Abstract

Geographic Information Systems (GIS) play an important role in regional infrastructure, including Spatial Data Management, Spatial Analysis, Infrastructure Mapping, Supervision and Monitoring, Infrastructure Planning, Risk Reduction, and Efficiency Improvement. The existence of adequate infrastructure in a region has a positive and significant relationship with the food security of that region. The mechanism of this positive relationship can take the form of: increasing accessibility and productivity; improving distribution networks and availability; developing added value from each production output and supporting the independence of communities or regions. The enormous role of GIS in Regional Infrastructure Development is also considered essential in supporting the food security of a region at the national level. The advantage of GIS is its ability to analyze and display data in a spatial context (Geographic Coordinate System), so that it can determine things such as location, conditions, trends, patterns, and modeling. This enables interactive and rapid simulation and spatial analysis of a region.

Abstract

The solid waste transportation system in Bengkayang Regency is currently not effective. This is due to unfinished facilities and infrastructure also low level of public awareness about not being disciplined in disposing of waste on time, polluted the environment. This study aims to find out the pattern of the existing waste transportation system in Bengkayang Regency and provide solutions for optimizing the waste transportation system with the help of GIS applications. The research methodology used is direct measurement in the field or on existing conditions, which refers to the Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 3 of 2013. The results of measuring waste transport cycles under existing conditions amount to 1 trip per day and several routes that have not been effective with two transportation systems, namely the HCS   and SCS, where waste transportation routes and routes can be optimized by making the shortest route at the longest route distance from TPS to TPA Magmagan, which is 30.92 km. GIS is used to get an alternative route of transportation with the greatest distance, namely a garbage truck with police number KB 8257 KF to the final processing site by taking a shorter route than the existing route, which 28.14 km, therefore it"™s necessary to add a route alternative.

Abstract

This research investigates the intricate interplay between freedom of expression, access to information, political participation, and the protection of political rights in Indonesia through a quantitative analysis. A sample of 1500 respondents from diverse demographics was surveyed, and the data were subjected to confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The findings reveal strong positive relationships between freedom of expression, access to information, political participation, and the protection of political rights. The measurement model demonstrated robust psychometric properties, and discriminant validity was confirmed. While the model fit was acceptable, ongoing refinement is suggested. The R-Square value indicates that approximately 60.2% of the variance in the protection of political rights can be explained by the selected variables. The study contributes to the understanding of democratic governance in Indonesia, emphasizing the pivotal role of information, expression, and civic engagement in safeguarding political rights.

Abstract

This paper provides a juridical analysis of Law Number 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE) and its impact on the development of the creative economy in Indonesia. The ITE Law was enacted to regulate online transactions and protect intellectual property, serving as a crucial framework for digital platforms that are essential to creative industries. However, the law has raised concerns regarding its vague defamation provisions, which have sometimes been applied in ways that stifle freedom of expression. Through a normative juridical approach and case study analysis, this research evaluates the effectiveness of the ITE Law in supporting the creative economy while identifying legal gaps and challenges in enforcement. The findings reveal that although the law provides necessary protections, reforms are needed to clarify its provisions and strengthen enforcement mechanisms to better serve Indonesia’s rapidly growing creative sector.

Abstract

IT Office Support maupun IT Store Support. IT Store Support 9 orang, IT Office Support 4 orang. Berdasarkan peraturan baru IT Store Support membutuhkan karyawan berdasarkan rasio 1:50 yaitu 1 orang 50 toko, jumlah toko saat ini 260 toko, jadi 260/50 = 5,2 jadi seharusnya hanya 5-6 orang untuk jumlah IT Store Support. Sedangkan IT Office Support Shift kerja dengan 3 Shift membutuhkan minimal 5 orang.

Abstract

Information systems are developing very rapidly which is a combination of information technology and the activities of people who use it to support operations and management. In this development there have been many recent advances to help carry out work. Inventory is a system that manages data on all inventory of goods related to logistics activities carried out by a business. Inventory is often also referred to as an inventory system. Meanwhile, inventory itself is more often used to refer to inventory data. Meanwhile, an inventory information system is a software system that will assist the inventory process by implementing strict inventory administration procedures, recording from incoming goods, storage, to outgoing goods. Efficient inventory management helps pharmacies control drug purchasing costs, monitor drug expiration dates and ensure they do not run out of stock of important items. This research aims to store data and information centrally in a database to record the supply of medicines needed by patients and avoid stock outs that can disrupt health services. This system was developed using the waterfall method with Visual Studio Code, PHP and PHP My Admin software, while for system testing using the black box method to determine its functionality. The results of the research show that the inventory information system can assist in managing drug supplies, calculating drug stock, as well as preparing drug sales reports for both input and output at the Kian Jaya Farma pharmacy.
