Abstract

This research proposes a development model that explains productivity performance impacts of IS at the individual level. This research aims to test productivity performace’s model by adding new constructs such as self-efficacy, trust, system quality and information quality as well as analyze the causality impact among variabels of productivity performance’s model in PT Pindo Deli Paper Products. The sample used were 265 respondent. The results show that all variabels in this research have significant impact to productivity performance. This development model can gain a fuller understanding of IS-productivity performance impact not only by using the IS and nature of IS use but also by including self-efficacy, trust, system quality and information quality. The theoritical contribution of this research lies in the development of a model for productivity performance impact of IS that have significantly higher explanatory power than the existing models.

Abstract

A complexity growing enterprise make the management in a bigger demanding to the IS function. They need access to the data anytime and anywhere easily, accurately and consistently in all departments. IS is encouraged to get the changes of business condition faster, and can act the data sharing within every department.The problem in using the support from IT, the investment for the IT and Information System (IS) are often in a wrong direction and decreasing of the strategy in IT and IS are often different from the enterprise business strategy. It is happened because the development of the IS, done without making the enterprise blue print first as the foundation for the development of the IS. So with the complexity of the enterprise development forces the enterprise to make continue customization to the building IS which of course need much financial support. IS duplication, no IS integration among them, and the difference platform among every IS; also become the failure factor an enterprise to get the optimal benefit from the using of IT and IS. Because of that, a blue print from the enterprise becomes something very important to be built as a foundation of the using IT and IS. The development architecture can be done in the beginning enterprise was shaped or even in the time where the enterprise is being run. Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) is a modern approach to do the planning for the data quality to achieve the IS mission. EAP is also a process of definition of some architecture such as data architecture, application architecture in using the information to support the business. The blue print, resulted together with EAP then can be used as the foundation in the IS development, by this we hope the IS which has been build can be adjusted with business strategy from the office of PPTSP so that the mission can be achieved from this publik services.

Abstract

High variation in the types of toy produced in a multinational toy manufacturing company results in excessive variation in the types of soft good fabricated. A real-time and precise information flow from the release of the bill of materials (BOM) to the execution in the production floor is crucial in ensuring the smooth soft good mass production flow. On time production process of nondurable goods or so-called soft goods requires real time information of the progress update during the production of dolls costumes. The research is conducted to determine the most effective information system tool in catching delay and its cause of lateness in costume development process. The tool allows control of production system primarily in the input and process area and utilizes the earliest due date (EDD) sequencing method to minimize the maximum delay in the information transfer. Upon implementation, accurate and according-to-the-needs information is retrieved in real time which increases the efficiency of production process of the soft goods significantly.

Abstract

The aim in this research are to analyze and explain the influence of information and system quality on BRINETS user satisfaction partially and simultaneously in Bank Rakyat Indonesia Malang. Research that is used to test the hypothesis is explanatory research that performed using quantitative method. Data collection is conducted using questionnaire, interview and documentation techniques. Variable that used in this research are Information Quality, System Quality and User Satisfaction. Data analysis is conducted using Descriptive and Inferencial Statistic Methods including Multiple Regression Analysis. The result are that information quality has significant impact with user satisfaction. System Quality has significant impact with user satisfaction. Information quality and system quality has significant impact with user satisfaction.However, the user satisfaction that employees felt not too big because some of them found that BRINETS still not good. This is because many obstacles that occur in BRINETS. Generally, system and information quality of BRINETS is good enough but, some employees believe that it is not good even worse.   Keywords: web based information system, information quality, system quality, user satisfaction, BRINETS (BRI Integrated Network and Information System).

Abstract

Abstrak: Peran Information Conciousness dan Nutrient Information dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Individual. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor information consciousness dan nutrient information yang memengaruhi kinerja individual pegawai, kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi bagi karyawan bagian keuangan di Universitas Brawijaya. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Square untuk menguji model struktural, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa information consciousness dan nutrient information berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kepuasan kerja sepenuhnya memediasi variabel information consciousness dan nutrient information terhadap kinerja pegawai. Lebih lanjut, kedua variabel tersebut merupakan faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja pegawai bidang keuangan sebagai pekerja yang mengedepankan aspek intelektual. Abstract: The Role of Information consciousness and Nutrient Information in Developing Individual Performance. The objective of this research is to analyze nutrient information and information consciousness as factors that influence employee’s performance and job satisfication as intervening variable for finance employee in Brawijaya University. By employing Partial Least Square technique, it was indicated that nutrient information and information consciousness have positive effect to job satisfication, while job satisfication can also fully mediate nutrient information and information consciousness to employee’s performance. This research also indicated that information consciousness and nutrient information are factors that influence finance employee’s performance through intelectual emphasis.

