In the information storage, the image is often encountered, but the image storage and analysis are very complex, in order to more save memory space and more be used as a compressed representation of a graph, we give a new definition in the paper. In order to improve the high efficiency and security of supply chain information coordination under cloud computing environment, this paper proposes a supply chain information coordination mode based on cloud computing. This mode has two basic statuses which are online status and offline status. At the online status, cloud computing center is responsible for coordinating the whole supply chain information. At the offline status, information exchange can be realized among different nodes by using the pre-backup supply chain information and network address of other nodes. This coordination mode coordinates the whole supply chain information through the cloud computing center at the online status and maximizes the overall benefit. Meanwhile, the offline status effectively avoids the risks to the whole supply chain brought by the overdependence of cloud computing on network and the high information concentration. The two statuses have good customers’ satisfaction and higher order finished rate in supply chain. The simulation experiment based on multi-Agent verifies the effectiveness of this mode in this paper. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i11.3453

Sistem control objectives for information and related technology is very advanced and has developed many advanced applied in countries such as Germany, Canada, United States of America, United Kingdom,etc. A lot of auditor use Control objective for information and Related Technology to understanding client?s company or organisation structure and internal control system, futhermore COBIT helps auditor to reveal about every single detail of it, such as their real expenses, benefit, deals and goals. This study aims to describe the system control objectives for information and related technology, as well as linkages with COBIT internal audit system. In addition, this study also aims to inform companies in Indonesia which are some who have implemented COBIT in their internal control systems. The result about this study is with the use of COBIT system in the company, it will be easier to achieve their goals as well as easier to avoid the possible risks that can be encountered. And for the auditor, COBIT greatly help facilitate auditor in view of the level of compliance, transparency, as well as the successful implementation of the system has been made. The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between information asymmetry measured by bid-ask spread, and earnings quality measured by earning response coefficient. This relationship are mediating by earnings management which measured by discretionary accruals. The samples used in this research were 46 of the manufactures companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009-2012 period. The result proved that information asymmetry was not predictor to earnings quality. In conclusion, earnings management become intervening variable between information asymmetry and earnings quality.   Keywords : information asymmetry, earnings quality, earnings management, intervening.

Abstrak The implementation of Automatic Exchange of Information in 2017 is a system that supports the information exchange of the taxpayer accounts between countries. The aims of this study are to find out the knowledge and comprehension of Account Representatives towards the AEOI, the preparations which needed to be done and ,the benefits for Account Representatives from the AEOI based on studies in KPP Pratama Surabaya Gubeng and KPP Madya Surabaya. The method used in this study is the qualitative method which the data are taken from the results of the interviews. The results of this study showed that the Account Representatives had already known and understand about the AEOI. In KPP Pratama Surabaya Gubeng, there is still no preparation for the AEOI, however, KPP Madya Surabaya already made preparations although it is not maximum and is not reap the benefit because they didn’t implement the AEOI yet. Industri Pariwisata memiliki keterkaitan yang erat dengan sektor lainnya karena dapat dikatakan sebagai gabungan fenomena dan hubungan timbal balik akibat adanya interaksi dengan wisatawan, pelaku bisnis pemerintah, tujuan wisata serta masyarakat daerah tujuan wisata. Kesulitan pada pengendali mutu (Quality Control) dikarnakan data dan informasi kinerja yang tersedia belum lengkap dan terintegrasi baik mengenai usaha-usaha pariwisata yang ada, termasuk penggolongan yang jelas antara perusahaan utama dan sekunder yang bergerak dalam industri pariwisata baik langsung maupun tak langsung dengan perusahaan yang bukan bergerak di bidang parisata. Dan berapa banyak usaha pariwisata saat ini yang benar-benar menjalankan usaha pariwisata yang memiliki dan belum memiliki sertifikat kompetensi. Data management and information dissemination of Posyandu in Wanasari village, Brebes Regency is done manually. Data management is done by recording data into books, and the information is disseminated through oral. This method is not efficient because it causes difficulties in processing data and information of Posyandu. To overcome this problem, a website information system was created with exploiting the SMS (short message service). The website is used to display posyandu participant data or information, while the SMS gateway is used to send messages automatically to participants. The test results using the black-box method have not found a problem. Thus the Posyandu Information System is made ready to be tested on the community of Wanasari village, Brebes Regency.

The LBA (Location Based Advertising) and SMS Targeted ordering system on MDMedia is designed to provide facilities for sales and operations in handling campaign orders. The running process still uses the manual method, that is, the user completes the form and sent it via e-mail to the operation for the verification process. This business process is very ineffective given the large number of LBA and SMS Targeted orders that come every day without recording data campaigns. The system design method uses the waterfall method. Program implementation uses PHP language with a database using MySQL. The development of the LBA and SMS Targeted ordering information system is able to provide effective work, because it can be well organized during the ordering process and report submission.

Increased demand for information and telecommunications at the University of Riau demanding reliable carrier network availability. Copper cable network that now exists less support for multimedia network performance. Therefore, it is necessary to design a new access networks. One alternative is to implement fiber optic technology Fiber to the Home (FttH). This research design a FttH network for information access needs on the campus site, located in Panam, Pekanbaru. The results show the needs of Optical Network Terminal (ONT) as many as 209 units and 34 units of Optical Distribution Point (ODP), using passive splitter 1: 8 type of wall. Optical Distribution Cabinet (ODC) 1 unit to serve all the region in UR with a capacity of 24 core, using ODC 144 type. Calculation of the sample data taken, showing the speed of each customer in the Engineering Faculty using FttH is approximately 3 Mbps. Link Budget Calculations indicate that power received by each faculty on average -23.17 dB, it can be concluded FttH network design is feasible and appropriate ethical standards that have been determined shall not exceed -28 dB. Attenuation of each faculty obtained the average value of -21.17 dB.

One of the services of LPPOM MUI Banten to the community is to provide information through the website, through which the community can independently access various information related to halal certification. In order to achieve optimum service, the website itself should meet the needs of the community, and it should be communicative and informative. This research aims to develop the information system of halal service based on user requirement through ergonomics participatory approach and also to design website by considering ergonomic display. The method used was one group pretest-posttest design, while the sampling was performed using systemic random sampling approach (n = 45). Result shows that the information system of halal service available on the website needs to be developed using ergonomic participatory approach. The development of Halal Information System using participatory ergonomics approach is able to increase user satisfaction by 19.27% (pretest average 23.82 ± 2.81 and post-test 69.73 ± 3.1). The formula development is also discussed.
