Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Information Quality, System Quality, Service Quality, dan Perceived Risk terhadap Behavioral Intention to Use dengan Actual Use sebagai intervening dari Aplikasi My Takaful di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 215 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 24 for windows. Koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) sebesar 0,589 menunjukkan bahwa 58,9% variasi behavioral intention to use dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen dalam penelitian ini, sementara sisanya 41,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and evaluate a desktop-based Guidance and Counseling Information System (GCIS) using Visual Basic 6.0 and MySQL at SMKN 1 Palibelo. The background of the study is the ongoing use of manual methods in managing guidance services, which results in inefficiency and is prone to errors. The research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Waterfall model as a software engineering approach. The system includes features for student data management, counseling case records, and BK activity reporting. The system quality was assessed based on four key indicators: correctness, functionality, maintainability, and usability. Testing results showed zero errors from 2,924 lines of code, fully functional features, maintainable system architecture, and high usability based on user questionnaire responses. These findings indicate that the application of information technology in counseling services improves counselor efficiency, reduces record-keeping errors, and accelerates student data access. The developed system has the potential to be replicated in other schools to support the digital transformation of educational services.

Abstract

This research focuses on the noise level at Sultan Thaha Jambi Airport due to aircraft activity which took place from 06.05 to 22.40 WIB. This research started from observation, collecting noise level data and measuring data. The method used is the Weighted Equivalent Continuous Perceived Noise Level (WECPNL) method to measure noise points at each measurement point. Measurement points were taken at 6 points for 24 hours/14 days. This research also uses a Geographic Information System (GIS) to map the distribution of noise levels. The research results showed that the highest noise values ​​occurred in the air side area and occurred during holidays. WECPNL results from April 27 to May 10 showed that the average noise index reached 58 to 59 (dB), close to the noise quality standard of 55 (dB). In the Liverpool airport and residential area, the purple color has an index <67 (dBA), which indicates low noise levels, while red indicates high noise level due to airport activities. WECPNL results from May 1 to May 5 had a noise index of 70.5 (dBA). 2D and 3D contour maps show that the darker the color, the lower the noise level, while the fainter the color, the higher the noise level. The benefits of this research are: For people living in the Jambi Sultan Thaha Airport area, it is hoped that they will be able to find out what effects can be caused by airport noise and know the regional zones that fall into noise level categories I, II, III.

Abstract

Climate is one factor that can influence plant growth. The risk of crop failure due to climate variability can be in the form of reduced water sources, which impact water needs in the land and the emergence of pests and diseases in plants. The risk of planting failure can impact product quality, which has the potential to decrease, higher plant handling costs, and various things that cause losses to farming businesses. The availability of climate forecast information, such as rainfall and other parameters, encourages writers to apply it to information that is easier for users to understand. One of the machine learning algorithms, Decision Tree, is used as a model in determining the risk of planting failure based on each attribute/parameter, including monthly rain, ENSO and IOD phenomena, drought, groundwater availability, and Oldeman climate type. This study aims to make a model prediction of crop failure risk potential, and the calculation is based on climate prediction data. The results of this study show differences in climatic conditions for each commodity when there is an increased potential risk of planting failure. Monthly rainfall is the most dominant factor influencing rice, maize, and soybean planting failure. Validation of the decision tree model shows that this model is quite good in determining the potential risk of crop failure in all commodities studied, with the proportion of correct proportion of more than 65%. However, the Heidke Skill Score (HSS) shows that this model is good for Paddy and Soybean; Maize shows an HSS of less than zero.

