This research aims to find out the effect of size, leverage, wealth, audit opinion, liquidity, and press visibility of Local Governments (LGs) on the financial information disclosure through Indonesian LGs website. Center for Regional Information Study (Pattiro) states that only 28% of LGs disclose their financial information through website, and this proves lack of public transparency. This research method is using multiple linear regression. The population is 456 Local Governments (LGs) in Indonesia, with the research sample as many as 187 LGs conducted using purposive sampling method. The type of research data is secondary data. Empirical results show that size and wealth have positive effect on the financial information disclosure through website. Press visibility has negative effect on the financial information disclosure through website. While leverage, audit opinion, and liquidity do not have effect on the financial information disclosure through website. The implication of this research is that The Ministry of Home Affairs could develop a system of reward and punishment to motivate the LGs to improve their level of financial information disclosure through the website.

The objectives of this research is to added value function to the application (software) which has been made in previous that had reached copyright number no HKI 2-01-000007457 in the year 2016. The problems that occur in this research because nowadays mostly industries want to utilize system information which is easy to use, also if possible connecting to the smart phone. The Research method in making this application is using SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) technique, that is the logical process used by developer or analyst in process of making information media. The added value provided in this application is an application system that previously used a web-based system, and now changed into an android based system which is more easily and possible use by both smart phone and smart tv. Applications that has equipped android system additionally can be connected with electronic devices that also have android operating system such as smart tv and smart phone, so an enterprise can use it for information system activities, which is the functions can be able monitoring stock of goods that integrated with digital systems. At the end of this research, a feasibility survey provided by 40 experienced respondents as the industry users that from 3 industries, such as retail industry, manufacturing industry, and restaurant industry. The result of this survey analysis conducted with the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method that found almost all industries are suitable to use this application, with 30.7% retail, manufacturing 39.2%, restaurant 30.1% .The important priority in the implementation of this application is the cost of using this application and the application performance of the industrial activities.

The food name used as a keyword or query in conducting a food recipe search on the search system has limitations, namely the knowledge of the name of the food that the recipe wants to find. So another approach is needed to do recipe searches, namely by the display or the image of food. However, with the many features that are generated from the image it will cause high dimensional data which results in the effectiveness of the search system. For this reason, feature selection is needed to handle high-dimensional data. This research conducted a study of the effect of the number of returns that can provide the highest MAP value and the effect of the Information Gain feature selection on food image retrieval systems using texture feature extraction using Gray Level Co-occurance Matrix and color features using Color Moments and Color Histogram. The number of retrieves (r) of 5 is outperforming other r values with the value of MAP = 1 on the use of only color features and textures and the value of MAP = 0.98 in the combination of both. This indicates a smaller number of returns can give a higher MAP value. The effect of the Information Gain feature selection algorithm on the system is that it can provide the MAP = 1 value on the number of features (n) = 10 on the color feature, n = 5 on the texture feature, and n = 30 on the combination. This shows that the system with feature selection can provide results that are as good (in color and texture) and even better (in combination of features) with fewer features when compared to without feature selection.

Latar Belakang : Kartu rawat jalan yaitu lembaran yang berisi informasi mengenai identitaspasien, diagnosis dan tindakan yang dilakukan terhadap pasien seperti anamnesa, terapi danmerupakan salah satu formulir rekam medis yang harus didokumentasikan sehingga materialdan data harus lengkap. Berdasarkan survey awal kartu rawat jalan tidak sesuai dengankebutuhan pengguna dan Depkes RI.Tujuan Penelitian : dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis desain kartu rawat jalan diPuskesmas Rawang padang Tahun 2017.Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Rawang Padang yang dilaksanakanpada Tanggal 20 Mei- 24 Mei 2017. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif denganpendekatan studi kasus, di analisa dengan metode PIECES. Teknik pengambilan sampelmenggunakan purposive sampling, informa berjumlah 9 orang. Pengumpulan data dengancara wawancara mendalam menggunakan pedoman wawancara, perekam suara dan kameraserta observasi terhadap kartu rawat jalan. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah transkripsi, reduksi, kategorisasi dan penyajian data.Hasil : Penelitian menggunakan analisa PIECES, didapatkan dari Performance segi aspek fisikbahwa untuk material sudah sesuai, dari segi anatomis bahwa kolom tidak sesuai dengankebutuhan pengguna. Analisa Information item isian formulir memerlukan data nomor telepon,alergi, cara bayar, berat badan dan tekanan darah. Analisa economic biaya penerapan formulirsudah sesuai. Analisa control pengisian alamat, berat badan, agama, keterangan tidak lengkap.Analisa efficiency belum adanya sosialisasi pengisian formulir, singkatan dan kekuranganpetugas rekam medis. Analisa service pelayanan pasien sudah sesuai standar.Kesimpulan: Puskesmas perlu mempunyai standar operasional prosedur, membakukansingkatan yang digunakan, menganalisa beban kerja petugas dan merancang kembali formulirkartu rawat jalan agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna di puskesmas.Kata Kunci: Kartu Rawat Jalan, PIECES, Puskesmas Rawang Padang

