Abstract

Sebagai komponen pendidikan, perpustakaan harus menyediakan semua sumber daya pengetahuan yang diperlukan untuk proses belajar mengajar, baik di organisasi, desa, atau sekolah. Untuk meningkatkan layanan sumber informasi perpustakaan, sistem informasi diperlukan. Karena pengelolaan data dan informasi perpustakaan masih sangat konvensional, kesalahan, kerusakan, dan kesulitan menemukan data seperti anggota, buku, peminjaman buku, pengembalian buku, dan informasi lainnya masih sering terjadi dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan saat ini. Oleh karena itu, sistem informasi perpustakaan bertujuan untuk membuat proses pengolahan data dan informasi yang ada di perpustakaan lebih mudah, terutama bagi petugas perpustakaan, dan membuat peminjam buku lebih mudah menemukan informasi tentang berbagai buku yang ada di perpustakaan.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Peminjaman dan Pengembalian Buku Berbasis Web Pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Bengkayang adalah salah pusat infornasi masyarakat dan penataan arsip yang dibentuk berdasarkan Peraturan Bupati Bengkayang Nomor 4 tahun 2006. Prosesproses pengolahan datanya yang dilakukan di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Bengkayang pada umumnya masih bersifat manual, seperti pencatatan pada data anggota, data buku, data peminjaman, dan pengembalian buku. Supaya dapat membantu perpustakaan untuk dapat meningkatkan pelayanan dalam proses peminjaman dan pengembalian menjadi lebih cepat dan akurat.Metode pengembangan Sistem Peminjaman dan Pengembalian Buku yang di buat dengan metode waterfall sebagai alat pengembang system, sedangkan untuk pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka yang dilakukan pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Bengkayang. Perancangan sistem yang dibuat ini bertujuan untuk meminimalisir tingkat kesalahan yang terdapat pada perpustakaan tersebut, dengan menggunakan web yang dibuat sebagai program, Mysql dan PHPMyadmin sebagai basis data, Wamp Server sebagai penghubung basis data. Dengan adanya sistem terkomputerisasi ini untuk mencapai suatu kegiatan yang dapat menunjang aktifitas Peminjaman dan Pengembalian Buku agar lebih efektif dan efisien dibandingkan dengan sistem terlebih dahulu.

Abstract

This research is a software research and development (software research and development) which aims to find out the results of the development of the Internet Of Thinking at SMK Negeri 9 Medan. Data was collected using interviews, questionnaires, measurements and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques. The results of the research produce an e-library application that is used in library processing by utilizing the Internet of Think (IOT). The test results show very good results based on 5 aspects of ISO 25010 characteristics, namely: functional suitability in the good category, usability with the test results in the very decent category, portability with the test results running well on nine different types of Android, performance efficiency with good test results, and compatibility with test results can run well when run concurrently with other applications.

Abstract

The school library is part of the education component that cannot be saparated form the school environment. As one form of education, the school library function as a learning support for students as well as fosters interest in reading in order to achieve educational goals at school. The library is an instituttion that manages the collection of written, printed, and or recorded work professionally with a standard system to meet the needs of education, research, presevation, information and recreation of students as the use of the library. Based on the author’s research, SMK Tujuh Lima 1 Purwokerto is an educational institution where there is a library with a manual book-lending service system using a book recording method or it can be said that it has not been computerized, thus hampering lending activities within the library itself, using a computerized system so that it can lighten and facilitate activities in the library in borrowing and returning books. The software development method used is the prototype method. Then made a web-based book lending and return information system design which aims to make it easier for officers to manage library data and can minimize the riskof loss or damage to documents.

Abstract

Pada era digital ini dituntut pengelolaan administrasi pemerintahan yang cepat, efisien, efektif, dan akuntabel. Masyarakat di era digital lebih menuntut pelayanan yang cepat dan sederhana. Pemerintah Kabupaten Sleman juga tidak menutup mata bahwa era digital adalah sebuah keniscayaan, termasuk didalamnya digitalisasi dalam proses administrasi pemerintahan melalui digitalisasi dalam pengelolaan kearsipan. Terdapat 2 (dua) hal yang mendorong proses digitalisasi ini yaitu keterbatasan personil dalam pengelolaan kearsipan dan tuntutan efisiensi, efektivitas, dan akuntabilitas dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Pemerintah Kabupaten Sleman sangat concern dalam digitalisasi pengelolaan kearsipan melalui pengembangan SIMARDA (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kearsipan Daerah). Tujuan penerapan SIMARDA adalah mewujudkan tertib arsip pada perangkat daerah di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Sleman, meningkatkan kinerja birokrasi melalui inovasi sistem administrasi persuratan, serta mendukung e-goverment Kabupaten Sleman menuju Smart Regency. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penerapan SIMARDA menghasilkan potensi efisiensi melalui efisiensi anggaran belanja alat tulis kantor, penjilidan, penggandaan dan kebutuhan ruang penyimpanan. Efektivitas melalui SIMARDA terwujud dalam proses administrasi yang dapat berjalan sampai dengan akhir proses sesuai dengan maksud dan tujuan dari setiap surat yang dikeluarkan serta tidak tergantung pada keberadaan pimpinan di kantor. SIMARDA mewujudkan akuntabilitas melalui terpantaunya setiap proses administrasi yang berjalan.

