Abstract

This study examines the Islamic public relations strategy implemented by the Student Press Organization (Student Press Institute or LPM) Dinamika in disseminating Islamic information to the academic community of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra (UINSU). The research observation was conducted at the LPM Dinamika headquarters using in-depth interview techniques. The rapid development of information technology and the rise of social media penetration demand that student organizations engaged in dakwah adapt effective communication methods to shape Islamic understanding among students. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design, focusing on LPM Dinamika’s digital public relations activities through the Instagram platform. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with organization members, participatory observation of digital activities, and content analysis of published materials. The findings indicate that LPM Dinamika has successfully adopted Islamic public relations values in its digital communication practices by producing content that is informative, educational, and persuasive. This strategy reflects the application of core Islamic public relations principles such as truthfulness (ṣidq), trustworthiness (amānah), conveyance (tablīgh), and wisdom (faṭānah), as manifested in various content formats including Islamic articles, dakwah infographics, motivational quotes, and religious-themed storytelling videos. These public relations activities go beyond information delivery, fostering active student participation in dialogue, learning, and digital dakwah. The high level of audience engagement on LPM Dinamika's digital platforms highlights the effectiveness of its public relations strategy, particularly in building credibility and strengthening its reputation as a trusted campus press institution. This research contributes to the development of an Islamic public relations model in the digital era, especially in the context of student organizations at Islamic higher education institutions.

Abstract

This work aims to explore the roles of economic information and the information asymmetry in moderating relationship between credit risk (credit pricing determination) with comparative liability of banking area managers set themselves into making decisions themselves independent from this universe as if their own actions were not part of human or natural life at all events so long as they were only thinking about things from their perspective then there was no practical problem for them no end result would matter even less when we talk through it numerically through some parameter another language points like'0 in fact'. Credit risk is a major factor in monetary policy. In order to minimize their possible harm from defaults, banks generally raise interest rates. In an approach known as grounded theoretical analysis that again draws on the case of power and safety deposit treaties which must represent a singular subject upon which more than Leonard can gain information for his own account, external factors such as inflation or the imbalance in information between borrowing companies and lenders can indeed produce opposite results at different times. A quantitative approach is adopted in this study, using secondary data from 10 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) over the period from 2018 to indicate three years following. The relationships between variables are analyzed Econometrics or financial time series analysis techniques mainly in overall study frame: panel regression model with a fixed effect approach was used; and moderation regression test is adopted to examine the impact of information asymmetry and inflation. Results show that credit risk has a significant impact on credit pricing. However, there is no significant difference at the 5% significance level in the interaction between credit risk and information asymmetry, as well as inflation on credit pricing. From these findings, it can be deduced that banks place greater emphasis on factors related to debtor risk in deciding interest rates compared with external elements. This article explores the reasons for interest rate policies and necessity of transparency it unprecedentedly raises Credit risk management into the realm of information transparency.

Abstract

PT Kayu Lapis Indonesia is a leading company with more than four decades of experience in the field of sustainable forest management with an integrated timber industry that already apply information systems management. Existing information systems developed by IT departments that exist in the company. Currently the company has a system of information that has been developed by internal parties for the operation of corporate transactions, such as for logistic and finance needs. But there has been no support system for the other divisions. Such a system capable of providing information related to forest management such as land clearing, seeding, harvesting, and mapping of forests managed by the company. One problem that often arises in the field that such a report for monitoring the level of production, the number of trees that have been felled in the day, diameter, volume, and others associated with production activities to be slower due to the manual recording. So we can say that the use of IS / IT within the company is not optimal. According Manuputty and Wijaaya (2013) that the use of the IS / IT strategic planning needed to be optimal information systems. It is therefore necessary to make a planning strategy for the use of information systems / IT becomes more optimal to support or improve the performance of the company

Abstract

Protection relays detect disturbances or abnormal conditions in the electric power system, isolate disturbances, eliminate abnormal conditions, and produce signals or indications. One of the protection relays used in substations is the Over-Current Relay (OCR) and Ground Fault Relay (GFR). Routine maintenance of OCR and GFR is usually done by resetting or replacing the relay. However, the maintenance process was carried out manually using special test equipment, with the results recorded manually in a form, which was then digitized. This procedure is considered less effective. This study develops a web-based relay maintenance application using the waterfall method. This method was chosen because of its structured approach, complete documentation, and cost and processing time stability. The test results show that the web-based system functions according to the expected functionality. This application has been proven to facilitate and increase officers' effectiveness in relay maintenance based on a user survey. This application's OCR and GFR setting results are simulated using the ETAP 19.01 application for a short circuit fault scenario. The simulation results show that the relay works according to the inverse standard characteristics. The relay trip time for a fault on the 150kV side of the transformer is 2.2 seconds, while for a fault on the 20kV side, it is 7 seconds on Circuit Breaker 2 and 26 seconds on Circuit Breaker 1.
