Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pentingnya sistem informasi rumah sakit itu sendiri telah diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 44 Tahun 2009 tentang Rumah Sakit yang menyatakan bahwa setiap rumah sakit wajib mencatat dan melaporkan segala kegiatan operasional rumah sakit dalam bentuk sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan, dari hasil survey penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan sistem pelaporan masih manual, manual dimaksud adalah dimana bentuk pelaporan ke dinas kesehatan belum digunakan sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung antara fasilitas dan kompetensi melalui motivasi kerja terhadap kualitas informasi. Metode: Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif berdasarkan desain cross sectional study dan pendekatan pada tingkat eksplanasi eksplanasi). Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Slovin. Penelitian ini meliputi prosedur pengisian angket dan observasi. Hasil : Hasil Uji pengaruh langsung antara fasilitas terhadap kualitas informasi memiliki nilai t hitung sebesar 2,352 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,022 > 0,05 maka fasilitas berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap kualitas informasi. Serta hasil pengujian pengaruh tidak langsung antara fasilitas dengan kualitas informasi melalui motivasi kerja memiliki nilai koefisien tidak langsung sebesar 0,0006 dan hasil perhitungan uji sobel mendapatkan nilai 0,093, karena nilai uji Sobel adalah 0,0937 < 2,001 maka membuktikan bahwa fasilitas berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kualitas informasi melalui motivasi kerja . Kesimpulan: Disarankan mengingat besarnya pengaruh fasilitas terhadap motivasi kerja, diharapkan fasilitas yang ada bila dapat ditingkatkan sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI No.1171 Tahun 2011 tentang SIRS.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to see if the Information Search strategy has a significant impact on students' reading comprehension of analytical exposition texts in eleventh grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Sorkam in the 2020/2021 Academic Year. This study employs an experimental approach with a pre-experimental research design, as well as a pretest-posttest design for one group. There are 187 students in the eleventh grade, therefore the population is made up entirely of them. Purposivesampling is the sampling technique utilized in this study, and the sample size is 31 students. The researcher collects data using an observation sheet for data on the implementation of the Information Search technique and a test for data on the students' reading comprehension of an analytical exposition text. The use of the Information Search approach yielded a score of 3.5, which is considered "very good." Before adopting the Information Search approach, the mean score of the students'reading comprehension of analytical exposition material. Before using the Information Search strategy, the students' reading comprehension of analytical exposition text had a mean score of 55, which was categorized as "Bad." Meanwhile, it was categorized as "Good" after using the Information Search strategy with a score of 70. The researcher uses the ttest formula to analyze the data using the statistical process. Based on the data that was analyzed, the data analysis revealed that ttest is superior to ttable (ttest9.02> ttable 2.04). As a result, the hypothesis has been accepted. It means that in the 2020/2021 Academic Year, there is a considerable influence of Information Search method on students' reading comprehension of analytical exposition text at SMA Negeri 1 Sorkam eleventh grade students.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is a factor in accelerating digital transformation in all aspects of community needs, especially in the parking area. Unmonitored and non-digitalized parking lots can cause delays that increase the transmission of Covid-19. In this study, a parking digitization system is created to make it easier for the public to know how dense is the area of ??the location to be visited, as well as a vacant area that can be occupied to park vehicles by users of the parking lot through a smartphone application. This study uses the Canny algorithm through an optical flow process captured by the IP Camera, next the data is processed and presented in the Android application. From the system that has been made, the system detects the presence of vehicles with an accuracy of above 95%.

Abstract

Contract farming is carried out to encourage the improvement of economic and social condition of farmer community so it can increase their income and achieve more equitable and sustainable development. The process of contract farming is affected by various factors, internal factors or external factors. This sudy aims to (i) describe contract farming between PT Bloom Agro and Bangkit Merbabu farmer group, (ii) describe the challenges and benefits of contract farming, and (iii) analyze the factors that effect the success of contract farming between PT Bloom Agro and Bangkit Merbabu farmer group. The research was conducted in Desa Batur, Kecamatan Getasan using the cencus method with the total population of 35 organic vegetable farmers in Bangkit Merbabu farmer group. The analysis method in this research was descriptive analysis and multiple linear regresion. The data analysis showed that the F test result of variable education, farming experience, production input, technological support and information transparancy simultaneously have a significant effect on the success of contract farming betwen PT Bloom Agro with Bangkit Merbabu farmer group. The t test result showed production input, technological support and transparancy of information individually have a  significant efect on the success of contract farming.  Pattern of contract farming that was applied between PT Bloom Agro and Bangkit Merbabu farmer group is a general trading contract. Covid-19 pandemic, climatic condition and limitation of education were found to be the inhibiting factors that farmers faced in the implementation of contract farming. PT Bloom Agro can provide  more intensive assistance and training about contract farming to increase farmer’s knowledge and skill for sustainability of contract farming.

