Abstract

An organization or company certainly has assets to support its operational activities, so it is very important to maintain the assets themselves. Not maintaining assets and asset data can be an important problem for the organization or company. This asset maintenance system aims to facilitate the maintenance of asset data, especially at the Jambi Class III Port Health Office. The Jambi Class III Health Office is a Technical Implementation Unit within the Ministry of Health which is under and responsible to the Directorate General of Disease Prevention and Control. Asset maintenance in the office still uses the manual method, namely the person in charge of the room comes directly to make a request for repairs, making it difficult for officers to maintain these assets. To overcome this problem, we need a form of asset maintenance system that can assist in the repair request process. Making this application is done by collecting data, system planning, system analysis, system design and database. The database used is MySQL. The input requirements for the Information Technology Equipment Asset Maintenance System are asset data, room data, and work area data. The process requirements needed are: Login process, request process, and input, update, and delete processes. The output data produced is in the form of information that will be attached, including: the request report is approved, and the request data report is rejected. The purpose of making this thesis is the creation of a Web-Based Information Technology Device Asset Maintenance System. With the existence of a new system that has been designed and created by researchers, it can help facilitate the parties involved in maintaining information technology equipment assets.

Abstract

Conta Dora is an independent business engaged in saw wood in Pasir Pajang village. for now, the data on wood stock is still done manually. In this study, a visual basic 6.0-based system was designed. With this system, it is expected to be able to overcome user needs for things in stock counting and report generation. From this research that has been carried out the author implements the results of these studies into the Design of Information Systems, Design of wood stock information systems on Cv. Conta Dora was built using Visual Basic 6.0, Crystal reports and Microsoft Access databases.With the design of a wood stock information system, it can help and simplify the data processing process on Cv. Conta Dora, Especially in the entry of wood stock and exit of wood stock.

Abstract

Along with the development of information technology makes the computer at this time as a tool to obtain information. Therefore, with the development of this technological advancement, MTs DDI Kota Harapan needs to promote itself through an online website on the internet. research with the title "INFORMATION SYSTEM AT MTS DARUL DA'WAH WAL IRSYAD KOTA HARAPAN KEC. MUARA SABAK TIMUR WEB-BASED". formulation of the problem "How to design a web-based school information system at MTs DDI Kota Harapan using the PHP and MYSQL programming languages". The purpose of this study is to produce a school website information system design at MTs DDI Kota Harapan, to design a school information system that can be accessed easily without being limited by time and distance. This study uses a descriptive analysis approach. The data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. The research approach used is descriptive analysis approach. The theoretical basis used is secondary data, namely data that has been collected. The results of this study are the design of this website using the PHP programming language, MYSql database, CodeIgniter Framework and using Visual Studio Code and Wamp Server tools, this web-based information system is an information medium for MTs Darul Da'wah Wal Irsyad Kota Harapan.

Abstract

Taman Bina Insany is one of the orphanages whose information system is still done manually, so that the dissemination of information and the data storage process is considered to be less effective and efficient. This causes this orphanage to be unknown to many people as well as the emergence of problems in data processing such as the occurrence of file loss or accumulation. For this reason, research was carried out to design a new website-based system. The research method used in this research is the R&D (Research and Development) method, with applications and programming languages ​​using Sublime Text and PHPMyAdmin. In this information system there is input in the form of orphanage data such as foster children data, management data, galleries, activities, and the donation process which will be displayed in the form of output in the form of reports. It is hoped that this website can facilitate the process of disseminating information so that it can be accessed more widely and makes it easier for administrators to manage data.

Abstract

Technology is a tool that is used today to facilitate human work both in everyday life and in organizations. Currently, the services carried out by the Kejaksaan Muaro Jambi in serving the community still serve conventionally and require a long time, so that the services at the Kejaksaan Muaro Jambi are still divided into several parts and lack transparency. Based on this problem, the researcher will build a service system that can be accessed at one door as stated in the One Stop Service Implementation (PPTSP) in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 24 of 2006 and the Circular Letter of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 188.32/498/V/Bangda concerning the Implementation Guidelines for the Minister of Home Affairs Number 24 of 2006, has goals and objectives to realize public services that are fast, cheap, easy, transparent, certain and affordable, as well as being able to improve the rights of the community in public services. Researchers have a goal to build an electronic information system for one-stop integrated services to facilitate and improve services to the public by the Kejaksaan Muaro Jambi. In building the system, the researcher will use the method in stages starting from data collection, needs analysis, system design, system design, and system implementation and testing until the system can run well. The system built can be accessed with only one portal by having many services in it without having to open service portals one by one and also the system built can be accessed from anywhere and anytime to make it easier for the public to report and get information from the Kejaksaan Muaro Jambi. The EPTSP of the Kejaksaan Muaro Jambi is very useful in improving service and employee performance as well as making it easier for the public to get information from the Kejaksaan Muaro Jambi quickly and accurately.

