Abstract

The development of information technology is currently progressing quite rapidly, one implementation of this progress is the creation of web pages or what is known as the web. The web makes it easier for people to disseminate information so that it has an impact on people's activities in meeting their needs for information, including information about study programs (prodi). The Information Systems and Technology Education Study Program is one of the study programs at the Indonesian University of Education, Purwakarta regional campus, which currently cannot publish good information related to the study program itself. Therefore, an information media is needed to be able to publish information as a whole to the wider community. The method used in development is the waterfall method, and the technology used during development includes PHP Laravel, MySQL, PhpMyAdmin, Apache Server, and Visual Studio Code. The results of this research are in the form of a web-based information system that can better present information related to Education Systems and Information Technology study programs..

Abstract

The utilization of financial information systems in companies has become part of the application of information technology, but there are challenges in the complexity and risk of its implementation. This study uses a qualitative and quantitative approach with the information technology audit method and the COBIT 5 framework. The research objectives analyzed the Maturity Level in the EDM, APO, BAI, and DSS domains using the COBIT 5 framework. The results showed a GAP between Current Maturity and Expected Maturity in each domain. The EDM domain has an average Current Maturity of 3.80, at the Manage and Measurable level, with the highest GAP in IT utilization. The APO domain has an average Current Maturity of 4.00, also at the Manage and Measurable level, with the highest GAP in portfolio management and IT quality services. The BAI domain has an average Current Maturity of 3.96, at the Manage and Measurable level, with the highest GAP in managing IT service availability and capacity. The DSS domain has an average Current Maturity of 4.40, at the Manage and Measurable level, with the highest GAP in the implementation of IT operating procedures. The research conclusions highlight areas of improvement involving information system management, information system portfolio management, and the effectiveness of operating financial reporting information system utilization procedures to improve maturity levels and optimize the utilization of the company's financial information systems.

Abstract

In the midst of a disaster such as an earthquake, one of the most important things is the dissemination of the right information. Searching for the right information can affect the safety of one's life. Therefore, studies related to information seeking behavior during disasters can illustrate how a person searches for information in response to circumstances during a disaster. This study aims to determine how much the level of conformity of information seeking behavior carried out by victims of the Cianjur earthquake disaster with the disaster information seeking behavior model. This research uses quantitative methods with a case study approach in the Cianjur area. The population in this study were earthquake victims in Cianjur with productive age (15-57 years). The sample used was 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The hypothesis in this study is the level of information seeking behavior of earthquake victims in Cianjur in accordance with the disaster information seeking behavior model. The results of the study obtained a score on the first warning dimension of 2.39. The dimension of recipient characteristics amounted to 2.83 and message characteristics amounted to 3.59. The information source horizon dimension was 3.03 and the feedback dimension was 3.36. Based on these results, an average score of 3.04 was obtained. The score is in the interval 2.51 - 3.25, which indicates that the information seeking behavior of earthquake victims in Cianjur is at the "appropriate" level with the disaster information seeking behavior model.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of information quality on Supply Chain Management (SCM) performance among Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in Pekanbaru City, utilizing information sharing as a mediator. The study employed institutional theory to elucidate the interactions between the variables, explaining how external factors such as social and cultural norms influence information-sharing practices among business actors and the role of legitimacy in promoting these practices. Focusing on SMEs that have implemented systems in their business management, the research utilized the Krejcie and Morgan table for sampling, engaging 177 SMEs willing to participate. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method through SEM-PLS software. The findings indicated that information quality significantly influenced SCM performance directly and influenced information-sharing practices. Importantly, the study revealed that Information Quality indirectly affected SCM performance through information sharing, which acts as a mediating variable. This research offers practical benefits to SME owners in Pekanbaru by enhancing SCM performance through improved information quality. It contributes academically as a reference to the impact of information quality on SCM with information sharing as a mediator.
