This study aimed to examine the effects of the quality of human resources, the use of informationtechnology, internal control systems, and regional financial supervision simultaneously and partiallyon the value of financial reporting information for the regional government of Nagan Raya. Thepopulation in this study were 67 employees at the Regional Revenue and Financial Management Officeof Nagan Raya Regency. The data were collected from questionnaires, books and journal articles andanalyzed quantitatively using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the quality of humanresources, the utilization of information technology, internal control, and regional financial controlhad a significantly positive effect on the value of information on financial reporting of the regionalgovernment of Nagan Raya, simultaneously and partially.Keywords: The Quality of Human Resources, Information Technology, Internal Control, FinancialSupervision, Financial Reporting Information.

The development of the times from time to time increasingly influences the digital era in various parts of the world, because the development of this era requires an internet network. Users who need an internet network come from various groups, from students to workers. The increasing of internet network labor every year so that it can generate profits for internet service providers, one of which is PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk (Telkom). Users on the internet network provided by this company are people throughout Indonesia. Because of this, it is possible that there are encouraging suggestions or complaints from customers. In this study using responses from the public in the form of positive comments and negative comments. To find out whether these comments are positive or negative, you must carry out several stages of analysis to get the final result. The steps taken are pre-processing, Information Gain feature selection, term weighting and classification of the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm. This study uses 480 training data and 120 test data. This study obtained the highest accuracy value of 86.67%, with a precision of 94.44%, a recall of 81.73%, and f-measure of 91,30%.

Social Studies Education (PIPS) ULM Banjarmasin is one of the study programs under the auspices of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) ULM Banjarmasin. PIPS ULM Banjarmasin uses the website as a media delivery information. However, there are still problems found on the website based on the author's observation and interview that conducted to the users and stakeholders of the website such as unfamiliar category naming, grouping content that does not conform to its category, less-updated content and the uninteractive user interface of the website. Based on the problems found, those problems are categorized in the field of website's Information Architecture. To overcome those problems, evaluation and recommendation of solution design are needed. This research uses the Human-Centered Design (HCD) approach to produce an interactive design solution. Card sorting is used to help the compilation of the information content on the solution design based on user needs with the end result of Sitemap. In designing the solution design, guidelines are used to limit the scope of the problems so the problems that had been defined can be focused to be solved. The guidelines which are used came from usability guidelines, the supporting website and the consent of the stakeholders. Once the design of the solution is completed, the increased value of the aspect is achieved. The initial value of success rate aspect was 31.11% and has increased to 91.11%. The initial value of directness aspect was 14.45% and has increased to 60%. The initial value of time spent aspect was 44.37 s and has reduced to 13.49 s. The initial value of first click aspect was 21.11% and has increased to 76.67%. The initial value of destination aspect was 31.11% and has increased to 91.11%.

Perusahaan XYZ is part of the Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN). Perusahaan XYZ in managing its Information Tecnology is obliged to follow BUMN Ministerial Regulation number PER-03/MBU/02/2018. In response to these BUMN regulations, Perusahaan XYZ formed the 2018-2022 RITI. The plan explains that Perusahaan XYZ will prepare IT Governance Guidelines which contain SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and also Directors' Regulations in 2018/2019. The establishment of the IT SOP is based on the Software Development and Management domain on ITIL (Information Tecnology Infrastructure Library) framework. In compiling the SOP, the first will be an interview with the Departemen Pengembangan dan Pemeliharaan Sistem (PPS) as the role responsible for the Software Development and Software Management process. Then a GAP analysis will be conducted to see the gap between current conditions and ideal conditions in the company. From the results of the gap a suggestion will emerge to equalize it. This proposal will later be included in the activities compiled with the flowchart format in the SOP Draft produced later. The end result is an SOP design for the Software Development process which produces 6 activities and 16 sub-activities. It also produced an SOP for the Software Management process which resulted in 5 activities and 12 sub-activities.

ABSTRAK Remaja merupakan masa transisi dari anak-anak menuju dewasa. Pada saat ini usia remaja berpacaran terjadi di usia yang lebih muda, sementara mereka tidak memiliki keterampilan hidup yang memadai. Perilaku seksual berisiko diantara remaja disebabkan karena krisis identitas, kurangnya pengetahuan dan perhatian orang tua, pergaulan yang buruk serta informasi yang salah. Strategi untuk menghindari perilaku seksual berisiko pada remaja adalah dengan memberikan edukasi kesehatan. information, motivation behavior skill model menjelaskan bagaimana melakukan perilaku sehat melalui perbaikan informasi, motivasi dan keterampilan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan dengan pendekatan information, motivation behavior skill model terhadap pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan pencegahan perilaku seksual berisiko. Penelitian menggunakan quasi experiment dengan pre-post desain. Sampel sejumlah 37 orang remaja dengan usia 15-18 tahun. Data dianalisis menggunakan Paired T-test. Booklet pendidikan kesehatan dengan pendekatan Information, motivation behavior skill model digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian didapatkan banwa sebagian besar responden adalah remaja perempuan, sebagian besar responden memilki pacar, terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan yang signifikan sebelum dan setelah intervensi. Pendidikan kesehatan dengan pendekatan information, motivation behavior skill model berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan terhadap pencegahan perilaku seksual berisiko, sehingga dapat diberikan kepada remaja melalui kegiatan ekstrakulikuler untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan,sikap dan keterampilan mencegah perilaku seksual berisiko

Currently, the lecturer performance data based on IAPS 4.0 at Polman Babel are still not integrated yet and still collected in Microsoft Excel. This study aims to develop Lecturer Performance Information Systems Based on IAPS 4.0 that can assist the preparation and management of IAPS 4.0-based lecturer performance. This study follows the Systems Development Life Cycle includes planning and preparation, system analysis, system design, development, testing, and deployment. The system is developed using PHP programming language, MySql database, Codeigniter Framework, Bootstrap Framework for CSS, and the Guzzle library to create a REST Client that accesses the Google Scholar REST API. System testing in this study uses black-box testing to test system functionality. The functionality testing shows that the functionality of the system is 100% successful and accepted by stakeholders.

The purpose of this article is focusing attention on the relevant problematic issues that exist in the sphere of legal regulation of domestic area of high technologies, as well as finding ways of their effective solution. Noted that the legal regulation of objects and phenomena surrounding the domestic information technology (IT) sphere is quite weak and insufficient compared to other countries. Effectively functioning practices of legal regulation of the sphere of high technologies that exist in developed democracies are analyzed for their compliance with the realities of the domestic legal system. Considerable attention is paid to the characteristics of the current state of functioning of IT law and legislation in democracies. The initial successes that have already been achieved in Ukraine in relation to the IT sphere in the past were analyzed. The perspective directions of further development of IT law, as well as related domestic and international legislation, are considered. It is pointed out that the development of both the domestic high-tech industry and the functioning of IT law and legislation are inextricably linked with the democratization of the country. The methodological basis for writing the article was a set of general scientific and special methods and techniques of scientific knowledge.

Cosmetic products have different characteristics compared to other products. Recently, it is considered as primary needs rather than secondary which are always included in the monthly shopping list. Without leaving its identity, the company is based on multi-level marketing, which previously was a negative image. Oriflame required to satisfy customers so that they can get loyal customers. This research will analyse the influence of Sales Information System, IMC Strategy (Integrated Marketing Communications) and the Role of Brand Ambassadors on the loyalty of customers of Oriflame products in Indonesia. To obtain data for analysis, this research conducts the non-probability sampling method of purposive sampling, which is a method of determining respondents to be sampled. The population in this study are all customers of Oriflame products in Indonesia.