Abstract

The success of implementation of information system in an organization will supportthe organization in the process of achieving goals. Successful information system will support theorganization's day-to-day operations, so that problem can be resolved more quickly and easily. Theinformation system which has been developed and implemented is also necessary to measure thematurity level. Therefore, it can determine whether the implementation of information systemsmade in accordance with the goals of the organization. Measuring the success of informationsystems used the DeLone and McLean IS success model. To measure the maturity level ofinformation systems used COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and related Technology)frameworks that provides best practices for IT governance and control. The results of this analysiswill assist and support the IT team in order to develop and build information systems that better fitthe needs and goals of the organization.

Abstract

Abstract: The research is a classroom research that was conducted based on the problem occurred at the eighth grade students of SMP 34 Pekanbaru at studying the improvement on the ability of the eighth grade students of SMP 34 Pekanbaru in speaking in making information questions. Besides, knowledge in making information questions is mostly improved after being taught by information gap activity method. The participants were 34 students from VIII 2 of SMP 34 Pekanbaru. This research was conducted in two cycles. The data collection technique was obtained through (1) observation sheet which was applied to know the students and teacher performance during the teaching and learning process, (2) test was done to measure students’ achievement, and (3) field note was obtain information about teacher, the students activities and performance in the teaching and learning process during the implementation of picture series. The research finding can briefly explain as follow: first the student’s students speaking ability could be improved by using information gap activity method. Before the research was done, the average score of students was only 35.92 in pretest. After the research was done for cycle 1, it improved to77.19. Then, In cycle 2 increased up to 85.5. The observation sheet and field note result showed that the used of information gap activity make the teaching process more effective and it also helped students’ improve their speaking ability and more active in learning process. This improvement happened because this information gap activity method is appropriate to be applied to the class.Keyword: information gap activity, information questions, students’ speaking ability

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan variabel kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan dan penggunaan teknologi informasi berbasis web. mengetahui dan menjelaskan hubungan variabel kualitas sistem dengan penggunaan teknologi informasi berbasis web, mengetahui dan menjelaskan hubungan variabel kualitas informasi dengan penggunaan teknologi informasi berbasis web, mengetahui dan menjelaskan hubungan variabel kualitas layanan dengan penggunaan teknologi informasi berbasis web , penelitian dilakukan di ongisnade.co.id. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian penjelasan dengan kuantitatif untuk menguji hipotesis, studi menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi yang kuat antara variabel kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan dan menggunakan teknologi informasi. Jadi hubungan dengan penggunaan variabel dengan pengguna teknologi sistem informasi akan memiliki hubungan yang kuat kesimpulan an menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan kualitas pelayanan telah mampu memenuhi penggunaan teknologi informasi berbasis web pada ongisnade.co .id. Kata kunci: kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan dan penggunaan informasi sistem berbasis web ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to explain the variable system quality, the information quality, service quality and use with web-based information technology.  Know and explain the relationship system quality variable with the use of web-based information technology, Know and explain the relationship information quality variable with the use of web-based information technology, Know and explain the relationship service quality variable with the use of web-based information technology, the research was conducted in ongisnade.co.id. Abstract

STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta yang dalam proses pengelolaan dan  penyampaian informasi telah menerapan teknologi informasi. Proses pelayanan suatu perguruan tinggi dipandang sebagai suatu solusi yang nantinya dapat meningkatkan kemampuan perusahaan di dalam pelayanan. Hal ini menyebabkan pentingnya peningkatan peran teknologi informasi agar selaras dengan  investasi baik hardware dan software yang dikeluarkan, sehingga dibutuhkan perencanaan yang optimal.IT Service Management (ITSM) digunakan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan teknologi informasi kepada pengguna yang terdapat dalam framework Information Technology Infrastructure Library.Diharapkan dengan penerapan ITSM pengelolaan layanan TI menjadi lebih baik serta mampu menyelesaikan beberapa permasalahan yang ada pada organisasiyang sedang berjalan dengan menggunakan COBIT 4.1. ITSM menghasilkan perancangan pada masing-masing prosesnya dari 2 domain pembangun ITSM yaitu domain service support dan service delivery.
