Abstract

Raw material stock management is an important aspect in the smooth operation of the Food and Beverage (F&B) business. Coffee Shop Ulon, which operates in the coffee beverage sector, still records stock manually, which often causes problems such as the accumulation of materials with a short shelf life or stock shortages that impact service. To overcome this, an information system is needed that is able to manage inventory more efficiently, accurately, and integrated. This study aims to build a Web-Based Raw Material Stock Management Information System Using the Just In Time (JIT) Method with the PHP (Laravel) programming language and MySQL as a database. The implementation of the JIT method is expected to help Coffee Shop Ulon ensure the availability of raw materials according to needs, reduce waste due to expired materials, and prevent stock shortages. The results of this study are a web-based information system with features for recording incoming and outgoing raw materials, expiration reports (waste), minimum stock reminders, and recording supplies from suppliers. With this system, stock management at Coffee Shop Ulon becomes more organized, efficient, and supports fast and accurate decision making.

Abstract

Legal ambiguity can be caused by the limitations and breadth of evidence that is not covered by Law Number 8 of 1981 (KUHAP). The use of a lie detector as an investigator's instrument can assist the investigator in guiding further investigation or determining the direction of the investigation. The identification of the problem that the author discusses in this thesis is whether the results of the lie detector are in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code and what are the legal consequences of the lie detector results. The method of writing that the author uses is normative legal, the nature of descriptive writing, the type of data using secondary data, and the conclusion is drawn by deductive logic. There are different interpretations regarding the use of Lie Detector in Decision No. 796/Pid.B/PN.Jkt.Sel in proving criminal cases. Some parties argue that Lie Detector is evidence, while others argue that Lie Detector is evidence. However, from the perspective of legal experts, Lie Detector is only considered as an instrument or tool to assist investigators in uncovering criminal acts and providing more detailed clarification. The use of Lie Detector is still a controversy.

Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research which aims to find out whether there is an influence of the regional health laboratory information system (SIL) and employee work motivation on employee performance. The research population was employees of the Sukabumi City Health Laboratory UPTD and community health center network laboratories with a population of 40 people using a saturated or census sample. For the purposes of data collection, the author used two methods, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data consists of questionnaires, interviews and participant observation. Secondary data collection takes the form of library research which includes books, scientific writings, journals, documents and previous studies related to the research problem. Data analysis consists of validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing. The validity test uses the Pearson product moment correlation formula which is processed using SPSS version 26. To see whether the resulting regression model is the most appropriate model and has the smallest error, analytical testing is used using the R2 test (coefficient of multiple determination), the F test, and the Q test. The results of the research show that the Regional Health Lab Information System (SIL) has an influence on employee performance, with increasing SIL contributing to increasing employee work efficiency and effectiveness. Work motivation also has a significant impact on employee performance, where higher levels of motivation undermine better performance. Furthermore, research shows that these two factors, SIL and work motivation, interact positively and complement each other in improving employee performance. The implication of these findings is the importance of management attention to good implementation of SIL and the creation of a motivating work environment to improve overall employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of information quality, convenience, and customization on purchase intention, with perceived value as a mediating variable, in the context of food and beverage SMEs using social media. The research focuses on Instagram users who have seen, interacted with, or purchased customized cakes. Data will be collected through a survey of 240 respondents and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. This study is expected to contribute theoretically by extending the Theory of Planned Behavior to the domain of digital consumer behavior and methodologically by demonstrating the application of Importance-Performance Map Analysis (IPMA) in PLS-SEM. Practically, the research is anticipated to provide insights for SMEs in enhancing perceived value through accurate information, seamless convenience, and personalized services to strengthen purchase intention in competitive online markets. In addition, the findings are expected to guide digital marketing strategies for SMEs in building sustainable customer relationships and long-term competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource capacity and the use of information technology on the quality of financial reports with the management of Regional Assets as a mediating variable. The background of the study is based on the important role of competent human resources and optimal utilization of information technology in realizing accountable regional asset management, which ultimately has implications for the quality of regional government financial reports. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey technique with PLS-SEM (SmartPLS 3.0). The study population amounted to 114 apparatus related to the management of BMD and the preparation of LKPD. A sample of 89 respondents was determined using the Slovin formula (e = 5%) and stratified random sampling based on roles (asset administrators, eBMD operators/preparers of Regional Government Financial Reports, and managers of Regional Assets in Situbondo Regency).

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mengubah banyak aspek kehidupan manusia, salah satunya yaitu kemudahan kreator konten dalam mencari informasi dan menyebabkan kelebihan informasi sehingga membutuhkan pengelolaan informasi yang efektif. Personal information management (PIM) membantu kreator konten dalam menyimpan, mengatur dan menemukan kembali informasi yang dibutuhkan. Salah satu kreator konten yang melakukan PIM adalah kreator konten akun Instagram @literatif.id. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan memahami PIM pada kreator konten akun Instagram @literatif.id. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan tiga informan yang merupakan kreator konten @literatif.id. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan thematic analysis. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan kreator konten @literatif.id melakukan PIM meliputi proses strategi pencarian informasi, sistem penyimpanan informasi dan pengelolaan informasi. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan kreator konten @literatif.id tidak melakukan pemeliharaan secara maksimal yang menjadi kelemahan atau kekurangan dalam aktivitas PIM.

