Abstract

Gresik regency as the population increases and people use roads for their activities, accidents often occur on roads, especially in Manyar sub-district, which also has many industrial places. According to accident data for the last 4 years from the police, it was found that there was an increase and decrease in the number of accident events each year. This study uses secondary data from the local police. Then the data is analyzed using the EAN (Equivalent Accident Number), UCL (Upper Control Limit), BKA (Upper Control Limit) method, and using QGIS software to display in more detail the accident-prone areas. The results of the analysis using the EAN method obtained the highest number of accidents on Jl. Raya Manyar KM 10 is 604. For the BKA value of 384, while the UCL value is 374, from these results that the EAN value at JL Raya Manyar KM 10 exceeds the BKA and UCL values, it can be concluded that Jl. Raya Manyar KM 10 is an accident-prone area. The results of the analysis are then entered into the QGIS software to display in more detail the areas prone to traffic accidents on roads in Manyar District, Gresik.

Abstract

Balai Sakinah ‘Aisyiyah community group has an important role as the development partner of the Kalibening Village, Dukun District, Magelang Regency. The MAMPU financial assistance scheme has encouraged BSA to drive innovation in pioneering the village information system (SID) in Kalibening. The pioneering of the said village information system was carried out in collaboration with students, the village government and some residents. An assessment of the village information system development process in Kalibening must be carried out to evaluate the overly dominant role of technical assistance in village development. This research was conducted with a participatory research method to allow researchers be a part of the studied phenomenon to explore the paradoxes that emerged from implementing the Balai Sakinah Aisyiyah’s technical assistance in pioneering the village information system in Kalibening, Dukun, Magelang. The data collection and analysis were carried out throughout the development of the village information system during the Gadjah Mada University community engagement program in Kalibening Village for a period of 50 days. The results of the study show that the model of technical assistance advocated by BSA in pioneering SID does indeed help the village innovation process. However, paradoxes arise in the disproportionately bigger role that civil society organizations played compared to that of the villagers. Civil society organizations designed the SID development method without prior consultations with the villagers. The dominance of the civil society organizations also resulted in knowledge gaps among villagers. They become nothing more than merely an object for data collection. Nevertheless, the students involved in the community engagement program facilitated the villagers to utilize the resulting data.AbstrakBalai Sakinah ‘Aisyiyah (BSA) memiliki peranan penting sebagai mitra pembangunan desa Kalibening, Kecamatan Dukun, Kabupaten Magelang. Bantuan skema donor MAMPU mendorong keterlibatan BSA dalam mendorong inovasi perintisan sistem informasi desa di Kalibening. Perintisan sistem informasi desa dilakukan bersama dengan para mahasiswa, pemerintah desa dan sebagian warga. Pengkajian terhadap proses perintisan sistem informasi desa di Kalibening perlu didalami untuk mengevaluasi terlalu dominannya peran bantuan teknis dalam pembangunan desa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian partisipatif untuk menjadikan peneliti menjadi bagian dari fenomena yang dikaji untuk menggali paradoks yang muncul dari pelaksanaan bantuan teknis BSA dalam perintisan sistem informasi desa di Kalibening, Dukun, Magelang. Pengumpulan dan analisis data dilakukan sepanjang pelaksanaan program perintisan sistem informasi di desa selama pelaksanaan KKN PPM UGM di Desa Kalibening selama 50 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa model bantuan teknis yang didorong BSA dalam perintisan SID memang membantu proses inovasi desa. Akan tetapi, muncul berbagai paradoks dalam peran organisasi masyarakat sipil yang terlalu banyak dibandingkan peran warga. Organisasi masyarakat sipil menentukan sendiri metode yang dipakai dalam perintisan SID tanpa terlebih dahulu melibatkan warga lain. Dominasi peran organisasi masyarakat sipil juga membawa masalah kesenjangan pengetahuan dengan warga. Warga semata menjadi objek yang kemudian coba dimediasi oleh mahasiswa KKN untuk dapat memanfaatkan data. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada para pemangku kepentingan di Kalibening untuk melibatkan kelompok sasaran lain seperti kelompok tani, PKK, dan lain-lain dalam pemanfaatan sistem informasi desa.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) menyentuh ke dalam sendi kehidupan tanpa terkecuali pendidikan. Konkret bentuk pemanfaatan TIK dalam pendidikan adalah penggunaan media pembelajaran. Pembelajaran IPS memiliki tantangan untuk memanfaatkan TIK. Saat ini pemanfaatan hanya sebatas penggunaan LCD. Akan tetapi, bentuk inovasi lain belum disentuh. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi terhadap pembelajaran IPS bagi peserta didik SMP SMIP 1946 Banjarmasin guna terwujudnya pembelajaran IPS yang bermakna, menyenangkan dan tentunya muncul peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik. Pembelajaran IPS tidak hanya diajarkan secara tradisional saja yaitu dengan cara ceramah, namun memasuki tahap revolusi industri 4.0 pembelajaran IPS tentulah harus lebih bermakna bagi peserta didik, karena IPS mengajarkan kepada peserta didik bagaimana nantinya mereka hidup di masyarakat, bagaimana nantinya mereka menghadapi tantangan zaman yang selalu berubah sehingga belajar IPS harus bisa mengajak peserta didik untuk lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mereka. Satu di antaranya dengan menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi. Demikian perlu rasanya kita sebagai pendidik mengelola dengan baik media-media apa saja yang sudah dimiliki sekolah atau media-media apa saja yang perlu dimiliki sekolah demi kelangsungan proses belajar mengajar yang lebih baik.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has led people more easily to connect with each other and provide value added in the form of efficiency and effectiveness that produce something for meeting purposes, record customer complaints, answer customer questions, convey information to customers, provide warranty, and seek profit by this utilization. The reason for the audit of SI in this study is PT. Boga Dimsum Indonesia where the company needs an audit on the inventory and accounting intregrated system because there is an error in the purchase application. In this research, the method used is qualitative research method that is research about descriptive research and tend to use analysis. The purpose of the audit is to know whether the information technology governance applied by PT. Boga Dimsum Indonesia has gone well. The research consists of 4 stages: planning, Field Work, Reporting, Follow Up. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that the IT functions contained in PT. Boga Dimsum Indonesia is not yet optimal.

