Abstract

This study is aimed at revealing the functions of human resource management in MAN  Yogyakarta III (State Islamic Senior High School) that includes human resource planning, recruitment, selection and placement, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation,   health program,  teacher  and employee relation  and the effectiveness of  human resource  management.This study is a qualitative research. The subjects of this study are the principal, teachers, employees and students of MAN Yogyakarta III. The data were collected through participant observation, semi-structured interview and documentation. The technique employed to measure the data validity was triangulation. The research instrument was the researcher herself. The data were analyzed using interactive model consisting of three phases:  data reduction, data display, and verification.The findings show that MAN Yogyakarta III (1) arranges  human resource  planning based on the vision, however, it is not effective because madrasah has no right to plan; (2) recruits competent teachers and employees effectively through  news paper; (3) sets four types of effective selection: administration selection, academic selection, interview and micro teaching and positions the teachers and employees based on their academic qualification and competences; (4) implements effective   training  and  development  programs   in  accordance  with  the  teachers` and employees` needs such as sharing ideas and knowledge, comparative study, internal presentation,  evaluation and coordination; (5) appraises performance by checking the administration of teaching and supervision but the  implementation of performance appraisal is not effective. (6) gives the effective compensation for the teachers and employees  in accordance with their   status; (7) undertakes effective health programs by creating clean and healthy school  environment; (9) organizes some programs to establish  effective relationship between the teachers and  employees.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically pirove the influence of the quality of human resources, the implementation of regional management information systems (SIMDA) and the application of government accounting standards to the quality of local government financial reports. This research is causative research. The population in this study was 39 Regional Organizations (OPD) of West Sumatra Province. The sample in this study used the Total Sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire consisting of 3 respondents in each OPD so that the questionnaire distributed was 117 questionaires. The analytical method used is Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS version 20.00. The results showed: the quality of human resources, implementation of regional management information systems and the application of government accounting standards have a positive effect on the quality of local government financial reports.

