs procedurally but lacks coordination because village authority is limited. Fourth, data accuracy is constrained by long validation and uncertain results. Fifth, the impact of the system on organizations and communities is not optimal because it still relies on old data and limited quotas. Novelty: The novelty of this study lies in the application of effectiveness theory as a whole in the village context and the disclosure of real implementation obstacles in the field. This study provides an important contribution to policy formulation in optimizing e-government services in social welfare programs in rural areas.

Abstract

Proses perekrutan merupakan komponen strategi dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi kualitas dan penghentian tenaga kerja suatu organisasi. PT Konimex Pharmaceutical Laboratories Sukoharjo telah menerapkan Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi proses rekrutmennya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tahapan teknis penerapan SDM dalam perekrutan dan mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yang meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SDM mendukung berbagai kegiatan rekrutmen seperti posting pekerjaan, data manajemen kandidat, penjadwalan wawancara, dan dokumentasi seleksi. SDM juga mempercepat pengambilan keputusan dan meningkatkan transparansi dalam proses rekrutmen. Namun, beberapa tantangan tetap ada, termasuk adaptasi pengguna dan perlunya pembaruan sistem. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan SDM berkontribusi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan profesionalisme sistem rekrutmen di PT Konimex.

Abstract

He use of technology has developed significantly in the era of globalization. With the rapid advancement of information technology, the dissemination of information in the business world through internet networks has increased considerably. This development provides convenience for both consumers and producers to establish cooperative relationships in online sales, commonly known as e-commerce. One of the relatively popular e-commerce platforms today is TikTok. This research is based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative research type. The research object is STIE GICI Pondok Gede Campus. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distribution technique. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method, resulting in 57 respondents. The respondents of this study were active students from the 2021/2025 academic cohort. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression with SPSS version 30. The results of this study concluded that: 1) partially, the variables of ease of use, perceived usefulness, risk, and attitude toward use do not have a positive influence, while the trust variable has a positive influence; 2) simultaneously, all variables have a positive influence.

Abstract

Introduction: Astambul Subdistrict in Banjar Regency is classified as a flood-prone area. Such regions tend to experience a decline in clean water quality. In Astambul, no mapping has been conducted regarding clean water quality based on water management and land conditions to improve clean water quality in flood-prone areas. This study aims to analyze the availability of clean water sources in flood-prone areas using geoelectrical methods and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Methods: This study used a quantitative research design with a cross-sectional method to analyze clean water sources using geoelectric and Geographic Information System (GIS) methods. This study was conducted in five villages in Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan Province. Testing using the geoelectrical method was conducted at five locations in five villages, while the GIS method was used at 30 locations across the five villages. Results and Discussion: The geoelectric method showed that 4 villages had turbid water quality, and 1 village had very turbid water. The GIS (Geographic Information System) method indicated that the parameters for turbidity, iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), and coliforms did not meet the standards. The average values of Dissolved Oxygen (DO), Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), Total Suspended Solids (TSS), and turbidity are 8.03 mg/L, 179.27 mg/L, 0.22 mg/L, and 17.23 NTU, respectively. The average values for pH, iron (Fe), and manganese (Mn) are 6.44, 0.68 mg/L, and 21.02 mg/L, respectively. Conclusion: Based on Geoelectric and Geographic Information System analysis, the Astambul District area has clean water sources that are still below quality standards.

Abstract

The increasing demand for fast, accurate, and efficient healthcare services has encouraged hospitals to integrate technology into their operations. This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing the Hospital Management Information System on the quality of operational services in the registration department of Aek Kanopan Regional General Hospital. A descriptive quantitative approach with a one-group pretest–posttest design was used to measure changes in employees’ perceptions before and after system implementation. Data were collected from 60 employees selected from a total of 150 using Slovin’s formula with a 10% margin of error, and analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results showed an increase in the mean score of the Hospital Management Information System from 19.9 to 20.6 and in service quality from 20.3 to 20.9, with significance values of 0.007 and 0.029 (p < 0.05), indicating significant improvement. The system enhanced work efficiency, service speed, data accuracy, and inter-unit coordination, although issues such as limited training and network instability remain challenges. Strengthening infrastructure, providing continuous training, and regular evaluations are recommended to optimize the system’s effectiveness and improve hospital service quality.

Abstract

This research addresses the significant gap in empirical studies concerning Information Technology implementation in Indonesian elementary schools' strategic management. The study aims to analyze implementation strategies, identify supporting and hindering factors, and develop an applicable IT governance model for elementary education contexts. Employing a qualitative case study methodology, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis at SD Al Azhar SBP, involving teachers, administrative staff, and school principals. Findings reveal exceptional technology adoption rates with 97% positive reception of the Notion platform, 91% parent satisfaction with digital enrollment systems, and 96.3% teacher confidence in technology utilization. However, a critical discovery emerged regarding 3.7% of teachers experiencing low digital self-efficacy, indicating a capability divide that extends beyond mere technological access. The research confirms the applicability of the Technology Acceptance Model while demonstrating its limitations in addressing organizational and cultural dimensions within elementary education environments. Consequently, this study proposes the School-Technology Integration Model (S-TIM), incorporating institutional readiness, pedagogical alignment, and community engagement as essential components for sustainable technology integration. The findings emphasize that successful digital transformation in elementary education necessitates comprehensive strategies addressing both technological infrastructure and human resource development through differentiated training programs and robust organizational support mechanisms.

Abstract

Currently, students and the public in searching for boarding house information only rely on information from friends, relatives or manual searches to find the availability of boarding houses. Currently, the availability of information service platforms for boarding houses is now numerous, especially those based on websites and Android-based. Boarding house information services based on websites and Android-based only provide general information related to boarding house information, but are not able to provide comprehensive information. The purpose of this study is to contribute to the field of information technology through innovation in the development of an e-commerce platform Indekost integrated with the Web Geographic Information System that can help improve information accessibility, facilitate the boarding house search process and ultimately increase user satisfaction in choosing boarding houses that suit their needs. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) using the waterfall development model. The results of this study were able to produce an e-commerce application product Indekost that is able to integrate with the Web Geographic Information System. The results of black-box testing showed that all menus can function properly and according to expectations. The results of expert testing and user testing obtained a final score of 3.8, meaning the assessment falls into the very appropriate category.