Abstract

The Population and Civil Registration Service Reporting Information System is an important aspect in managing population data at the provincial level. However, data security in these systems is a major concern, given the sensitivity of the personal information contained therein. This research applies the RC4 algorithm to the reporting information system of the Central Sulawesi Province population and civil registration service to improve data security. This research uses a system development method with a case study approach. Researchers implemented the RC4 algorithm on an existing reporting information system and analyzed its impact on data security. Data was collected through interviews with Population and Civil Registration Service officers, observations, and testing system functionality. The applications built are tested using blackbox and crackstation. The results of black box testing show that the application produces the desired output and is in accordance with the function of the application program created. The results of the crackstation test show that the RC4 algorithm was not successfully solved. The research results show that the application of the RC4 algorithm to the reporting information system of the Central Sulawesi Province Population and Civil Registration Service can significantly increase data security. This algorithm is able to encrypt data sent over the network, thereby preventing unauthorized access and misuse of information.

Abstract

This research was conducted starting from the existence of supporting facilities in schools such as libraries, and discussion methods in learning to improve students' literacy and creative thinking, but the results were not as expected. This research uses a quantitative approach with mixed methods research methods in the form of experiments with a quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group design, namely research conducted by looking at the differences between the experimental group and the control group. Data collection techniques used are tests, questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study are: first, the implementation of the RQA learning strategy begins with finding information, making questions and answers, and discussing it in class. Second, the information literacy ability of class VII students in general from the 6 literacy indicators of the Big6 model is categorized as good. Third, the average creative thinking ability of students in the experimental class = 86.25 is higher than that in the control class = 74.38. Fourth, the RQA learning strategy has a significant effect on the literacy and creative thinking abilities of students by obtaining the results of 3 indicators in the very good category and 3 indicators in the good category of literacy ability and the Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.006, so that H1 is accepted.

Abstract

Perubahan proses bisnis dalam sebuah kelembagaan atau perusahaan mempengaruhi sistem informasi. Perubahan tersebut berdampak terhadap sistem informasi yang dikembangkan. Namun, Management System of LP3I di Politeknik LP3I Kampus Tasikmalaya arsitektur yang digunakan menggunakan monolitik. Arsitektur tersebut dianggap sulit dikembangkan, maka dilakukan refactoring menjadi arsitektur microservice. Refactoring microservice memiliki tujuan untuk memudahkan pengembangan sistem tanpa mengganggu sistem yang sudah berjalan. Strangler pattern dijadikan metode dalam 10 tahap proses refactoring arsitektur dan dua tahap refactoring database yaitu mengubah skema database kemudian memindahkan data. Setelah itu, kemudian diuji mengunakan pendekatan heuristic usability dengan nilai diatas 73%. Hasilnya arsitektur microservice menggunakan strangler pattern berhasil dirancang dan direkomendasikan berupa blueprint.

Abstract

Dukcapil Kota Bengkulu telah menerapkan Sistem Informasi dalam pengelolaan dan penyimpanan informasi data kependudukan dari masyarakat Kota Bengkulu, salah satu sistem Informasi yang dimiliki dukcapil kota Bengkulu yaitu Sistem Layanan Administrasi Warga Elektronik (SLAWE). Terdapat beberapa masalah yang ditemukan seperti Warga selalu lupa menyimpan nomor resi untuk melacak proses permintaan layanan karena nomor resi hanya ditampilkan satu kali setelah registrasi, form upload kartu keluarga/KTP Lama/KTP Rusak/Surat Keterangan Hilang tidak diberikan informasi terkait format foto, masih banyak warga yang tidak mengerti cara mengupload persyaratan yang ada. Maka dari itu, perlu adanya penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh usability, information quality, service interaction quality terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem layanan administrasi warga elektronik (SLAWE) pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan sipil kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh usability, information quality, service interaction quality terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem layanan administrasi warga elektronik (SLAWE) pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan sipil kota Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah Webqual 4.0. Analisis data menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling berjenis Partial Least Square dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS. Dari 3 hipotesis, terdapat 1 hipotesis yang ditolak yaitu pengaruh usability terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan 2 hipotesis dinyatakan signifikan dan diterima yaitu information quality dan service interaction quality dinyatakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Tidak ditemukannya pengaruh usability terhadap kepuasan pengguna ini disebabkan pengguna menghadapi kendala yang signifikan untuk memahami tata cara penggunaan website, sulitnya dalam menavigasi atau mencari informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam website secara cepat dan kesulitan pengguna dalam menggunakan sistem website, hal ini bisa mencakup masalah seperti lambatnya kinerja website, kebingungan dalam pengisian form yang dibutuhkan. Information Quality berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem layanan administrasi warga elektronik (SLAWE) pada Dukcapil Kota Bengkulu. Sehingga bisa disimpulkan semakin relevan, akurat dan up to-date informasi yang diberikan pada sistem layanan administrasi warga elektronik (SLAWE) di Dukcapil Kota Bengkulu maka akan semakin puas pengguna dalam menggunakan sistem layanan administrasi warga elektronik (SLAWE). Service interation quality berpengaruh kepada kepuasan pengguna sistem layanan administrasi warga elektronik (SLAWE) pada Dukcapil Kota Bengkulu. Hal ini menunjukkan semakin baik dan ditingkatkan kualitas layanan, rasa aman saat menggunakan sistem layanan administrasi warga elektronik (SLAWE), memberikan layanan yang sesuai yang dijanjikan maka akan semakin baik dan meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna dalam menggunakan sistem layanan administrasi warga elektronik (SLAWE).

