Abstract

The problems faced in these institutions lies in the assessment system for the placement test students who are still done manually, which is a lot of manual system faced various obstacles and inefficiencies both in terms of time and of the workings of the organizer committee test. For that formed the design of the system to replace existing systems with computerized systems. So that the results obtained from the new system isexpected to assist the performance of these institutions. Abstract

CV. Sadar Gypsum on reservations data recording at each ordering of goods is still done manually resulting in less efficiency of service to consumers. Therefore to improve the quality of service to consumers, the authors try to help CV. Sadar Gypsum in order to improve service quality to consumers with a reservation system dikomputerisasikannya goods. With the computerized system is expected to minimize time and increase service quality to consumers. In this case the authors solve the problem by asking how the proposed procedure along with FOD systems, Diagram Context, Diagram Zero, Entity Relationship Diagram, Normalization, and file structure as well as software by using FoxBase +.

Abstract

Today's progress has touched every aspect of life, including aspects of health care. Inorder to provide good health services, and the sooner it is not wrong if it is acomputerized system should be applied. At Gandaria Hospital currently still usingmanual systems, which in addition to the registration charge for the patient data isalso required to make patient data for new patients, then the data are provided to thereceptionis to be given the serial number checks. However, when relatively fewpatients is not a problem, but problems arise when the number of patients increases,so the registration is required to give a quick and good service. Abstract

Association as a booster for the writer to discuss this problem is to compare the writerhas gained knowledge during the lecture on STI & K Jakarta with reality in the field,especially in the areas of revenue and receivables as well to meet the requirements incompleting course strata-1.Aim of this study is to assist hospitals in obtaining revenues and accounts receivableeffectively and efficiently, and solve the problems and assist management in makingdecisions.The research methodology used is the study of comparative literature as acomplement to terhadapa problems encountered are analyzed as well as field researchand interviews with the viewer directly as a liaison group should study with the objectbeing studied.From the research the authors found several weaknesses in the current system, amongothers, there are weaknesses in the system of giving discounts to patients who are lessable, results delivery charges, and the difficulty of collecting data from existing parts.Because of the weakness is the author suggested to hold a revamping of the currentsystem, by designing a new system.