Abstract

The use of Learning Management System (LMS) applications made by Google with name Google Classroom since 2015 in junior and senior high schools in Bekasi City helps the learning process become easier. However, its use can have positive and negative effects on students. Google Class Sentiment by integrating N-grams, Information Gain, Particle Swarm Optimization, and Naïve Bayes Classifiers that have never been done by researchers before. From the experiments carried out, N-gram can increase the accuracy of 6.7% and AUC 4%, while using PSO can increase the Accuracy of 9.9% and AUC of 10.4%.

Abstract

One way to find out the quality of exam questions is by looking at the rules for writing exam questions made based on the subject or discussion contained in the learning plan document. Therefore, the exam questions that are arranged must be adjusted to the main material in each subject learning achievement. This study discusses the implementation of the concept in information retrieval systems using the Vector Space Model method. The Vector Space Model method has an advantage in query matching because it is able to match only part of the query with existing documents. In addition, the Vector Space Model method is also easy to adapt by adjusting parameters, including weighting parameters. The weighting calculation for each term that appears in the document uses TF-IDF. The purpose of this study is to design an information retrieval system to find the suitability of the exam question query with the subject contained in the learning plan document. The suitability is sorted based on the similarity value of the calculation results, from the largest value to the smallest value in the form of a percentage.

