Abstract

The quality of Indonesia's higher education institutions has not excelled compared to Southeast Asiancountries such as Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. Based on 2020 data, the percentage of highereducation institutions in Indonesia that have been accredited is 59%. It is crucial to evaluate andimprove the factors that affect the quality of higher education institutions based on the student'sperspective, the primary customer of higher education institutions. This study aims to evaluate thequality of higher education institutions based on students' satisfaction in real-time. Furthermore, thisresearch will propose a design of an information system that can automate the evaluation process. Thefindings of this study can be applied to the existing system, providing information and analysis tosupport the policy-making process.

Abstract

The rapid development of information has made it possible for everyone to obtain the latest information, complete and accurate, in real time, anytime, anywhere, all over the world. Any information is fine catching up by updated with the latest news and even detailed information on local conditions. With the same analogy, detailed information regarding land utilization, land containing, landscape provision, earth surface contour, etc., are required to inform and elaborate any appropriate decision needed. The Geographic information systems (GIS) is a recent technology commonly used by research in earth science to facilitate many layered detail information by one way to get up-to-date, detailed information. In this research, the GIS utilizes several types of imaging data such remote sensing images and digitize images. As the name suggests, this system captures detailed geographic information about a location or region. By inputting classified images of remote sensing results into a GIS database at regular intervals (adjusted as necessary, such as every year, every two years, every three years, etc.), the number of information sources that can be obtained increases. There are several reasons for that. First, remote sensing images are images that cover the entire surface of the Earth. Next, remote sensing images are images that contain information about the state of the earth's surface. Third, a variety of information can be obtained by performing appropriate image processing. Furthermore, this research could be elaborated by implementing an artificial intelligent algorithm to create a robust outcome.

Abstract

Information Technology Governance (ITG) aligns IT and business transformation in schools. Private schools need to implement a method to evaluate the process of aligning IT strategy with business strategy and whether IT investment supports business objectives.  What factors influence the ITG of selected Indonesia High School (HS) aligning IT-Business strategy? Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) is a tool for analyzing the ITG model results in this study. The result is the composition of 9 variables with four independent variables (as structure mechanism variables), four dependent variables (as process and relational mechanism variables), and the ITG variable (as the final variable) shows a significant value of 0.75 at the ITG variable. This considerable value means that the ITG supporting variables of four independent and four dependent variables significantly affect the ITG variable by 75%. This study provides information if the system trust variable is increasing due to the influence of good IT strategy (independent) variables and good business (dependent) variables. The recommendation is that this ITG trust model can be used to evaluate the alignment of IT strategy with business strategy and whether IT investment supports business objectives in HS

Abstract

This article explains what information culture is and its specific features in the era of modern information culture. Fast and high-quality circulation of information is needed in the educational system and is an important factor or aspect for the progress and development of a country. Therefore, it is important for students and the younger generation to implement the basic criteria of information culture in the proper use of the Internet in education. The research problem is to determine the social factors that lead to the lack of a critical approach to the selection of necessary information among students in Islamic educational institutions. This research is important because information culture is a vital need for future preachers or preachers. The research method uses a literature review approach. The focus of the research is to analyze the patterns of using information culture on the Internet and social media. The results of the study provide an explanation of the patterns of information use in society, especially in Islamic educational institutions. The results describe 13 key factors on the level of formation of students' information culture in Islamic education in the 21st century. Keywords: Information Culture, Islamic Education Institutions