Formulir penyebab kematian dan surat keterangan kematian adalah pencatatan beberapa penyakit atau kondisi yang merupakan satu rangkaian perjalanan penyakit menuju kematian atau keadaan kecelakaan, kekerasan yang menyebabkan cedera dan berakhir dengan kematian. Formulir ini diberikan terhadap semua jenis penyebab kematian. Berdasarkan survey pendahuluan di RSIA Muhammdiyah Kota Probolinggo, petugas tidak melakukan penulisan informasi terhadap formulirtersebut tidak sesuai dengan pedoman pengisan formulir penyebab kematian dan surat kematian BLKRI. Desain formulir penyebab kematian belum menggunakan kertas yang sesuai standart dan belum adanya pengelompokan data mengenai jenis penyebab kematian pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan redesain terhadap formulir penyebab kematian dan pembuatan formulir surat keterangan kematian di RSIA Muhamaddiyah kota probolinggo. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan Brainstoming. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa desain formulir penyebab kematian belum sesuai dengan standard dan kebutuhan pengguna yang dapat menyebabkan ketidaklengkapan pengisian serta terhambatnya pelaksanaan pemberian tindakan, oleh karena itu formulir penyebab kematian dan surat keterangan kematian yang baru, didesain dengan mempertimbangkan 3 aspek penting yaitu aspek fisik, aspek anatomi, dan aspek isi yang sesuai dengan standart dan kebutuhan pengguna. Sebaiknya dilakukan evaluasi formulir penyebab kematian dan surat keterangan kematian yang baru guna menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pengguna yang bisa berubah dai waktu ke waktu.

Information and communication technology (ICT) can improve productivity and reduce costs / expenses in the agricultural sector and rural development. Jatinangor is one of sub-district on Sumedang with the highest economic growth, where the agricultural sector ranks third in contributing the economy. The use of ICT for farmers in Jatinangor it was not known the degree to which capable of being applied, then need to know the level of use of ICT by Jatinangor farmers. Method used in this research was descriptive method that described the data to determine size of the ICT usage level. Data is formulated into index numbers of ICT usage level or Information and Communication Technology Usage Level Quotient Index which was obtained by formulating an operational definition of variable using analysis of UNDP index calculation and Location Quotient analysis. The results of the study showed that the measurement of the ICT usage level covering by 4 indicators: farmers characteristic, farmers environment, ICT characteristic, and farmers behavior. Farmers group has the highest of the ICT use in Jatinangor is Harapan I, in Bina Karya Mandiri, Cileles Village with an index of 1,1380, and ICT absorption level of 50 %. Farmers group has the lowest of the ICT use is Jeruk Mipis, in Mulya Jaya, Cipacing Village with an index of 0,9156, and ICT absorption level of 36 %.

ABSTRACTManagement information system (MIS) aims to provide support in the transaction processing atthe operational level and little support at the tactical level planning and management control. MIShas characteristics broadscope, aggregation, integration, timeliness, accuracy, and clarity serveto help pedict the possible consequences of various actions that can be done on perfomanceimprovement activities in an effective and efficient managers. The study was conducted todetermine the effect of information on the perfomance characteristic manajerial. Research typeused is analytical descriptive study with cross sectional design. Respondents used in this study isthe manager at the Hospital Ortopedic Prof. DR. R. Soeharso Surakarta. Data analysis consistedof descriptive and analytical analysis. The method used in analyzing the data is linear regressionanalysis with the help of the program Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 16.0.Results obtained by analysis of the Sig. F (0.00) < Sig of alpha (0.05). Which means there is aninfluence together all the characteristics of variable information (broadscope, aggregation,integration, timeliness, accuracy, and clarity) on managerial perfomance. Characteristicsinfluence the information on this research that is equal to 54.70%.Key words: characteristics of information, management information system, andmanagerial perfomance.

Currently, many hospitals in developed countries have considered laboratory information system (LIS) and PACS as needs, and are important sub-systems in EMR. While in some developing countries, this is a novelty and plans related to integration with EMR are still not the main subject, as many still assume that LIMS and PACS are systems separate from EMR. Types This article is a systematic review. The author uses the Literature Review Method approach. Integration of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) with LIS and PACS requires some preparation and several aspects to be considered, which include: 1) Requirements for data standards and medical terminology, (2) Aspects of privacy and data security, (3) Implementation of data entry , (4) Preparation and Requirement Analysis of Technology / Information System, (5) Leadership Policy and Support, (6) Standart and Protocol System, (7) Pattern and Model of System Integration, (8) Standardization of Protocol and Communication of OSI.

The recent case of the E-KTP procurement project has attracted a lot of public attention. In this study, the author focused on the object of research on the involvement of the PDI-P Party in this mega corruption case. The PDI-P party is President Jokowi's bearer party in the 2014 presidential election. In this case, Novanto stated that he was involved in this case and even became the main suspect in the E-KTP procurement project. Language tools used as a method in analyzing the object of this research are Framing Analysis. Basically, framing is a method for viewing media telling stories about events. News that contains framing does not mean that the news is false news. In framing a news, the information obtained by a journalist is processed by constructing the contents of the news and presenting it to the public. Some are highlighted and some are excluded. Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) was defined as a task for finding of the shortest route. The finding of the shortest route influences a price of delivery service and profit of company. Therefore, we proposed an implementation of Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) based on Dijkstra’s Algorithm in a information systems of delivery services" for optimizing the finding of shortest route. This algorithm using distance which is extracted from Google Maps. There are 60 routes which are tested. The results show the accuracy of TSP based on Dijkstra’s algorithm is 100%. The results can be concluded that the implementation of Dijkstra’s algorithm is accurate for finding the shortest route.
