Abstract

Data collection is the most important thing in selling goods. Accuracy and speed in the process of storing and searching data are very influential in determining company profits. This research provides an alternative in implementing the data collection process using barcodes and implemented on Android-based mobile devices. It is hoped that this research will provide results in accordance with the objectives, which are to facilitate and accelerate users in processing data in order to produce accurate and fast information.

Abstract

The background of this research is how to find out the variables that can affect a company, especially in the field of audit architects. With a company audit, the advantages and disadvantages of a company can be known. Therefore, knowing the variables that know the shortcomings of the company will be able to help add value to the company. The method used in this research is how to use the literature review method and survey method to 100 employees which was carried out randomly so that real data can be seen in the field. Therefore, this research method will be able to assist researchers in determining a clear research direction. The problem raised in this research is how to find out the relationship between e-commerce and accounting information systems to the audit needs of a company, with an audit, the direction and goals of the company can be known in the future. This study aims to find out the direction of the company's goals in order to be able to develop the company, especially in business development in the field of marketing in the field of commerce, by incorporating accounting information systems. Abstract

The background of this research is how to find the variables related to the accounting information system in a company, by knowing these variables, it can be seen which variables significantly affect the accounting information date variable. In this study, the method applied in this research is the literature review method and uses a survey tool to 100 employees at a company, with a survey conducted, it can be seen the data in the field, so that the data can be proven validly so that the data can be used now or in the future. The problem raised in this study is that there are three hypotheses, namely the first hypothesis is there a relationship between advanced technology and the effectiveness of the accounting information system, the second hypothesis is there a relationship between company management and the effectiveness of the accounting information system. The third hypothesis is there a relationship between managers' knowledge and the effectiveness of accounting information systems. The purpose of this study is how to find out the variables that are significantly involved in the effectiveness of the accounting information system variable which can be seen from the independent variables directed at this research. The independent variable is the sophistication of the company's management technology from the manager. Significant in influencing the effectiveness of the accounting information system

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to produce a management information system product and the Kendal Regency PBSI athlete database, test the effectiveness and analyze the acceptance of the Kendal Regency PBSI athlete management information system and database product so that the system product can play a role in the data input process and make it easier for users to find information. The research method used is development research. The development procedure used includes several stages, namely; 1) research and data collection; 2) product planning, and 3) product development. The instruments used in this development research are questionnaires, observations and interviews. The subjects and places of research are PBSI administrators, club administrators, coaches and athletes under the auspices of PBSI Kendal Regency. This research aims to produce a website-based product management information system and database of PBSI athletes in the Kendal Regency that can be accessed via computers and smartphones so that it can be accessed anytime and anywhere. Test the product's effectiveness on a small group scale with an overall score of "Good" at 71.11%. Test the effectiveness of large group products with an overall score of "Very Good" of 89.29%. Based on the results of this study, the conclusions obtained are to produce SIM products and athlete databases that are effective and efficient when used.

Abstract

This study focuses on the developed web-based information system which allows local government unit (LGU) in Samar Island and other agricultural sectors to have access to updated farmers’ information and the soil nutrient, soil fertility status, and the crop suitability of soil in the different municipalities of Samar. Geo-referenced agricultural map and management system can be an important tool for both operational and policy levels by accelerating the supply of up-to-date data, supporting the implementation of different types of projects targeting objectives such as municipal development, regional economic development, agricultural development, sustainable resource management, good governance, and many others. The management information system was developed using MySQL. The server-side language used in this study was PHP and the client-side language used was hypertext markup language (HTML). The map was created using Mapbox GL JS, then, geo-referenced map layers are saved to the local server as an array map for direct access via the front-end web application. With the use of the system, LGU in Samar Island and other agricultural sectors can implement project more efficiently because farmers’ information and the nutrient capacity of the soil is readily available.

Abstract

The fingerprint is certainly one of the distinguishing features of the human body that is easily available and identifies one individual from another. The fingerprint sensor increases this distinctiveness, which is a device that can automatically classify or identify a person. The fingerprint based medical system is a more efficient means of storing clinical data for patients. It makes take advantage of fingerprint recognition technology to quickly and easily for determine the patient's past medical history. The system consists of an Arduino UNO board, a fingerprint sensor, an secure digital (SD) card module, and a micro-SD card. The suggested technology allows the use of a micro-SD card to store patient information as well as send it by internet. When this system was compared to the manual technique, the results indicate that the main advantage is that the proposed device saves a significant amount of time that manual searching and enrolling requires. Patients' information is simply collected and managed with this system, which has enhanced dependability, durability, and efficiency. It provides improved speed and performance, as well as better data security because the data is stored within the device.

