Abstract

Public knowledge about stunting prevention is correlated with the government's ability to provide health education services. The implementation of IEC Method through MOCUGA, which was initiated by Representatives BKKBN of Banten, is considered to increase public knowledge about stunting. This program, which is still considered premature, requires effectiveness measures that are output-oriented. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the effectiveness of MOCUGA intervention program for public knowledge level about stunting prevention. This research uses an experimental approach with a one group pre-test and post-test design. Data collection came from 95 respondents, selected from the population of Families at Risk of Stunting (KRS) in Sangiang Village, Lebak Regency of Banten Province. The collected data was analyzed using the t-test and Cohen's effect size method. It was found that 87.5% of mothers who had babies under two years old (Baduta), had the lowest level of knowledge about stunting prevention compared to other categories at the time of the pre-test. The level of very good knowledge about stunting prevention during the pre-test was determined by the prospective bride and groom (Catin) at 25%. Knowledge before and after the IEC education intervention through the MOCUGA program showed a difference of p = 0.034 and a correlation level of r = 0.397. However, the effectiveness of the MOCUGA intervention treatment is still classified as having a small effect of -0.22, on the impact of KRS knowledge about stunting prevention.

Abstract

Social media, especially X, has become a key source of information for many individuals, but the level of trust in the information spread on these platforms is a critical issue. To overcome this problem, this research proposed an information credibility detection system using a Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) with the utilization of TF-IDF feature extraction, GloVe feature expansion, BERT word embedding, and Genetic Algorithm (GA) optimization. This research contributes to assessing the credibility of tweets related to the 2024 Indonesian election by integrating TF-IDF to identify important words, GloVe to enhance word context, BERT for deeper understanding, and GA is present to optimize RNN performance. The main focus is to provide maximum accuracy by integrating these methods. In this research, the dataset used consists of 54,766 tweets relating to the 2024 Indonesia election and includes relatively equal numbers of credible and non-credible labels. The corpus construction utilized source X with a total of 40,466 data, IndoNews with a total of 131,580, and a combination of both with a total of 150,943. This research conducted six experimental scenarios, namely optimal data split, max features, N-grams, Top-N rank similarity corpus, BERT and GA application. Through these scenarios, the model achieved a significant accuracy improvement of 1.81% over the baseline, reaching an accuracy of 90.60%. This result demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed system by presenting a higher quality of accuracy compared to the baseline model. Moreover, this research underscores the significant contribution of increasing the accuracy of information credibility detection.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the management practices and promotion strategies implemented by the principal at Karungan 2 elementary school. A qualitative approach was used in this study, with data collection through interviews, observations and document analysis. Using qualitative methods makes it easier for researchers to process the data taken. The first objective is to describe school management practices, and the results of the analysis show that teacher resource management still needs to be improved, while curriculum planning and the organisation of extracurricular activities have been done well. The second objective was to identify the promotional strategies implemented, and the findings showed success in co-operation with the school  committee  and  participation  in  community  activities,  although  there  was  a  need  to improve parental involvement and communication with the surrounding community. The discussion of the findings involved expert opinions and a review of journal articles, underlining the importance of judicious budget allocation and parental involvement in effective school promotion. This research provides valuable insights for the improvement and development of school management and promotion practices at Karungan 2 elementary school.

Abstract

Technology is a result of the thoughts that exist in humans in developing a method in a certain system so that it can be useful, then to use it to solve problems that exist in human life itself. While the definition of the information itself is a news in which it contains a certain purpose or element, so that humans can have a knowledge and an experience that basically always wants to be shared with others. So, the purpose of the statement above can be concluded that information technology is a procedure or system used by humans to convey messages or information. The mobile application is an easy means of moving from one place to another, Government technology is a form of electronic technology that is used in an effort to implement existing government activities internally and externally with the aim of achieving efficiency, effectiveness and speed in any case. Smart City is a modern city or smart city. Meanwhile, a smart urban system for example can provide high economic value for money in the context of better traffic management.

Abstract

Law Number 28 of 2007 and Government Regulation Number 31 of 2012 mandate the provision of tax data by government agencies, institutions, associations and other parties (ILAP) to the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP). Even though criminal sanctions have been regulated, the implementation of these obligations is not optimal. DJP adopted alternative methods, such as a Memorandum of Understanding/MoU, to obtain tax data from ILAP. This research uses a research method that focuses on positive law with the theory of legal certainty by Gustav Radbruch, the theory of authority by Max Weber, and the theory of taxation by Adam Smith. The results of the research show that there is a discrepancy in the implementation of the obligation to submit tax data with positive law and the theory of legal certainty. Steps are needed to create a Memorandum of Understanding/Agreement/MoU up to a Cooperation Agreement by the DJP with ILAP to make the obligation to submit tax data and information from ILAP run smoothly in accordance with the study. theory of authority by Max Weber. To realize legal certainty in these regulations and to increase state revenues in accordance with the study of tax theory by Adam Smith, it is recommended that there be changes to norms in Law Number 28 of 2007 by adding an article regarding the making of a Memorandum of Understanding/MoU/Cooperation Agreement to increase legal certainty. and contribution to state revenue. Keywords: Reconstruction of Obligations; Data Submission; Tax Information; Legal certainty