Abstract

Indonesia is predicted to experience a demographic bonus between 2015 and 2035. With the abundance of productive human resources, Islamic education institutions must be ready to manage their human resources with the right strategy to implement. Management of human resources from Al-Quran's perspective is the right choice in an Islamic educational institution, and this management has been implemented in integrated Islamic schools. In this research, a case study will be taken at SDIT Insan Cendekia Boyolali, which is considered useful in implementing human resource management. The implementation carried out by SDIT Insan Cendekia Boyolali starts from four management components: 1) Planning, 2) Organizing, 3) Controlling, 4) Actuating has implemented Al-Qur'an perspective management. Likewise, in the implementation of the principles of human resource management, namely: 1) The principle of monotheism, 2) The principle of justice and welfare, 3) The principle of deliberation, 4) The principles of efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity, 5) The principles of discipline, integrity, and loyalty, 6) The principle of division of authority and responsibility, 7) The Ukhuwah Principle. There are still some deficiencies in the implementation, but educators can already felt the results.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dukungan manajemen puncak, dukungan legislatif, sumber daya manusia (SDM), terhadap implementasi sistem informasi perencanaan pada pemerintah Provinsi Riau dengan ketersediaan anggaran sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh organisasi perangkat daerah (OPD) yang berada di Provinsi Riau. Responden penelitian ini adalah fungsi perencanaan di masing-masing perangkat daerah pada OPD yang berada di Kota Pekanbaru. Berdasarkan pendekatan sampling jenuh, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 144 responden. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan SmartPLS versi 3.2.1.m3. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terbukti bahwa dukungan manajemen puncak, dukungan legislatif dan sumber daya manusia (SDM) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap implementasi sistem informasi perencanaan melalui ketersediaan anggaran sebagai intervening pada pemerintah Provinsi Riau.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia yang baik dan berkualitas akan memberikan perubahan yang positif terhadap perkembangan pendidikan. Untuk itu diperlukan penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam mengelola perguruan tinggi agar dapat mengembangan dosen menjadi tenaga pendidik yang professional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia di PTKI Provinsi Banten dalam upaya meningkatan profesional dosen dan untuk mengetahui strategi yang digunakan pengimplementasian manajemen sumber daya manusia di PTKI Provinsi Banten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia di PTKI Banten secara umum dilakukan menurut prinsip-prinsip manajemen dan fungsi-fungsi manajemen SDM. Pelatihan dan pengembangan tenaga dosen dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk membekali kemampuan pengembangan akademik yang diharapkan bermanfaat sesuai posisinya yang akan dilakukan secara terus menerus melalui berbagai bentuk kegiatan pelatihan, pendidikan, dan pengembangan keilmuan. Pengembangan karir lebih diorientasikan pada pemenuhan kualitas kerja dosen yang memiliki kualitas kerja yang lebih baik. Di samping itu kompetensi pengembangan karir juga dilihat dari komitmen tenaga dosen dalam melaksanakan tugas dan kewajiban. Dalam hal ini adanya kinerja yang sungguh-sungguh, kekompakan, performen yang menarik dan sikap saling menghormati antara individu satu dengan lainya menjadi tolak ukur dari pengembangan karir. Kemudian upaya MSDM dalam Meningkatkan profesionalitas dosen dilakukan dengan mengembangkan pola dalam jabatan dan pengembangan pola luar jabatan. Pengembangan pola dalam jabatan dilakukan dengan memberikan penjelasan dan motivasi. Adapun pengembangan dalam pola luar jabatan adalah dengan dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pembinaan dan melanjutkan jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi. Permasalahan yang melingkupi peningkatan kualitas tenaga dosen adalah pada persoalan perencanaan strategis, kepemimpinan, peran seta tenaga dosen, penghargaan kinerja, dan pengaruh birokrasi pemerintah. Kemudian juga kekurang aktifan tenaga dosen secara umum disebabkan karena kesibukan lain di luar kampus. Minimnya motivasi dalam pengembangan karir keilmuan disebabkan adanya persepsi yang penting sudah 'melaksanakan tugas mengajar'. Sementara dalam hal pengembangan keilmuan masih jauh dari harapan. Misalnya dalam berkontribusi di penulisan jurnal masing-masing Jurusan dan antar Jurusan masih minim sekali diminati oleh tenaga dosen.

Abstract

The purpose of conducting the research is to explain the implementation of the Personnel Management Information System at the Buru Selatan Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM), to analyze the driving and inhibiting factors, and to explain the steps that need to be taken in optimizing the implementation of the Human Resource Management Information System ( BKPSDM) South Buru Regency. This  study  uses  a  quantitative  and  qualitative  Monovariate  Mix  Method  approach, because it sees a fairly complex problem and the goal to be achieved is an in -depth and comprehensive understanding of the Implementation of Personnel Management Information Systems. The results showed that the Communication Indicators in the Implementation of the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) between the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of South Buru Regency and other OPD Bodies have so far been in a position of very poor quality, bureaucratic structure in the Implementation of Management Information Systems. Staffing (SIMPEG) between the South Buru District Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency and other OPD agencies and agencies have so far been in a position of poor quality, indicators of resource utilization and utilization in the Implementation of Personnel Management Information Systems (SIMPEG) between the Personnel Agency and Development of Human Resources in South Buru Regency with other OPD Offices and Bodies has so far been in a position of poor quality and the Disposition factor in the Implementation of the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) at the Personnel Agency   and Human Resource Development in Buru Selatan Regency with other OPD offices and agencies so far are in a position of poor quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide an overview of the implementation, forms of implementation and problems encountered in implementing diversity management in relation to human resource management (HRM) practices at SWCU. This qualitative research conducted through case studies. Key persons in this study were four university leaders and one staff member. Data obtained through in-depth interview process and then analyzed in three descriptive techniques. The results showed that the practice of implementing HR management diversity management was carried out well based on performance, fair and there was no discrimination. The implementation problems encountered at SWCU are divided into two parts, namely practice inside and outside the HRM. Practical problems in HRM occur at the training and promotion stages; and, problems that occur outside the HRM practice such as communication problems and different perspectives.