Abstract

The student attendance system is what is needed in the process of recording attendance in learning and the development of student achievement. Currently several modern educational institutions have implemented a student attendance system using QR codes or fingerprints, but many still use the traditional system by calculating the number of students attending class. Based on these problems, the solution that can be given is to implement a student attendance system through face matching in the Android mobile application with Eigenface algorithm and support vector machine (SVM) algorithm. Eigenface using the principal component analysis (PCA) method can be used to reduce the dimensions of facial images so that they produce fewer variables and are easier to handle. The results obtained are then entered into a pattern classifier to determine the identity of the owner of the face. This study used 100 facial data as test data and training data. The system test results show that the use of Eigenface with SVM as a classifier can provide a fairly high level of accuracy. For facial images that were included in the training, 91% of the identification was correct.

Abstract

Sistem pendataan warga di RT.002/007 Perumahan Sukaraya Indah Cikarang Utara pada saat ini masih dilakukan tanpa sistem informasi sehingga masih mengandalkan data manual berupa foto copy kartu keluarga saja. Hal ini menyulitkan pengurus RT untuk mengetahui data akurat warga seperti data jumlah kepala keluarga, jumlah balita, jumlah warga penghuni tetap dan mengontrak dan lainnya. Sistem informasi dibutuhkan agar seluruh data warga dapat direkap dengan baik dan tersimpan dalam sebuah database, sehingga apabila sewaktu-waktu dibutuhkan data seperti di atas bisa langsung secara otomatis dapat ditarik dan dicetak. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini melakukan observasi kebutuhan sistem informasi yang perlu dibuat dengan melakukan pendekatan metode Parallel Development dimana pada metodologi ini dilakukan desain umum dan implementasi secara berurutan untuk seluruh sistem dan kemudian proyek ini dibagi menjadi serangkaian subproyek yang berbeda yang dapat dirancang dan dilaksanakan secara paralel. Setelah semua subproyek sempurna, maka dilakukan integrasi akhir sehingga dilakukan delivery pada sistem. Target luaran berupa teknologi tepat guna yaitu aplikasi sistem online berbasis web untuk menyimpan seluruh data warga, dapat secara otomatis menarik data yang dibutuhkan pengurus RT setempat, serta dapat menyimpan data foto KK dan KTP warga. Subproyek dilakukan secara terpisah dengan membuat sistem secara modular yaitu modul data master yang sesuai data KK, modul data input warga, modul laporan sesuai kebutuhan pengurus RT, modul upload foto KK dan KTP warga serta modul grafik statistik. Pada penelitian pengabdian ini disarankan sistem dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut untuk sistem pembayaran uang kas RT terintegrasi yang memudahkan melakukan monitoring pembayaran uang kas warga.

Abstract

SMK Gandasari is one of the vocational high schools in Tangerang City. The purpose of the school authority is to improve student discipline related to increasing student discipline at school, namely by attendance in class or in attendance calls. Parents are still very concerned about the condition of the children at school, whether they really behave well or not, and parents cannot do direct monitoring but have to wait when the report cards are distributed. In monitoring violations, Gandasari Vocational School students still use paper media, namely by being recorded in a book, this makes information about student behavior slow to reach parents. To overcome this, a student monitoring information system is needed at the Gandasari Vocational School to communicate information to parents of students that are directly related to the condition of their students at school through computerized data processing using a web-based system. To analyze the problem data and the needs of a student monitoring information system using the waterfall method, with stages of needs analysis, design, code generation, system design with Unified Modeling Language (UML) Diagrams, programs and testing. The waterfall method has the main stages of the waterfall model that reflect basic development activities. There are 5 (five) stages in the Waterfall method, namely requirements analysis and definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, and operation and maintenance. The result of this research is a website for student violation information systems as a solution to existing problems

Abstract

The library is an important part of higher education, where the teaching and learning process does not escape from teaching materials and reference materials. Qamarul Huda Badaruddin University is one of the universities in NTB which has a library with a desktop-based library system. This has an impact on the management of libraries and users which in this case students become ineffective and inefficient. With a high need for libraries, library managers, namely librarians and students as users, need a web-based information system so that they can be used from anywhere and anytime, simply using a smartphone or computer. To answer the above problems, the authors design and build a web-based library information system at Qamarul Huda Badaruddin University using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The framework uses CodeIgniter which allows developers to create web applications with Rapid Application Development (RAD) development characteristics. The Qamarul Huda Badaruddin University Library Information System consists of 12 functional requirements, which cover all the requirements for the Qamarul Huda Badaruddin University library. Completion of each module also refers to all stages of the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and all of them can run well