Abstract

This research aimed to develop a conceptual model examining the interplay among digital transformation, information system quality, the use of E-Kinerja application and State Civil Apparatus (SCA) work productivity. As the foregoing, this research deployed four variables which were drawn into a conceptual model by formulating six hypotheses. This research used the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling approach to frame the model and statistically testing it. 250 SCAs (both lecturers and staff at IAIN Curup) were involved as the respondents because they had adequate experiences regarding the use of E-Kinerja application. Data were collected using valid and reliable questionnaires. Using Smart PLS 4 program, the data were analyzed to evaluate the developed conceptual model. The analysis results demonstrated that digital transformation positively influenced SCA Work productivity (H1) with a path coefficient of 0.202 and T-statistics of 4.696. The impacts of digital transformation on the use of E-Kinerja application (H2) and on the quality of information systems (H3) were very strong, with path coefficients of 0.330 and 0.690 respectively, and very high T-statistics. The influence of information system quality on the use of E-Kinerja application (H4) was also significant with a coefficient of 0.637 and T-statistics of 18.300. Even though the direct influence of information system quality on SCA work productivity (H5) was more moderate, the significance value still showed that information system quality played a vital role in supporting efficient work productivity. Finally, a very prominent result was the influence of using the E-Kinerja application on SCA Work productivity (H6), with a coefficient of 0.589 and T-statistics of 6.572. The forgoing data demonstrated that the developed model was well-confirmed empirically. This research highlights that a well-designed application for work management, such as E-Kinerja, when supported by the implementation of digital transformation and information system quality, can enhance employees’ work productivity.  Future research is expected to examine moderating factors that can influence the effectiveness of digital transformation.

Angkasa Pura I (Persero). The method used in this study is a descriptive statistical method with quantitative through questionnaire survey and observation approaches in the field, where the research sample is the Procurement Unit, Technical Unit and Goods / Services Provider at the Head Office of PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero). To test this hypothesis Structural Equation Model (SEM) - PLS and using WarpPLS 7.0 tools from the results of the research conducted, an analysis was produced that showed that procurement planning has a significant effect on e-procurement systems, and HR competence has a significant effect on e-procurement system, procurement planning has a significant effect on the performance of goods / services procurement through e-procurement system, HR competence has a significant effect on the performance of goods / services procurement through e-procurement system but the direct effect is not significant on the performance of goods / services procurement, e-procurement system significant effect on the performance of procurement of goods / services and there is a significant influence between the interaction of e-procurement systems on the performance of procurement of goods / services that are moderated by information technology
