Abstract

PT. SETRA SARI Branch of Surabaya is a company operates in cleaning service, pest control, Man Power Supply services. PT SETRA SARI branch of Surabaya have some problems in the payroll system. The problem is low validation according to data recording employee present. Because generate manually. Another problem is calculation and management of employees payroll. To solve these problems, then this research offer an information system based on web application that can be used to record employee present data, and to calculated also manage employees payroll in integrated system.  This information system can help PT.SETRA SARI Surabaya Branch can solve record employee present data, and to calculated also manage employees salary in integrated system.Keywords: payroll, information systems, information systems payroll

Abstract

Abstract: UD Novanel Setia is one of the trading business (UD) which is engaged in the electric equipment sale. UD Novanel Setia provide good service to meet the consumer needs with cheap and good quality electrical products that appropriate to the consumer.  UD Novanel Setia have problems in the sales process. The company do not have the fact and accurate data to record an inventory process about the amount of supply goods into and out at the moment. In addition, UD Novanel Setia don’t have their sales income calculation every day, so it can’t give sale reports and information, because the data still can’t meet the needs of report creation. Based on these problems, the sales system will built on UD Novanel Setia. The system can save the sales transaction data and customer returns and also can produce information and reports related to the sale. So the owner is able to monitor the progress of the products sales in detail. The results of the study provide information to the owner about the sales development. The Information includes information entry per customer, per period income statement, statement-selling item, returned item report, inventory report and minimum inventory report. The system can calculate revenue each day and month in sales calculation process. Keywords: Information System, Sales, Sales Information System.

Abstract

PT Kopaba Jatim is a business entity engaged in manpower distribution to the Bank Jatim’s branches. PT Kopaba Jatim joint moves with Bank Jatim cooperative. Manpower provided by these companies is security, drivers and office boy. PT Jatim Kopaba have a problems associated with data employee. Some problems are piled up files, employee history data less accurate, and the difficulty in performing insert, update, delete. Moreover, in the process of making contracts letter, mutation letter and termination letter took a long time because the system is based on Microsoft Excel that can be accessed by one client only, Microsoft Excel are also less effective to monitor the employees in nearly all branches of Bank Jatim. Based on the issues, PT Kopaba should have a system to facilitate the process of personnel administration. So the correct solution is the making of personnel administration information system that can determine which employees will be out of contract next three months, facilitate administrative processes and simplify the employee making the report related. With this system, employee data collection process becomes more effective. Report generation is more accurate. Also based on alpha test with 27 function test result is 100% according to user needs.

Abstract

Development and Application of Information Technology (PPTI) is part of Institute Business and Informatics Stikom Surabaya. PPTI’s Main Function is to support visions, missions, and goals. To achieving the visions, missions, and goals, PPTI must have a good plan, including the mechanism plan to manage the relations between PPTI it self and with the service user. The Mechanism process will be used by PPTI to fulfill the Stikom Surabaya Information Technology’s needs. to achiveing the goals, PPTI need to do some research that based on Information Technology Infrastructur Library v3 (ITIL v3) standart, which is Service Strategy. Process of making the document refered from Service Strategy process number 5, Business Relationship Management. The result of this research is service portfolio document which contain customer portfolio, socialization’s standart and procedure, training’s standart and procedure, user complaint’s standart and procedure, socialization’s policy, training’s policy, and user’s complaint policy, that will be used by PPTI later.

Abstract

PT Nusa Tenggara is one of shipping company deals with sea shipment for delivering goods in entire Indonesia region. So far, determination of the fast fee is only based on its mileage therefore all ships with the same route have the same fast fee. Meanwhile each ship has different operational cost though they are in the same route. This situation influences to the income of each ship. Based on the data of  ship income in 2013, it shows that the income can not cover operational cost of each ship. The offering solution is information system for determining fast fee by using variable costing methode and web based that can be able to determine fast fee or ship charter fee based on routes and ship used by the buyer. It has some main processes such as adding pre-operational ship data, counting the main cost of ship production, counting percentage of ROI per mile, counting percentage of markup per mile, and counting fast fee. After being tested, this application is able to help operational director giving information dealing with determining process of fast fee. Furthermore, it is also able to make bargaining process between director and agent charter faster so it can produce fast fee based on charter party.

