Abstract

Currently, the success and continuity of a company or organization is very much based on IT, in terms of speed and results that can help increase the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes to achieve goals. In its implementation, the Tasikmalaya City Manpower Department had problems with software frequently occurring applications error (system failure to operate), while problems with the website was the loss and damage of information due to attacks from hackers. To overcome this, the agency does not yet have a special section that has full control over IT governance due to the lack of staff or employees who are IT experts. These problems can be identified thoroughly with governance using the COBIT 2019 framework. The form and content of the COBIT 2019 model are updated from the previous COBIT method and many new functions are added, including enabling improvements to the IT governance system. By conducting analysis, you can provide recommendations to improve the organization's capabilities to meet the agency's expectations and goals regarding IT governance in supporting its performance.Domain The COBIT 2019 used is APO and BAI with details of the APO07, APO08, APO13 and BAI08 processes. The results of measuring the capability level of the APO07 domain at the Tasikmalaya City Power Service get a capability level 3 value, the APO08 and BAI08 domains get a capability level 2 value, and the APO13 domain gets a capability level 1 value. Providing recommendations for improving the agency's information technology governance is expected to be able to carry out immediately improving the management of agency information technology so that it immediately reaches the expected level of capability.

Abstract

The website of the Ciamis Regency Communication and Informatics Service (Diskominfo) has an important role in providing transparent and accurate information to the public, as well as a means of communication between the government and citizens. Usability problems can vary, ranging from unintuitive interface design, confusing navigation, to information that is difficult to find. This can have an impact on inadequate user experience, which in turn can reduce the effectiveness of the website as a medium for communication and information dissemination. The purpose of the usability analysis of the Ciamis Regency Communication and Informatics Service (Diskominfo) website is to improve the quality of the website, an evaluation of the usability aspects of the website is needed. One method used to identify usability problems in website development is Heuristic Evaluation. The evaluation results showed several usability problems in the aspects of System status visibility, Consistency and standards, Helping users recognize, diagnose, and recover from errors, Recognizing rather than remembering, Aesthetic and minimalist design. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the Ciamis Regency Diskominfo make improvements to the website design to improve the user experience. This study contributes to the development of a more user-friendly website design and increases efficiency in delivering information to the public.

Abstract

In its implementation, the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency (BAPPEDA) of Kuningan Regency encountered problems with the SaData-Ku application, errors occurred when inputting data (system failure to operate), there was a risk that when collecting data there was a delay from the predetermined schedule, the operation of the application was limited in time. for data input, resulting in bugs in the application. This problem has a negative impact on the continuity of the development planning process and can reduce the quality performance of information technology. To overcome this, application users need learning and growth to become more proficient in the field of information technology, thereby reducing difficulties in dealing with sudden changes or disruptions to applications. These problems can be identified thoroughly with governance using the COBIT 2019 framework. Abstract

The phenomenon of pornography that occurs involves many adolescent ranging from owning pornographic videos, being victims of pornography, to becoming perpetrators of pornographic crimes. This reality is disappointing as the next generation of the nation. This study aims to develop the usability and feasibility of information service modules to improve self-control in the prevention of pornography. This research was conducted by testing research products by experts. The data from the study were analyzed using descriptive analysis and non-parametric statistics. The module usability test was analyzed using the Kendall's W concordance coefficient test to determine the alignment and consistency of the assessor. The results showed that the feasibility and use in the field in the information service module to improve self-control in the prevention of pornography can be used for counselor in schools. Thus, the prototype of an information service module to improve self-control in the prevention of pornography can be used as a valid, practical, and effective medium in improving self-control for the prevention of pornography that is worthy of use by the Counselor.

Abstract

The construction of a web software, is expected to assist users in processing data and obtaining information quickly, precisely and as needed, along with technological developments, especially in the field of information technology This application contains the Garbage Bank Information System at TPS 3R Sido Makmur, Sidoharjo village, Pacitan district. Application is built using HTML, PHP and CSS programming. The database used is MySQL. With this information system, it is expected to be able to handle transactions that run at the waste bank and provide data reports needed by system users, so that the waste bank work process is more effective and efficient.