Abstract

PT Telkom Akses (PTTA) is a subsidiary of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk (Telkom) which share owned entirely by Telkom. PT Telkom Akses is engaged in the business of providing construction services and network infrastructure management. Data collection manually can result in slow data management and will have an impact on the workflow of PT. Telkom Akses 3 Ilir Palembang. There will be a lot of damaged or duplicated data and finding data will be difficult. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a system that can collect data on incoming and outgoing goods, namely a Web-based Inventory System. The development of this inventory system uses the CodeIgniter3 Framework and Scrum methodology. Scrum is one of the methods that uses the Agile principal, which refers to team collaboration, product incremental, and iterative processes to achieve goals. The results of the evaluation of system testing using the black-box testing method show that the developed system can run well and as expected. Hopefully with the present of this system, it can help PT Telkom Akses 3 Ilir Palembang in performing incoming and outgoing goods data collection. Abstract

Perkembangan komputer semakin pesat terutama sebagai media komunikasi data. Salah satu bentuk nyata dari evolusi teknologi adalah berkembangnya media informasi online seperti website yang dapat diakses di seluruh dunia selama terhubung dengan jaringan internet tanpa dibatasi oleh ruang dan waktu. Kerentanan keamanan sistem jaringan komputer adalah kelemahan dalam sistem yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh satu atau lebih penyerang untuk melakukan serangan yang dapat membahayakan kerahasiaan, integritas, atau ketersediaan suatu sistem. Sehingga diperlukan penerapan keamanan yang lebih baik, pada proyek ini dilakukan analisis keamanan website dengan metode scanning dan perhitungan metrik keamanan dengan pengukuran pada sistem informasi Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS) pada website Sistem informasi kepegawaian di lingkungan Pemerintah , melalui metode Scanning Vulnerability Assessments untuk menganalisa keamanan pada website. Abstract

Since the onset of green revolution in Indonesia, insecticides have become an indispensable tool to manage insect pests. However, the increasing concern over human and environmental health, coupled with the establishment of insecticide-resistance insect populations, has urged the reduction of chemical insecticide use. But as safer novel technologies suffer in their availability, result reliability, practicality, and cost-results efficiency that farmers seek; chemical insecticides remain the option for many farmers. Understanding insecticides availability to Indonesian farmers and their current uses and situation. The pin point was made to maximize their effectiveness and later reduce risk caused by their use. Pyrethroid was the most registered insecticide group followed by other broad-spectrum insecticide groups, such as organophosphates and carbamates. Insect insecticide resistances have been evaluated for many major insect pests in high-value commodities and staple crops, unfortunately it misses several important species. This review used initial data to demonstrate knowledge gaps that still require further research and suggested research themes which may counter these opportunities. Besides, it suggests a working framework to enhance technology adoption by farmers. Reducing chemical insecticide should be a common goal and a collaborative effort, and in order to divert the adverse effects while maximizing their effectivity in the field.

Abstract

Through Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Information Disclosure, the government has begun to open a portal for information disclosure for the public, including persons with disabilities who are blind. Therefore, we need an android application based on voice over for the blind in West Java for the needs of digital public information requests and evaluate the application based on the ease of service access, the accuracy of the data, and information requested. This research uses qualitative methods and the type of research is action research. The interview technique was the method chosen to collect data and then used Miles and Huberman analysis techniques in the form of data reduction and presentation and drawing conclusions. From this study, it was found that the West Java Si Votun application for the blind was good. Judging from the ease of access, the operation is easy, the accuracy of the data provided is precise, and the narrative details are easy to understand.

Abstract

AbstractCovid-19 Pandemic was greaty impact on education in Indonesia. The learning process which was performed at the school but now learning do from home with online learning. Using of information technology is very helpful on learning process in the Covid-19 virus. Online based learning used in this study is learning that utilizes the use of Whatsapp in information communication tools. However, there are some obstacles in he process of implementing learning at UPT SDN 1 Margakaya such as not all students can take part in the online learning process because of the weak internet network and not all guardians of students have handphone andenthusiastic in participating in the online based learning process. This research was conducted to determine the role of information technology in online learning during Covid-19 Pandemic of UPT SDN 1 Margakaya. This research method uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The result of this research is that the whatsapp application based learning has an important role in the implementation of learning, the other than that there are factors that greatly influence the learning process when carried out online during the Covid-19 Pandemic.Keywords : Covid-19 Pandemic, Online learning, Information Technology

Abstract

Smartphone addiction is a dangerous problem among students, including students at MTs Kesuma LKMD. The preliminary study found 11 students out of 38 total class VII students in the high-level smartphone addiction category. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of information services in overcoming smartphone addiction in madrasa students. The focus of this research is to overcome the level of smartphone addiction in these students through information services. This type of research is action research counseling guidance class (PTBK) with a one group pre-test and post-design model. The subjects of this study were 38 students of class VII MTs Kesuma LKMD, with a sample of 11 students, using cluster random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that information services are effective in overcoming smartphone addiction in madrasa students, this can be seen from the results of a significant comparison, starting from the pre-research stage 89% experienced a decrease in smartphone addiction in the first cycle (71%), and obtained the category low by 52% (cycle II).