Abstract

Perpustakaan memiliki fungsi kultural untuk menyediakan koleksi lokal sebagai wujud upaya melestarikan hasil budaya daerah. Sebagaimana yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Arsip dan Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Banyumas dalam memproduksi buku local content Kumpulan Cerita Asal Usul & Sejarah Desa di Kabupaten Banyumas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, dan mendeskripsikan proses konsolidasi informasi local content yang diproduksi oleh Dinas Arsip dan Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan bersumber dari proses wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah thematic analysis (Braun & Clarke, 2006). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan lima langkah proses konsolidasi informasi yang dilakukan Dinas Arsip dan Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Banyumas yang meliputi: 1) Perumusan gagasan konsolidasi informasi local content Kumpulan Cerita Asal Usul & Sejarah Desa di Kabupaten Banyumas berdasarkan identifikasi masalah kebutuhan informasi target pengguna; 2) Lomba penulisan asal-usul dan warisan bersejarah desa di Kabupaten Banyumas melalui tahapan pembentukan panitia lomba, pencarian dan pengumpulan informasi, analisis, verifikasi, dan evaluasi informasi cerita sejarah desa; 3) Penyuntingan naskah cerita asal-usul dan sejarah desa di Kabupaten Banyumas melalui tahapan analisis dan evaluasi, serta restrukturisasi cerita sejarah desa; 4) Penerbitan buku local content Kumpulan Cerita Asal Usul & Sejarah Desa di Kabupaten Banyumas yang disempurnakan dan dikemas ulang informasi dari cerita lisan sejarah desa menjadi buku; serta 5) Diseminasi buku local content Kumpulan Cerita Asal Usul & Sejarah Desa di Kabupaten Banyumas dengan cara pembagian buku ke setiap desa di Kabupaten Banyumas, serta feedback dan evaluasi terhadap buku dan kegiatan lomba.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of the Education Management Information System (EMIS) in realizing data transparency and accountability at the Tahfizul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School in Sungai Pinang, identify operational obstacles in its implementation, and determine strategies and future prospects in strengthening EMIS-based governance towards the principles of good governance. Using a qualitative approach, the study was conducted through direct observation and in-depth interviews with the head of the Islamic boarding school, EMIS operators, and administrative staff. Data collection referred to semi-structured guidelines to capture experiences, challenges, and perceptions of the system. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions based on the Moleong model. The results indicate that EMIS is effective in increasing transparency through open data access and strengthening accountability through verified digital documentation. However, its implementation is hampered by five problems: system disruptions during unannounced maintenance, limited operator competency, weak internal coordination in document collection, inadequate technological infrastructure, and minimal outreach and mentoring from the Ministry of Religious Affairs. These findings confirm that the success of EMIS depends not only on system availability, but also on institutional capacity, infrastructure support, and synergy between central policies and field realities. Thus, EMIS has the potential to become an effective governance instrument if these operational constraints can be addressed systematically and sustainably.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh perkembangan teknologi infomasi terhadap information anxiety pada mahasiswa baru Fakultas Ilmu Budaya Universitas Diponegoro. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh perkembangan teknologi informasi terhadap information anxiety pada mahasiswa baru Fakultas Ilmu Budaya Universitas Diponegoro. Dalam penelitian ini, metode kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh perkembangan teknologi informasi dapat menyebabkan information anxiety pada mahasiswa baru Fakultas Ilmu Budaya Universitas Diponegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian metode survei. Pada penelitian ini, diperoleh nilai t tabel sebesar 1,987, dan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,269 yang mana nilai 3,269 > 1,987, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai t hitung > t tabel. Kemudian diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,002 yang mana nilai 0,002 < 0,05. Oleh karena itu, Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Terdapat hubungan signifikan dalam penelitian ini karena nilai signifikansi kurang dari 5% atau 0,05. Kemudian terdapat hubungan positif dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,327, sehingga perkembangan teknologi informasi dengan information anxiety memiliki korelasi yang cukup.

Abstract

Tiktok is one of the most popular social media platforms among many people. Beyond entertainment, it offers educational and beauty-related videos. The app presents a variety of videos, where the tiktok feed shows content that aligns with our preferences. Beauty review are individuals who frequently upload beauty content, such as product reviews and makeup tutorials that follow current trends.The purpose of this study is to determine whether beauty review content influences the information processing of purchasing decisions for Hanasui lip products. The respondents of this study are 100 female university students in Malang City who use Hanasui lip products more than twice. The method used this reaserch is quantitative meth population in this  study were early 18-25 years old student in Malang city The results show The results revealed that the combined influence of these factors on purchase decisions was 39.1%.The analysis showed that tiktok Beauty review (X1) had a significant impact on purchase decisions (Y), as indicated by a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Similarly, information processing (X2) also exhibited a significant influence on purchase decisions (Y), with a significance value of 0.002, less than 0.05.This research provides new insights for beauty product consumers on how to leverage the tiktok platform and encourages consumers to be critical of information before making a purchase.