Abstract

Geographic Information System (GIS) is a web-based information system that is used to process and store geographic-based information. This study aims to produce a geographic information system with a visualization that contains the location of Lesehan restaurants in Selong and Masbagik sub-districts, Restaurant information containing instructions and directions to Lesbian Restaurant. The data used in this research is to collect map data in selong and masbagik districts using the Google Map API and Google Map Direction Service, coordinate data collection points and some other supporting data. The result of this research is that a geographic information system web site in Selong and Masbagik District based on web has been built using a web-based Google Maps API that makes it easy for web users to find out the position of Lesbian restaurants, where there is information on Lesbian restaurants, positions lesehan restaurant, directions to the desired lesehan restaurant.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v3i1.1803

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to facilitate consumers in finding partners who sell herbal products from CV. Rinjani Tirta which is in East Lombok.Where the company is engaged in herbal products and has more than 86 products. In fact, it is one of the companies that has obtained a BPOM permit in East Lombok and has been recommended by the BPOM to continue to participate in activities held by the BPOM and the government related to permits, seminars, and product exhibitions The use of a Geographic Information System (GIS) can help provide information on the data collection of partners working with companies. The author researched with several stages, namely information gathering, planning, development of initial product formats, initial product trials, field trials, product revisions, and final results. The location of the research is CV. Rinjani Tirta located in the village of Ajani Timur, Suralaga subdistrict. The results of this study are very helpful CV. Rinjani Tirta in promotion and gathering information about partners and areas that have been widely spread and make it easier for consumers to find herbal products. Besides, to streamline the work of employees and of course indirect promotions from partners.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan sumber daya organisasi yang perlu dikelola dengan efisien dan efektif. Banyaknya informasi yang harus dikelola terkait sumber daya manusia memunculkan permasalahan tingkat kompleksitas yang tinggi. Pentingnya pengaturan sumber daya manusia yang sangat kompleks pada suatu perusahaan membuat perusahaan diharuskan membentuk sebuah divisi baru yaitu Human Resource Department atau Personalia. Tanpa sebuah aplikasi, bagian HRD mempunyai beberapa kesulitan berupa pengelompokkan data, penghitungan jumlah kehadiran, uang transport dan makan kemudian terakhir slip gaji karyawan dan pencetakkan laporan slip gaji. Untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut perlu diterapkan aplikasi Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Sebuah modul yang penting yang terdapat pada sistem ini adalah payroll atau pengajian. PT Octagon Studio Ltd merupakan startup asal Bandung, salah satu perusahaan yang sering kali mengalami masalah terkait pengelolaan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang kurang baik. Selama ini proses perhitungan gaji yang dilakukan oleh sistem yang ada, masih tergolong belum efektif. Jadi proses perhitungan gaji dilakukan satu persatu tiap pegawai. Sehingga waktu yang diperlukan untuk melakukan perhitungan gaji membutuhkan waktu lama. Pada pengajuan cuti, masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga pengelolaannya belum optimal dan prosesnya cukup lambat. Selain itu sulitnya mendapatkan informasi seperti data kepegawaian dan jumlah cuti yang tersedia untuk masing-masing pegawai. Aplikasi HRIS ini dibuat menggunakan model waterfall yang mencakup: analisis, desain, pengkodean dan pengujian dengan mengunakan PHP Framework Laravel dan MySQL sebagai database. Terkait masalah tersebut diperlukan aplikasi HRIS yang diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam perhitungan gaji karyawan secara bersamaan dan pengelolaan data pegawai.

Abstract

The community service activities carried out by community service teams of IIB Darmajaya is part of the scheme of Entrepreneurship Development Program from Kemenristekdikti grant. The focus of Entrepreneurship Development Program are the implementation of the campus entrepreneurial atmosphere development model through the integration of various functions at the Campus of IIB Darmajaya, starting from strengthening busines and technology incubator, colaboration of various campus internal department, establishing an academic system which supports entrepreneurial learning, introducing information technological based creative economy to students as the foundation for their business and the involvement of entreprenuerial community. The community service methods were carried out are seminars, lectures, training and workshop, consultation to coordination with stakeholder which have important role in determining the success of tenants on developing their business. The results of this community service activities are an integrative campus entrepreneurship development process and 8 tenants students who will be nurtured by business and technology incubator of IIB Darmajaya with also involving entrepreneur lecturers. Its hoped with the success of this Entrepreneurship Development Program, it will become an example for other universities that want to develop an information technological based creative economy atmosphere effectively.