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1. To determine the development of the Family Planning (KB) Program in West Sumbawa Regency. 2. To analyze the effect of using the Family Information System application on the quality of Family Planning (KB) extension services in West Sumbawa Regency. This research uses a mix of methods, namely quantitative methodology using infere statistical analysis and qualitative methods using descriptive methods, where this research was conducted to fully or clearly describe the Family Information System Application Innovation for Family Planning Counselors in West Sumbawa Regency. There are generally two types of data, namely quantitative data and qualitative data which will be explained below. The author uses quantitative and qualitative data in carrying out this analysis. Data sources are all forms of information in the form of data. The population in this study were Family Field Officers (PLKB) or Extension Officers spread across 8 (eight) Districts of West Sumbawa Regency. In this study, the sample was 1 (one) person who was responsible as a Family Information System (SIGA) officer at the Family Planning Extension Office (PKB) in 8 (eight) sub-districts. Data collection procedures in research are documentation, questionnaires, interviews and observation. The research results show that the problem of delays in the distribution of monthly reports is a top priority to be resolved. In order for the distribution of this monthly report to run smoothly, the following steps need to be taken: education for data collection officers in villages and sub-districts about the importance of monthly reports being sent on time to districts so that PKB and District Data Managers can report to BKKBN on time, there needs to be supervision the process of sending monthly reports starts from the village, sub-district and district levels so that if problems occur they can be handled immediately, and increasing the number of data collection officers and data managers so that the data collection process can be carried out quickly so that monthly reports can be sent on time. Conclusion on the criteria for data management using the optimal SIGA application. The flow of data and reports from villages, sub-districts, districts and the center or vice versa can run on time and there are no data errors. Data processing officers understand how to use the SIGA application. Suggestions include: In order for the distribution of monthly reports to run optimally, support from data processing officers, internet networks and SIGA servers is needed, SIGA application data is valid, data checking, maintenance and backup processes are needed, efforts can be made to optimize data management using applications SIGA. Addition of data collectors and data managers who have an IT educational background. Periodic SIGA application training for data processing officers, the integration process of three subsystems, namely contraceptive services, field control and family data collection and SIGA application development must be completed immediately and increase the capacity and speed of the SIGA Server and increase internet connection bandwidth

Abstract

Purpose. The aim of this research is to provide knowledge to librarians that the importance of social skills is seen from attitudes and behavior in providing excellent service. Library services are an important indicator in determining user satisfaction. So librarians need to focus on user-oriented services.Methodology. The type of research used in this paper is library research. Data collection was obtained through reference books, scientific journals, relevant research related to research and other sources of information that support this research. The literature data taken comes from 2017-2022. The data analysis technique begins with the researcher obtaining library sources which the researcher collects first from various sources, then arranges them and classifies them, then analyzes them, classifies them and interprets them to obtain conclusions.Results and discussion. The results showed that the social skills that librarians should have in providing primary services to users using the principles of people-based service and service excellence are aimed at satisfying their libraries, increasing loyalty, and increasing the number of libraries visiting the library. Moreover, in terms of service, at least a librarian must have competence in the current era of information and information technology. The four categories that he must have are knowledge, skill, affective, and pragmatic model approaches. These four things are the basis for the librarian's activity, especially the section of service.Conclusions. The role of librarians in the era of information, communication, and technology (ICT) must be an agent of change for society.  It aims to provide excellent service to users, thereby improving the quality of libraries in the eyes of the public with the hope that the library becoming the center of community activity in study life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Web-Gis (Web Based Geographic Information System) terhadap kecerdasan spasial siswa pada mata pelajaran geografi. metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian pre-eksperimen. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS yang berjumlah 26 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis pretest dan posttest, Uji Hipotesis T-test dan Uji N-Gain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan Web-Gis berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spasial siswa. pada hasil pretest kecerdasan spasial siswa adalah 62,35. Sedangkan hasil postest yang dilakukan setelah diberikan perlakuan menggunakan Web-Gis diperoleh nilai 98,18. berdasarkan perhitungan statistik Uji T-test diketahui nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,050, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hasil uji N-Gain penggunaan Web-GIS dapat meningkatkan Kecerdasan Spasial Siswa sebesar 95,1 % dari sebelum diberikan perlakuan sampai setelah diberikan perlakuan, hal ini terlihat dari skor rata-rata nilai N – Gain yaitu sebesar 0,951 yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi.

