Abstract

A complexity growing enterprise make the management in a bigger demanding to the IS function. They need access to the data anytime and anywhere easily, accurately and consistently in all departments. IS is encouraged to get the changes of business condition faster, and can act the data sharing within every department.The problem in using the support from IT, the investment for the IT and Information System (IS) are often in a wrong direction and decreasing of the strategy in IT and IS are often different from the enterprise business strategy. It is happened because the development of the IS, done without making the enterprise blue print first as the foundation for the development of the IS. So with the complexity of the enterprise development forces the enterprise to make continue customization to the building IS which of course need much financial support. IS duplication, no IS integration among them, and the difference platform among every IS; also become the failure factor an enterprise to get the optimal benefit from the using of IT and IS. Because of that, a blue print from the enterprise becomes something very important to be built as a foundation of the using IT and IS. The development architecture can be done in the beginning enterprise was shaped or even in the time where the enterprise is being run. Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) is a modern approach to do the planning for the data quality to achieve the IS mission. EAP is also a process of definition of some architecture such as data architecture, application architecture in using the information to support the business. The blue print, resulted together with EAP then can be used as the foundation in the IS development, by this we hope the IS which has been build can be adjusted with business strategy from the office of PPTSP so that the mission can be achieved from this publik services.

Abstract

Pemodelan bisnis dibuat untuk menyediakan suatu dasar pengetahuan yang lengkap, menyeluruh, dankonsisten yang dapat digunakan untuk menetapkan rencana arsitektur dan implementasinya. Pemodelan bisnisakan dilaksanakan dalam 2 (dua) tahap yaitu persiapan pembuatan model bisnis dan pembuatan model bisnisyang lengkap. Pada tahap persiapan pembuatan model bisnis dilakukan identifikasi terhadap fungsi-fungsiyang ada, membuat suatu deskripsi ringkas dari masing-masing fungsi dan mengidentifikasikan unit organisasiyang melaksanakan fungsi tersebut. Suatu model bisnis akan menentukan fungsi bisnis dari suatu organisasi.Model bisnis akan menjawab pertanyaan mengenai apa yang dilakukan oleh enterprise. Suatu fungsidinyatakan sebagai suatu kesatuan aksi yang dilakukan untuk memproduksi suatu hasil dalam mendukungtujuan-tujuan bisnis. Model bisnis yang telah ditetapkan akan terus dievaluasi selama enterprise berjalan.Model bisnis akan tetap sama walaupun terjadi perubahan selama enterprise berjalan, perubahan yang terjadiselama enterprise berjalan adalah perubahan terhadap fungsi bisnis yang detail tetapi secara kesuluruhanstruktur model bisnis secara esensial akan tetap sama. Informasi dari model bisnis adalah dasar bagi faseberikutnya dalam pembuatan EAP.

Abstract

Philosophy and science are two interrelated words, both substantially and historically because the birth of science does notescape the role of philosophy and vice versa, the development of science can strengthen the existence of philosophy.Computer Science as a science that learns both about computing, hardware (hardware) and software (software). ImageProcessing in the Industrial Era 4.0 becomes very important because the technology is continuously evolving which canprovide ease in classifying (Clasification). Dynamic Image Analysis is a dynamically classifying image by using the camera.The methods used are dynamic image analysis-fuzzy Neural Network (DIA-FNN) with weed detection and DHR-ARtiSt,according to camera speed level (FH/s) and particle density. The Data image of the result will be divided into 3 features suchas colour Fieatur, Morfhology feature, and Tecture feature. Results of each classsification analyzed through the FuzzyInference System to get conclusions and decisions on analysis in the form of classifications for coffee, the Fuzzy ControlSystem will soften the motor to place the coffee with the decision that the coffee is very good, good, and not good.

Abstract

Natural Language Processing (NLP) is part of artificial intelligence which focuses on natural language processing. That is the language commonly used by humans in communicating with each other. In writing, articles can also be applied. To find out the similarity of the contents of a scientific article to another will make it easier for readers to make selections and make it easier to collect similar documents. Likewise with differences in article content even though they use the same keywords. Measurements are made using the keywords contained in the abstract which consists of several words and the number of keywords. The method used is to use fuzzy string matching to get the number of keywords used in an article. Then the calculation will be done for each keyword used and will be sorted by priority according to the position of the keyword. The search will be carried out starting from the title, abstract, keywords, content, and references. The number of keywords found in each article is shared across all keywords found to generate a similarity percentage level. If the results found are the same in number from one article to another, it can even be categorized that the contents of the article have similar content. The testing process is carried out by counting the number of keywords in the source then comparing all the source keys to the destination articles in the database by searching and comparing each word.

Abstract

Database saat ini sudah sangat dikenal sebagai media penyimpanan data- data, baik yang bersifat publik maupun data-datayang bersifat personal. Banyaknya pengguna database, membuat data yang ada di dalam database itu sendiri dapat dengan mudah diakses oleh pengguna-pengguna yang tidak memiliki hak akses untuk itu. Demi menciptakan keamanan untuk datadata yang bersifat personal, DBMS menciptakan sebuah sistem keamanan tersendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmembangun sebuah aplikasi yang dapat menggantikan sistem keamanan dari DBMS itu sendiri terkhusus DBMS Mysql dengan menggunakan algoritma kriptografi Affine Cipher yang mudah dan cepat. Metodologi penelitian yang dilakukanmeliputi studi pustaka serta pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Studi pustaka dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data-data dari uraian-uraian teoritis, dan untuk mengimplementasikan rancangan digunakan pemrograman Java. Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan Aplikasi Enkripsi dan Dekripsi record- recordDBMS Mysql yang dapat memudahkan pengguna dalam mengamankan informasi-informasi yang ada di dalam databaseMysql dari pihak yang tidak diinginkan serta dapat mengembalikan database Mysql kembali ke dalam bentuk aslinya.

