Abstract

The system running at YPAC School Surakarta still uses a manual method. Students come to the partner's place to submit documents to the partner. In my opinion, this kind of anddata management is less effective and efficient in terms of travel time and costs because many students live far from the internship location. Monitoring students is also not optimal because the Director is often not at home because of her job as a teacher who is required to leave early and return late so that she cannot monitor students optimally. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The development method in the system uses the waterfall method which includes the stages of system analysis, system design, writing program code, program testing, and program implementation. This management information system is website-based using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The Internship Management Information System and Internship Monitoring Based on the Website can help Pimpinans and Students to be more efficient in terms of time and energy, optimize costs, and improve the quality of internship programs. The internship registration and monitoring information system can improve the efficiency of energy, time, and costs incurred.

Abstract

PT. BPR BKK Jateng, Banyumas Branch is a financial institution whose main activity is savings, but in addition to savings, it also serves credit loan and deposit applications. In the credit loan application system that is currently running at PT. BPR BKK Jateng, Banyumas Branch, where customers who want to apply for a credit loan still have to come directly to the bank. This is considered ineffective, because it makes customers have to come directly to the bank many times when there are incomplete credit application requirements. A website-based credit loan application information system needs to be created to facilitate the credit loan application process. A website-based information system was chosen because of its advantage, namely that it can be accessed anywhere using an internet connection. The method used in creating this website-based credit loan application system uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method with a waterfall model. This system is built using the programming language PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), CodeIgniter Framework, MySQL Database. The result of this final assignment is a system that can help customers more easily apply for credit loans, access information about credit loan services and help admins more easily document credit loan application data at PT. Abstract

Administrative management of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (FEBI) at State Islamic University of Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi is still ineffective, where mail management is still done manually or semi-automatically. However, the number of letters published is still limited. The situation in this faculty often results in long queues when students need to collect their letters. Students have to come directly to the faculty to check whether the letters they have submitted have been issued or not. However, there is currently no specific information system in place to manage administrative difficulties linked to letter submission and issuance at FEBI. As a result, improvements in this area are required to boost the efficiency and convenience of administrative procedures at the faculty. The purpose of this research is to create an Administration System for Letter Submission and Issuance at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Bukittinggi, utilizing the Laravel framework and the MySQL database. This technology enables users to manage correspondence online, making it more productive and efficient. This study uses the Research and Development (RnD) version of the Pressman waterfall model. The system was built using Visual Studio Code software and using the Laravel framework as the back end and CSS bootstrap as the front end. The system can help students in managing correspondence effectively and efficiently.