Abstract

Layanan Pendanaan Bersama Berbasis Teknologi Informasi (LPBBTI) adalah salah satu inovasi pada bidang keuangan dengan pemanfaatan teknologi yang memungkinkan pemberi pinjaman dan penerima pinjaman melakukan transaksi pinjam meminjam tanpa harus bertemu langsung. Mekanisme transaksi pinjam meminjam dilakukan melalui sistem yang telah disediakan oleh Penyelenggara Fintech Lending, baik melalui aplikasi maupun laman website. LPBBTI awalnya disebut Layanan Pinjam Meminjam Uang Berbasis Teknologi Informasi diatur dalam POJK Nomor 77 /POJK.01/2016. POJK Nomor 10 /POJK.05/2022 Tentang Layanan Pendanaan Bersama Berbasis Teknologi Informasi menggantikan POJK Nomor 77 /POJK.01/2016. Pada bulan Desember 2024 terbit POJK Nomor 40 Tahun 2024 tentang Layanan Pendanaan Bersama Berbasis Teknologi Informasi menggantikan POJK Nomor 10 /POJK.05/2022 . Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, memahami dan menganalisis perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen LPBBTI. Penelitian ini tergolong jenis penelitian hukum normatif (legal research). Hasil penelitian adalah banyaknya Masyarakat (Konsumen) mengakses produk jasa keuangan termasuk LPBBTI tidak berarti bahwa Konsumen sudah memahami produk dengan baik. Terkait dengan perlindungan konsumen dalam LPBBTI telah diatur dalam POJK Nomor 10 /POJK.05/2022 yaitu mengenai perlindungan konsumen, transparansi penyelenggara, penagihan dan sanksi. Untuk mewujudkan perlindungan konsumen, Penyelenggara wajib menerapkan prinsip: transparansi, perlakuan yang adil, keandalan, kerahasiaan dan keamanan data/informasi konsumen dan penanganan pengaduan serta penyelesaian sengketa konsumen secara sederhana, cepat, dan biaya terjangkau. meskipun POJK Nomor 40 Tahun 2024 tidak secara eksplisit mengatur perlindungan konsumen dalam satu atau beberapa pasal, namun ketentuan-ketentuan yang ada di dalamnya secara implisit menjamin perlindungan konsumen dalam konteks LPBBTI. Perlindungan konsumen dilaksanakan sesuai dengan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan mengenai perlindungan konsumen sektor jasa keuangan yaitu POJK Nomor 22 Tahun 2023 Tentang Pelindungan Konsumen dan Masyarakat di Sektor Jasa Keuangan.

Abstract

The importance of improving the quality of learning as a response to low student participation and learning outcomes is a major concern in education. One of the efforts made is the need for technology empowerment in classroom learning and the commitment of the teacher concerned. This research uses the literature study method to identify the availability of ICT-based teaching materials in schools. The findings show that the availability of ICT-based teaching materials is still limited, this is due to the uneven infrastructure and the lack of teacher competence in developing teaching materials. Therefore, teacher creativity is needed in utilizing technology in learning activities, especially in developing ICT-based teaching materials and learning media.

Abstract

Darul Muhtadiin Islamic Boarding School is an Al-Qur'an and Yellow Book Education Park. The problems that exist today are the storage, processing, and delivery of information that occurs in this Darul Muhtadiin Islamic boarding school, which includes student data, ustadz data, student scores, and subject scheduling which often occurs because of data duplication because the data that has been processed is not organized properly. good. The purpose of this study is to identify user needs for input, process and output to produce an information system to support the Darul Muhtadiin Islamic boarding school. The research approach used in this research is observation, data collection, system analysis and design, application development and implementation. The analytical tool used is Data Flow Diagram (DFD). The programming language used is PHP and the database uses MySQL. This research produces a Web-Based Data Processing Information System, which is expected to be more time efficient, especially in processing students' grades and making it easier for parents or guardians of students to monitor the progress of their children's grades.