Abstract

Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) is an independent and neutral organization in Indonesia whose activities are in the social field of humanity. PMI Medan City is overwhelmed by managing data on blood receipts from various places, this causes delays in information that should be informed to the public, the delay in disseminating information about blood stocks can have an impact on the difficulty of getting information on certain types of blood needs. The blood supply in PMI will later be distributed to the hospital. Many hospitals often have difficulty getting information or lack of public knowledge about how to obtain information about the availability of blood stock at PMI. Therefore we need an information system that can provide information quickly, well and accurately. To overcome this, a system will be developed that uses the concept of Supply Chain Management to control the blood supply in PMI. This system can control the blood donation process both during donation, the donation process, and finally for whom the blood is donated so that the blood stock information process can be maintained and will not lack.

Abstract

The development of e-commerce at this time is increasingly rapidly marked by the increasing number of internet users in Indonesia. The conventional buying and selling process is still widely used in the era of increasingly rapid development of internet technology. However, the conventional buying and selling process is considered inefficient because it requires sellers and buyers to meet directly and also the sales coverage is felt to be less broad, so an efficient sales media is needed and has a broad coverage. So that these problems are not sustainable, an e-commerce website with a business to customer model will be built. The built e-commerce will provide a questionnaire page for customers which will later be implemented by the customer satisfaction index (CSI) method which produces a customer satisfaction index for the e-commerce that has been built. For software development, using PHP (Pear Hypertext Preprocessor) and HTML (HyperText Markup Language) as programming languages, MySQL as database server, Sublime Text 3 as programming support tools

Abstract

A healthy Internet is one of the basic needs of the use of digital technology in various fields, especially in the world of education. Since SMAN I is one of the service partners and is also very close to the center of agriculture and tourism, Community is carried out by the Information System Study Program, Universitas Methodist Indonesia as a form of implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. Its purpose and benefits are to share and contribute ideas and transfer knowledge and technology. This service activity was carried out for a day, with the material including explanations about Internet Sehat (Healthy Internet) and Internet Cakap. This topic is very much needed in the education community to be able to use the internet intelligently, creatively, and productively.

Abstract

Era Revolusi industri 4.0 saat ini muncul sektor ekonomi digital yang melengkapi sektor ekonomi konvensional (non - digital) yang telah ada sebelumnya. Ekonomi digital banyak diartikan sebagai kegiatan ekonomi yang menggunakan teknologi digital dimana transaksi dilaksanakan melalui internet. Layaknya kegiatan ekonomi pada umumnya yang sangat membutuhkan infrastruktur untuk tumbuh, berkembang dan maju. Kondisi masyarakat di daerah yang pada umumnya belum begitu familiar dengan internet sebagai salah satu pendukung kegitatan UMKM. Salah satu upaya meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat wilayah perbatasan adalah melalui pemberdayaan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Hadirnya teknologi informasi (TI) mengubah cara dalam bisnis dengan memberikan peluang dan tantangan baru bagi pengembangan UMKM. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan cara pemanfaatan TI dalam pengembangan UMKM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mix method yaitu pengumpulan data dan menganalisis data serta perpaduan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif melalui beberapa fase proses penelitian. Hasil pengabdian ini, secara umum dapat digambarkan bahwa penggunaan TI di kalangan pelaku UMKM di Lumban Pea Timur Kab. Toba Samosir dimana relatif masyarakat sudah baik dalam hal kemampuan para pelaku usaha mengoperasikan komputer maupun dalam hal mengakses internet. Dikarenakan pemanfaatan komputer dan internet untuk mendukung pengelolaan atau manajemen UMKM mereka pada umumnya relatif masih rendah. Hasil penelitian ini juga sangat jelas menggambarkan bahwa persoalan tingkat pendidikan pelaku UMKM sangat berkorelasi dengan kemampuan mereka memanfaatkan TI sebagai sarana pendukung pengelolaan UMKM.

Abstract

Pasar Induk Lauchi Medan merupakan pasar yang menjual sayuran dan buah-buahan secara grosir dan eceran untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat Medan dan sekitarnya. Pasar Induk Lauchi Medan masih melakukan kegiatan jual beli secara manual, dimana pembeli harus datang langsung ke Pasar Induk Lauchi Medan. Selain itu pencatatan data transaksi penjualan masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan dalam pembuatan laporan. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi, maka Pasar Induk Lauchi Medan ingin membangun sebuah aplikasi e-commerce yang dapat dengan mudah diakses oleh pembeli, sehingga menjadikan proses pemasaran dan transaksi lebih mudah dan fleksibel serta pembuatan laporan dapat lebih valid. Aplikasi e-commerce ini dapat membantu pembeli untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang barang yang ditawarkan di Pasar Induk Lauchi Medan, mempermudah pembeli dalam proses pemesanan suatu barang, dan dapat membantu meningkatkan pemasaran dan penjualan Pasar Induk Lauchi Medan