Abstract

Denpasar City Government has established Sewakadharma as the work culture of the entire apparatus by adopting Hindu religious values and Balinese culture, namely sudharma, sudira, susatya, subrata, and susila. Human resource management plays an important role in the implementation of the Sewakadharma work culture in the Denpasar City Government. Through a qualitative study that is based on content analysis of Denpasar Mayor Regulation Number 38 of 2018, the role of human resource management is to encourage the creation of Sang Sewakadharma, which is an apparatus capable of implementing the values of the Sewakadharma work culture. Human resource management includes aspects of policy influence, the flow of apparatus utilization, reward systems, and work systems in realizing Sang Sewakadharma.

Abstract

This study tries to analyze the implementation of Human Resources (HR) management in MTs. Manbaul Huda Bandung City in improving the quality of education. This study uses qualitative methods, namely research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior. The result of this research is that the implementation of human resource management in MTs. Manba'ul Huda Kota Bandung, among others: 1) Employee planning, 2) Employee procurement, 3) Employee guidance and development, 3) Promotion and transfer, 4) Employee dismissal, 5) Compensation and rewards. Related to efforts to improve the quality of education of school principals, the provision of awards in the form of free Umrah rewards and punishments in the form of transfer of positions or layoffs, the provision of rewards and punishments has a considerable influence on the work motivation of educators and educational staff so that it can improve the quality of education in these madrasas. The suggestions from the results of this study include: first, a strong figure of the head of the madrasah so that it is always maintained. Second, giving rewards and punishments in motivating the performance of educators and education personnel, is expected to continue to be carried out and even increase both in material and non-material characteristics.

Abstract

Human resource management is a tremendous force that can be extracted and developed for church growth, both in quality and quantity. This research was conducted to determine the tendency of human resource management implementation and the most dominant dimension based on the book of Nehemia chapter 1-13 among pastors of the Gereja Bethel Injil Sepenuh (Full Gospel Bethel Church) in Surakarta. This research uses quantitative research methods with data analysis obtained from the study of the book of Nehemiah chapter 1-13 and other literature sources, carried out by measuring the application of the theory that has been obtained in the field by collecting data that is processed descriptively quantitatively. Data were obtained from 50 respondents, namely pastors from the Gereja Bethel Injil Sepenuh in Surakarta. The results obtained are the tendency of implementing human resource management based on the book of Nehemiah chapter 1-13 among the pastors of the Gereja Bethel Injil Sepenuh in Surakarta on moderate criteria. The dominant dimension in the implementation of human resource management based on the book of Nehemiah chapters 1-13 among pastors of the Gereja Bethel Injil Sepenuh in Surakarta is human resource management planning.Manajemen sumber daya manusia merupakan kekuatan yang luar biasa  yang bisa digali dan dikembangkan bagi pertumbuhan gereja, baik itu secara kualitas maupun secara kuantitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kecenderungan implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia dan dimensi yang paling dominan berdasarkan kitab Nehemia pasal 1-13 di kalangan gembala sidang Gereja Bethel Injil Sepenuh Se-Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis data yang diperoleh dari studi Alkitab Nehemia pasal 1-13 dan sumber literatur pustaka lainnya, dilakukan dengan mengukur penerapan teori yang sudah diperoleh tersebut di lapangan dengan mengumpulkan data yang diolah secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dari 50 responden, yaitu gembala sidang yang berasal dari Gereja Bethel Injil Sepenuh se-Surakarta. Adapun hasil yang didapat adalah kecenderungan implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia berdasarkan kitab Nehemia pasal 1-13 di kalangan gembala sidang Gereja Bethel Injil Sepenuh Se-Surakarta pada kriteria sedang. Dimensi  yang dominan dalam implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia berdasarkan kitab Nehemia pasal 1-13 di kalangan gembala sidang Gereja Bethel Injil Sepenuh se-Surakarta adalah perencanaan manajemen sumber daya manusia.