Abstract

Part Persoalia PT. Jasamitra Propertindo have HR management tasks include human resource planning, employee recruitment, employee selection, placement and orientation, training and development, performance appraisal, and termination of employment. In the daily implementation of all human resources management tasks created manually. Therefore, the company wants the Human Resource Information System. The obstacles, the current PT. Jasamitra Propertindo not know the needs of the system according to the needs of Personnel.The solution offered is to do a needs analysis and design of Human Resource Information System capable of handling ranging from human resource planning, employee recruitment, selection, training and development, placement and orientation, performance assessment, until the termination of employment with the effective, efficient and accurate.The result of this research is the formulation of system requirements analysis, system design, system design and evaluation. After the evaluation, the draft document human resources information system at PT. Jasamitra Propertindo able to produce systems that help the company in the process of managing the company, especially in the human resources department.

Abstract

RSU Haji Surabaya is a public hospital located in Manyar Kertoadi Street Surabaya of East Java Province Goverment. In the process of defining and grouping there are a lack in doing the steps of definition and grouping. The process of observing and diagnosing problems, inaccuracies in reducing or eliminating the impact of an error problem. The process of resolving the problem is not there is a solution that do if there damage over and over. The process of making management of the problem after done repair did prevention what can be done in order to avoid a similiar problem. So that the impact there is no clarity in doing management of the problem.In the process of repair the document planning, used the standart or best practice Infromation Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Version 3 (V3) about Service Operation, especially related to the process of the Problem Management. The main focus on the problem management was chosen because it is an activity that is conducted to find out the cause of the problem, problem complete, reduce the risk, and avoid a recurrence of the same problem back on the installation SIMRS.The result of this research were obtained planning document IT problem management 8 Standart Operational Procedure (SOP), 9 (IK) Work Instructions and Work Record 22 (RK).

Abstract

The process of final project research consultations is now often done by making a schedule to meet with supervisors within the time set by students and supervisors. It is known that the consultation process by the way it is done now still has problems from the effectiveness of student research time and the distance between the research center and the location of the supervisor. With these problems resulted in students not being timely in conducting research consultations with their supervisors. Therefore, a system is needed that can provide a system of research consultations remotely using internet facilities that are integrated with the consultation notification system via the SMS Gateway. The methodology is built using the phases of context diagrams, data flow diagrams and entity relationships. The system is built using PHP programming, mySQL database and Gammu. The results of the final project consultation information system research integrated with the notification system using the SMS Gateway have produced several tables and forms, namely student forms, lecturer forms, consultation forms and document forms. The form has been able to provide a remote consultation system using web media and has been able to provide notification notifications to students and lecturers regarding the consultation status using the SMS gateway service. It is expected that this information system can facilitate students and lecturers in conducting more effective and efficient consultations.

Abstract

Pergeseran paradigma pengembangan Perangkat Lunak yang berskala enterprise. Permasalahan antara lingkungan Berorientasi Objek (OOP) dengan lingkungan RDBMS (Relational Database Management System) yang sering disebut dengan istilah impedance mismatch (Ketidak-sesuaian pendekatan OOP dan RDBMS). Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan konsep Object Relational Mapping (ORM) yang berfungsi menjembatani ketidaksesuaian dan memetakkan database relasional ke model objek, melakukan pengumpulan data tumbuhan (Pohon, Kayu, Tanaman Obat dan Bambu). Metode pengembangan menggunakan konsep design pattern Model-View-Controller (MVC) berbasis Framework. Metode penamaan dan taksonomi tumbuhan mengacu pada International Association for Plant Taxonomy. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan sebuah produk perangkat lunak Sistem Informasi Keanekaragaman Hayati Borneo, telah tersimpan data dalam database sistem 1482 jenis pohon, 233 jenis tumbuhan hutan obat, 86 jenis kayu dan 80 jenis bambu. Relevansi penelitian ini sebagai bentuk sinergitas penelitian yang mengacu pada Pola Ilmiah Pokok (PIP)  Universitas Mulawarman sebagai Center of Excellence for Tropical Studies.

Abstract

This research was conducted to test the effect of independent variables, they are organizational culture, work ethic, level knowledge of accounting and accountant’s moral hazard on the dependent variable, that is the quality of company's financial report information, either simultaneously or partially. The type of this research is causal associative with quantitative approach, the research aims to determine the effect of two or more variables, with the approach of testing the theory by measuring the variables with numbers and analyze the data with statistical procedures. The population of this study is the accounting and finance employees in the whole national private company in Gresik. Sampling was done by nonprobability sampling method with judgement sampling approach, the results of selected judgement sample is the accounting and finance employees in 13 companies. The data source used is primary data derived from the answers of respondents in the research questionnaire. The data are processed with SPSS 16.0 for Windows with multiple linear regression test. The results of this research show that: 1) Simultaneously, the variable of organizational culture, work ethic, knowledge level of accounting and accountant’s moral hazard affect the quality of company's financial report information. 2) Partially from four independent variables, the variable of organizational culture does not have a strong influence on the dependent variable quality of the company's financial report information.
