Abstract

PT. Sarjana Budi Satria was established on October 9, 1991 one of its business is engaged in the provision of information services and dat homestay in Jakarta area. Process information that is still done manually created many obstacles such as statements that are  not timely, the contents of the reports are often wrong, the difficulty in updating and manipulation of data outhouse. For it is necessary to establish a database to generate input / output board which facilitates information services. That output include  the output data information and output board for the consumer for the company's monthly revenue reports. Inputs include inputs from the outhouse, territories and consumer data.

Abstract

Establishment of Office of the General Cemetery of DKI Jakarta is in the framework of planning and ordering the city, considering the population of Jakarta is increasingly crowded and limited land that could be provided for the public funeral. On the other hand the demands of public services also increased, especially in the field of public funeral service. Through this writing, the author tries to give input and recommendations to the Office Funeral services-making particularly regarding land use permits and renew permits the tomb of the use of cemetery land by using computer-based media.After analyzing and observing the existing activities by coming directly to the location and conduct interviews, the authors found several constraints faced by the Office of Public Cemetery. Among them for making land use permits and renew permits cemetery land use tomb, is still done with rocks stationery. Recording each incoming data still using ledger and to store any data, still archived into thegeneral ledger.Funeral Service proposal writer to permit them to make use of cemetery land, the officers no longer use typewriters, but by using computer-based media are equipped Visual Basic 6.0 application software, officers can directly input the dataand can print directly permit in question, whereas to renew permits the use of cemetery land, the officers did not have to check and see the documents in a large book but an officer can.

Abstract

So far, people are already accustomed to using synthetic pesticides to eradicate allpests on plants. However unwittingly, the synthesis of high-risk pesticides because itcan poison himself. Therefore, now many people are looking for ways to makeenvironmentally-friendly pesticide and does not pollute the surrounding environment.This application was created to provide information on alternative ways of makingenvironmentally friendly pesticides by using ingredients that come from nature too,by using computerized media so that necessary information can be found quickly.Further, the application is made by Visual Basic 6.0 programming language with theintention that the resulting appearance of this application is the user interface, in otherwords easily used by different types among the users.

Abstract

Computer hardware is in great demand by the hobies and assembler, Karen canchoose their own hardware is required in accordance with the needs and abilities.However, in choosing computer hardware, the price is not always a major factor inthe quality of the computer hardware. The author tries to help by providinginformation on computer hardware that can be used as a material consideration.Based on the results of a questionnaire distributed by the author, the constraints facedtoday is the hobies and assemblers feel difficulty in choosing a motherboard andknow the price of computer hardware.Using Microsoft FrontPage 2000, the authors make a home page for information oncomputer hardware in Indonesian language. So that the hobies and assembler canview this information through the internet media.As there are several things that must be considered by the webmaster in designinghome pagedengan using Microsoft FrontPage 2000, which hit counters, search formsand guest book. We make this information, the assembler can know hobies andhardware information and the price of hardware.

Abstract

This scientific writing, discusses about how to make an eye disease information usingMicrosoft Visual Basic 6.0. Information can be interpreted as a computer softwarethat has a knowledge base for a particular domain and using inference reasoningresembles an expert in solving a problem. Where this information when linked to theability of doctors to diagnose the health condition of patients at an early stage, we cancreate an assigned computer system identify and analyze patients' symptoms and thenprovide recommendations directly to the patient.Models made in implementing the information into an application program. Thisapplication was made aiming to help us in the early diagnosis of eye diseases. And tomake it easier to serve our patients without the patient must leave the house. Which inaddition to consuming time, effort and cost but also dangat feared conditions. Withthis program can reduce the duty of a doctor and are not directly replace the absenceof a doctor.

Abstract

Use of computer equipment will affect the presentation of information at any time if necessary needed will be easy to obtain and ensure keama devoted to him. Abstract

PT Grasfindo is developing its business in the field of general trading (procurement office), which at this company processes transaction data of suppliers and information on the procurement of goods are still processed manually in the input, editing, printing to produce a report. Application programming using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 forms in form, would simplify the operational or administrative staff to do the inputting editing, printing, either from a data supplier data and transaction data, and assisted with Microsoft Access 2000 database applications to store recod- records and fields - field data .. Implementation of the program application of procurement processes in PT Grasfindo quite good and satisfactory in terms of receiving information quickly and accurately in order for decision making by the leadership.