Abstract

The development of a school, has an impact on the development of various services in the school. If school doesn’t improve the services, schools can lose competition, especially for private schools. The same thing happened at SMK At-Thoat Toroh. This Vocational High School, located in Grobogan Regency, Central Java, experiences significant development every year. One of the indicators is the increasing number of new students enrolling to the school. Even though the number of new students is increasing, At-Thoat Toroh Vocational School must still be able to serve the needs of all its students well. One form of this service is the payment of monthly donations. So far, students who will pay monthly contributions have to come to the teacher's office to meet the administration department. This often creates a crowd at the teacher's office door. Apart from being uncomfortable, it's certainly not a good thing in the midst of the current Covid-19 outbreak. In addition, the recording of monthly contributions by the administrative division is still done manually. This often causes disorder and confusion in recording student monthly contributions. Even though this record is very sensitive, because it relates to school finances. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to have a strategic planning of a monthly donation payment information system. This strategic planning uses the waterfall method and SWOT analysis. It aims to facilitate the analysis and process of making a monthly donation payment information system. The result of this research is the formulation of a monthly donation payment information system business strategy.

Abstract

In the use of information systems and technology, risk is something that must be anticipated. Risks can arise from various things such as information security, fire, hardware damage, etc. that can disrupt the organization's business processes. With the possible emergence of risks in the use of information systems and technology, risk management is needed to facilitate the identification of possible occurrences of these risks. Risk management is the practice of identifying, assessing, controlling and mitigating risks. SMK Negeri 2 Baleendah is a vocational high school that has 5 areas of expertise competence, namely culinary, beauty, fashion, industrial chemistry, and computer network engineering. SMK Negeri 2 Baleendah as an organization engaged in education has implemented online exam information technology. Of course, the application of information technology raises a problem. From these problems, risk management is needed to minimize risk by conducting a risk assessment. NIST 800-30 is a standard document developed by the National Institute of Standards and Technology. NIST 800-30 has two important stages, namely risk assessment and risk mitigation. This research will use the NIST SP 800-30 method as a method that will solve the existing problems. Therefore, a risk assessment was chosen using the NIST SP 800-30 method (Case Study: SMK Negeri 2 Baleendah)

Abstract

UNM Mobile is an Android-based application that provides integrated access to the official profile and information of Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM). It was developed to simplify information access for the academic community and the public. This study aims to design the application as an effective and user-friendly campus information platform using the agile development method. Key features include the university profile, news, academic calendar, class schedules, and other digital services. Testing results show that the application meets user needs in terms of accessibility and information completeness. UNM Mobile supports the digitalization and efficiency of information dissemination within UNM.

Abstract

Background: One problem that often results in patient dissatisfaction is communication between health workers and patients, including services available at First Level Health Facilities (FKTP). 35-40% of patients were dissatisfied with the consultation and information received from their doctors. The doctor's limitations are on impatience listening to patient complaints, limited knowledge or information and rigidity in conveying that information to patients. Research purposes: To analyze medical personnel's informational skills at the Puu’weri Health Center First Level Health Facility based on the perspective of service users. Method: descriptive analytical method with cross sectional design with a survey using a questionnaire. The population in this study were patients who used the services of Puuweri Health Center. The sample in this study was 184 patients. Results: Informational skills of medical staff at the Puuweri Health Center in Waikabubak City 79.3% of patients who use PuuWeri Health Center health services correctly answer the keywords of the informational skills. And 79.3% have sufficient knowledge to access information. And as many as 57.6% of patients who use health services find out about the Human Resources (HR) in the Puskesmas and then will utilize the services offered. Suggestion: medical staff can improve their ability to provide health so that it has an impact on the quality of health services provided by Puu’Weri Health Center.

Abstract

Rimba Petshop is a store that sells a variety of products, including pet food and dog food. It also sells a variety of pet supplies, including cages, vitamins, and animal soap, and offers pet grooming services. Rimba Petshop's sales and promotion systems are still conventional and do not utilize electronic media. The methodology used in this research includes field research, library research, and laboratory research. The design method used in developing the marketing information system application at Rimba Petshop Bangko Jambi is a structured design method, starting with a global context diagram and then expanding it to a more detailed form, namely a Data Flow Diagram. The system and database design for the marketing information system at Rimba Petshop Bangko Jambi utilizes a web programming language, comprising a design for components or visual and non-visual objects, along with a graphical interface for data input and visitor interfaces for the Rimba Petshop Bangko Jambi marketing information system.
