Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of eligibility of the application of staffing information systems as a learning media for automation of staffing governance in the Vocational. This research method uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques are done using a questionnaire and analysis of needs using quantitative data analysis. Based on the results of the feasibility test on the application of the staffing information system as a learning media for automation of the governance of staffing above it was concluded that the application of the staffing information system can be categorized as very suitable for use in the learning process in the Vocational School in the Field of Automation and Office Management. Based on the results of the assessment of material experts, validation of media experts, expert practitioners and materials that show the results of the assessment of 89.2% of material experts; 95% assessment of media experts; 90% of expert practitioners, so the application is very feasible to use in the learning process.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and technological advances, global economic integration has an impact on Indonesia's taxation sector. Writing this journal discusses the role of AEoI in disclosing tax information to increase tax revenue in Indonesia. The research objective is to study and analyze the role of the AEoI in increasing state revenue from the tax sector in Indonesia. Research using literature studies, based on the data obtained and studied, it can be seen through the AEoI that information disclosure occurs which can increase tax revenue. The convenience provided by technology has a positive impact on taxpayers, but it cannot be denied that there are negative taxpayer practices such as tax avoidance and tax evasion which can lead to a decrease in potential tax revenue. Tax avoidance and evasion practices involve tax haven countries which make it difficult to eradicate domestic institutions. Cooperation between countries in the field of taxation is needed to overcome tax avoidance and evasion practices through the OECD program related to transparency and automatic disclosure of information, namely the Automatic Exchange of Information (AEoI). One form of Indonesia's commitment in implementing AEoI is to issue PERPPU No. 1 of 2017 concerning Access to Financial Information for Taxation Purposes. The application of AEoI in Indonesia can strengthen the tax base so that state revenue from the tax sector becomes more optimal.

Abstract

Artikel ilmiah ini berisi tentang penelitian kualitas pelayanan di Posyandu Bougenville Desa Sukorejo, Kecamatan Widodaren, Kabupaten Ngawi, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran kualitas pelayanan di Posyandu Bougenville. Posyandu merupakan suatu wadah pemeliharaan kesehatan yang dilakukan dari, oleh dan untuk masyarakat yang dipandu oleh petugas kesehatan setempat dan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dengan cara observasi secara langsung dan wawancara kepada kader Posyandu dan masyarakat khususnya ibu-ibu yang setiap bulannya mendatangi Posyandu Bougenville Desa Sukorejo, Kecamatan Widodaren, Kabupaten Ngawi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan kesehatan di Posyandu Bougenville Desa Sukorejo, Kecamatan Widodaren, Kabupaten Ngawi sudah cukup baik. Akan tetapi, untuk lebih mengoptimalkan pelayanan yang sudah baik tersebut maka perlu adanya dukungan dari banyak pihak, salah satunya adalah dukungan dari pemerintah sebagai institusi tertinggi baik secara finansial, sarana dan prasarana, serta pembinaan kader.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) find out how financial administration is managed in the batik industry in Kampoeng Batik Laweyan, (2) find out the obstacles and constraints in managing financial administration in the batik industry in Kampoeng Batik Laweyan, and (3) find out solutions to the obstacles and obstacles in financial administration management in the batik industry in Kampoeng Batik Laweyan. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data sources for this research include informants (batik industry players in Kampoeng Batik Laweyan), and documents (archives and others). The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The validity testing technique used is source triangulation and method triangulation. Data analysis using interactive data reduction techniques. The results of this research were as followed. First, financial administration management in the batik industry in Kampoeng Batik Laweyan was good but there needed to be improvement in several aspects so that it could be even better. Financial planning had been implemented quite well, then financial recording had been implemented very well, then reporting had also been implemented well and the control section needed to be improved further so that financial administration became better and more optimal. Second, the obstacles that exist in managing financial administration in the batik industry in Kampoeng Batik Laweyan were the lack or low level of knowledge of the owners or financial administrators of the batik industry regarding financial administration management. Apart from that, there were still some owners or financial managers in the batik industry who had little or no awareness regarding the importance of managing financial administration. Another obstacle was that recording and reporting in financial administration management was recorded conventionally or manually. Third, the solution to overcome the obstacles that occurred in managing financial administration in the batik industry in Kampoeng Batik Laweyan was the relevant agencies or forums could provide training or outreach regarding complete financial administration managemen. Recruiting human resources or employees who were experts in the financial sector could also be a solution to overcome obstacles in managing financial administration.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) analyze the efficiency of office layout in the Administration department at SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta, (2) identify obstacles that hinder the achievement of office space efficiency, and (3) provide recommendations for rearrangement to improve the efficiency and productivity of employee work in the Administration office of SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta. This research used descriptive qualitative method with direct observation approach, interviews with related parties, and documentation data collection. The research subjects consisted of the head of administration, administrative staff, and several users of office facilities at SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta. The results showed that: (1) the office layout in the Administration department is not fully efficient, with many documents piled up on the work table, less than optimal work flow, and furniture placement that does not support productivity; (2) the obstacles faced include the less strategic placement of file cabinets and filing cabinets, inadequate air ventilation and lighting, and table arrangements that do not support effective workflow; (3) To overcome these obstacles, it is necessary to rearrange office furniture to better support accessibility, add storage facilities to reduce the accumulation of documents on employee desks, and increase ventilation and lighting to create a more comfortable work environment and support employee work efficiency.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) ada tidaknya pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan bagian produksi di Perusahaan Rokok Hendra Jaya Kudus; (2) ada tidaknya pengaruh pemberian kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan bagian produksi di Perusahaan Rokok Hendra Jaya Kudus; (3) ada tidaknya pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan pemberian kompensasi secara bersama-sama terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan bagian produksi di Perusahaan Rokok Hendra Jaya Kudus. Penelitian ini digunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian produksi di Perusahaan Rokok Hendra Jaya Kudus. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 115 orang karyawan bagian produksi di Perusahaan Rokok Hendra Jaya Kudus. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan proporsional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan angket (kuesioner) yang sebelumnya telah diuji coba (try out) dan diuji validitas serta uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan bagian produksi di Perusahaan Rokok Hendra Jaya Kudus (t hitung = 2,039, sign < 0,05); (2) Pemberian kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan bagian produksi di Perusahaan Rokok Hendra Jaya Kudus (t hitung = 2,174, sign < 0,05); (3) lingkungan kerja fisik dan pemberian kompensasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan bagian produksi di Perusahaan Rokok Hendra Jaya Kudus (F hitung = 5,529, sign < 0,05).