Abstract

This study aims to design, create and test the attendance system of SMA Dharma Bhakti 4 Jambi City students using Arduino Mega 2560-based Fingerprint. This research was conducted at SMA Dharma Bhakti 4 Jambi City from January to April 2021.This research was conducted using the R and D (Research and Development) method which includes planning, designing, manufacturing and testing tools carried out by making a tool system with input in the form of a Fingerprint Module. Control system with Arduino Mega 2560. Output system in the form of LCD and SMS reports to parents of SMA Dharma Bhakti 4 students in Jambi City. The way this tool works is by identifying the fingerprint pattern of DB 4 High School students during registration and transfer using the Fingerprint Module. The Fingerprint module is activated by a fingerprint then identified. The fingerprint that is read will appear on the LCD and through serial communication with the Arduino, the fingerprint will automatically respond to send a message in the form of an SMS to the parents of students who have been registered in the Arduino module.The test results on the Module reached 100% successfully detecting fingerprints that can record attendance data for SMA Dharma Bhakti 4 Jambi City students at SD CARD and provide SMS reports to their respective parents.

Abstract

TPM Photography currently still uses brochures, word of mouth and Instagram. The purpose of this research is to design TPM Photography information media that can be accessed easily without being limited by time and distance. The research method used by the author in the preparation of this thesis is to use the Waterfall method. The analytical tool used is Data Flow Diagram (DFD). The design of this website uses the PHP programming language, MySql database, and XAMPP. With the Design of Web-Based TPM Photography Promotional Information Media, it is hoped that it will make it easier to do promotions and can increase the number of orders for Photography services.

Abstract

Idea Shoes Laundry Shop is an entrepreneur who is engaged in the laundry/washing of shoes, all of whose activities are still using a manual system. The purpose of this research is to assist the store in designing a service information system at the Ide Shoes Store. This sales information system can help the store in terms of promoting its business to the public. The design of this information system uses a web-based method. With the design of a web profile and promotional media for this shoe laundry, it makes it easier for laundromats to introduce their business to many people.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji integrasi Building Information Modeling (BIM) dalam Life Cycle Cost (LCC) pada proyek konstruksi, menggunakan analisis bibliometrik untuk memetakan tren publikasi antara 2015 hingga 2024. Dari 103 dokumen yang dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak VOSviewer, tren menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan setelah 2019, dengan jumlah publikasi tertinggi pada 2019 dan 2021, masing-masing 17 artikel (16,67%). Analisis ini melibatkan 291 penulis, dengan Jrade Ahmad menjadi penulis paling produktif (4 dokumen, 66 kutipan). Dalam analisis co-citation, jurnal Sustainability tercatat sebagai sumber paling banyak dikutip (107 kutipan). Secara teknis, studi ini memanfaatkan VOSviewer untuk menganalisis jaringan kolaborasi, dengan 27 penulis memenuhi kriteria minimal dua dokumen. Jaringan kata kunci menyoroti “BIM” dengan frekuensi 293 kemunculan, terhubung erat dengan “life cycle cost” dan “life cycle assessment”. Hasil juga menunjukkan kontribusi signifikan dari negara seperti Amerika Serikat, Tiongkok, dan Australia, masing-masing menghasilkan 10 publikasi. BIM memungkinkan otomatisasi perhitungan LCC, mengurangi kesalahan manual, dan meningkatkan efisiensi estimasi melalui integrasi perangkat seperti Revit dengan Dynamo atau Excel. Perhitungan biaya siklus hidup meliputi desain, konstruksi, hingga operasi dan pemeliharaan. Alat seperti Green Building Studio (GBS) dan One Click LCA membantu mengintegrasikan LCA untuk menganalisis dampak lingkungan dan efisiensi biaya. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pengembangan perpustakaan BIM yang seragam dan peningkatan kolaborasi global untuk mengatasi tantangan seperti biaya tinggi dan kurangnya tenaga ahli terlatih.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of educational information systems on enhancing learning accessibility in higher education, as digital tools increasingly become integral to academic support, and student engagement. The main objective is to assess how these systems improve access to learning resources and facilitate communication, particularly for students from diverse backgrounds and with varying educational needs. Using a mixed-methods approach, this research combines quantitative analysis of accessibility metrics with qualitative insights from surveys and interviews with students and faculty across different higher education institutions. The findings show that educational information systems significantly enhance learning accessibility by providing flexible access to resources, facilitating real-time feedback, and supporting personalized learning paths. These systems also improve student engagement by enabling convenient access to materials and fostering a collaborative learning environment that accommodates different learning styles. However, the study identifies several barriers, including gaps in digital literacy, usability challenges, and unequal access to the necessary infrastructure, which can limit the effectiveness of these systems in reaching all students equally. Additionally, concerns around data privacy and system complexity are noted as areas needing attention to build user trust and ensure smoother system integration. The study concludes that while educational information systems hold great promise for improving accessibility and inclusivity in higher education, addressing these barriers through targeted training, digital equity initiatives, and robust data protection policies is essential for maximizing their potential. These insights offer valuable guidance for educational institutions aiming to create more inclusive learning environments through strategic integration of educational information systems.