Abstract

Technology that is now growing rapidly is widely used by the community for various activities, such as administrative activities. Of the many administrative activities that exist, the library is one of them that requires information technology in data management. The library is a building of an institution or agency that has the task of providing, compiling, and managing various collections of books. SMK Negeri 1 Tanjungpinang is one of the schools that still processes library data manually, which still does not utilize existing information technology. Data collection that is still done manually will cause problems, where data collection is slow and inefficient. Therefore, the design of this library information system will assist the administrative activities of SMK Negeri 1 Tanjungpinang by having a library data management website. This is useful for librarians in facilitating all data management processes, including making membership cards, the process of making reports, making and collecting data on borrowing and returning books. Making a web-based library information system at SMK Negeri 1 Tanjungpinang using the laravel framework with mysql database.

Abstract

The school library is one of the facilities provided by the school as a supporter and supporter of the process of teaching and learning activities for students. The existence of a library is very helpful to increase or increase knowledge and insight for students at school. By increasing the maximum function of the library, it is also hoped that it will provide maximum education for students. At the XYZ Vocational School library, the library system is still manual, that is, the way to borrow and return books at the library is to still use handwriting. There are often errors in the process of borrowing and returning books, so it is often difficult for librarian to prepare reports. The absence of a library information system that is able to process borrowing and returning books quickly and accurately, print reports quickly, and can store data safely. With the system that will be built, the authors hope that this will not happen again, because the computerized system will be more supportive.-based library information system is website built using PHP with framework codeigniter and MySQL. System testing is done using the Black Box Testing method. The results of the research conducted is an implementation of a website using the OOAD at Tridaya Vocational High School Bekasi. The conclusion from the implementation of this library system is that it can carry out the process of borrowing and returning books quickly and accurately, print reports quickly, and can store data safely because it is integrated with the MySQL database.. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that occurred at the end of 2019 has accelerated the application and use of technology in universities. Various academic activities, such as learning, final project work, and UTS and UAS, were completed online. But unfortunately, supporting facilities such as digital libraries are needed as a source of reference and information that can store various material needs such as ebooks and modules that can be used for the learning process and can be accessed anywhere and anytime. This is the basis for designing the Digital Library Information System to make it easier for lecturers and students to find the books and modules they need. This library information system is web-based and made with HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, and MySQL programming languages. The method used in the development of this digital library information system is the waterfall method with the UML (Unified Modeling Language) software approach. With the Informatics Digital Library, it is hoped that it can help students and lecturers find various references and information for the learning process.

Abstract

SMK Piramida beralamat di Jl.Gandang Kp.Popojok, Rancaekek, Kabupaten Bandung. Perpustakaan SMK Piramida dalam proses bisnisnya masih menggunakan sistem pencatatan manual sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan pada bagian-bagian tertentu seperti stok buku, kehilangan dan kerusakan pada laporan peminjaman atau pengembalian buku. Proses peminjaman, pengembalian dan pembuatan laporan kunjungan perpustakaan pun memerlukan waktu yang lama dalam pembuatannya. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang diuraikan diatas yaitu dengan membuat sistem informasi perpustakaan yang terkomputerisasi. Maka dari itu dibuatlah rancang bangun sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis Website. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif, metode untuk pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Rational Unified Process (RUP) dengan alat pengembangan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Berdasarkan rancang bangun sistem informasi diperoleh bahwa sistem yang dibuat dapat mempermudah proses transaksi peminjaman dan pengembalian buku, meminimalisir kehilangan atau kerusakan data pada transaksi peminjaman dan pengembalian, mempercepat pembuatan laporan pengunjung perpustakaan serta membuat informasi stok buku yang lebih terstruktur.

ibrary is one of the learning resources that every school or university must have. Having a web-based library information system that facilitates the management of borrowing or returning books so that the circulation of borrowed books can be properly recorded during optimization Borrowing and returning books is very risky in the traditional system because there are often delays in finding books, books are lost, or the information needed is stored carelessly. With the development of information technology, library information systems can be integrated into web-based information systems, which can be one way to overcome the problem of managing detailed information on library books so that they can be used by the wider community. Based on a needs analysis, users can access the library information system from anywhere to see what book information is in the library, making it easier to find book information to borrow or return.
