Abstract

The priority of tourism development in Indonesia covers the development of home stay, digitization, and air connectivity. The purpose of this study is to explore the utilization of ICT in its relation to distribution channels used by home stay owners in Ubud as a form of small-medium business owned by local communities. Data collection techniques used were stratified random sampling, secondary research, focus group discussion and in-depth interview. Through qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, the results of this study concluded that most of home stays in Ubud is familiar with ICT and has now become a major distribution channel that contributes greatly to the occupancy of home stay.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di daya tarik wisata budaya Museum Gedong Arca kabupaten Gianyar. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin yang menghasilkan 100 responden dengan permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan petugas tourist information di daya tarik wisata budaya Museum Gedong Arca yang bertujuan untuk dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan referensi tentang kualitas pelayanan guna untuk meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan baik mancanegara maupun domestik ke Museum Gedong Arca Gianyar.Karyawan atau petugas tourist information di daya tarik wisata Museum Gedong Arca sangat berperan penting dalam kepuasaan wisatawan yang berkunjung, dimana muculnya berbagai persepsi dan penilaian wisatawan terhadap kualitas pelayanan petugas informasi di Museum Gedong Arca, yang perlu dikaji secara mendalam dan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada wisatawan mancanegara dan domestik yang berkunjung, sehingga memperoleh penilaian wisatawan terhadap kualitas pelayanan petugas tourist information. Penelitian ini menggunakan lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan yaitu: bukti fisik (tangible), keandalan (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), empati (emphaty) dengan hasil kualitas pelayanan petugas tourist information pada daya tarik wisata budaya Museum Gedong Arca adalah baik dengan indeks kepuasan responden sebesar 4.05.

Abstract

Jepara is a city called carving city because it has a large furniture and carving industrypotential. Tahunan Subdistrict is an area located in Jepara regency with the biggest potential of the furniture industry compared to other districts. Everyone who wants to buy furniture from Tahunan may visit the showroom which is located not far from the main road because of the limited information about the potential of furniture, especially small and medium business category in less strategic locations. Judging from these problems, it is necessary to make an information system about the potential of furniture in Tahunan district based on android that is easy to use and integrated with Geographic Information System (GIS) to make it  easier for users to find directions to the location. The system development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) with Construct 2 as the maker of the application.

Abstract

The Sea Beach Cahaya is one of the rising beach attractions in Kendal Regency, Central Java. In general, the tourism object of The Sea Pantai Cahaya still does not use many computer systems in their daily lives. As with tourism ticket purchases and also entrance tickets, vehicles that still use ticket paper as proof of payment, it is often disrupted if it is still fussing with the queue conditions and questions by visitors. On the other hand, report data collection is still considered slow.One way to overcome the above problems is to make a ticket payment system that is computerized using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method, replace paper tickets with a card model and also use the network to shorten report generation.

Abstract

Abstract: Education Management Information System (EMIS) at MAN 5 Sleman is a one-door online madrasah data collection but in reality there are still often problems such as the National Student Registration Number (NISN) is not appropriate, NISN is not found and there is student data that is not found / lost in the application EMIS. This has resulted in its own constraints in managing EMIS data at MAN 5 Sleman. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of EMIS in MAN 5 Sleman and the effect on the success of students taking the National Computer Based Test (UNBK). The benefit of this research is that the wider community knows that MAN 5 Sleman in data management has used an online system called EMIS, so that data that is at MAN 5 Sleman can be accessed anytime and anywhere. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative methods, while the data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation with the data validity test by means of triangulation

Abstract

The advance of information technologies has brought tremendous impact in library service at higher education. This situation give the fact that library should give information literacy teaching for students to support their academic performance. Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL), has determined competency standards of information Literacy for higher education. These competency standards consist of 5 standards and 24 performance indicators which can be used as guidance for any librarian in academic library to develop information literacy program. Tertiary Educational institutions in Indonesia which are not isolated from the changes occurred globally should respond with this trend that is teaching information literacy for the students. Several obstacles that hinder the program of information literacy in academic library in Indonesia are discussed. The obstacles should be figure out systematically in order to enhance our educational qualities in the future.Kata Kunci: Information literacy, perguruan tinggi

Abstract

This article discusses information literacy curriculum (IL) in college. The concept of information literacy translated from researchers IL among others from the American Library Association, ACRL, CILIP, and SCONUL. IL standard model widely adopted by universities around the world, the Seven pillars of information literacy and Information literacy competency standards for higher education. Information literacy framework is a grand strategy for the implementation of the IL program at a university, institution or country. Libraries need to organize IL workshops and training IL that is both classical and also develop material IL that can be accessed online. To develop an IL model / standard appropriate to the Indonesian context, we can start from scratch or adopt the mode /standard that already exists.

Abstract

Abstrak   Penggunaan sistem secara manual banyak dijumpai beberapa kesulitan, diantarannya kurang efektif dan efisien dalam melakukan pengolahan data. Selama ini Dinas PSDA Provinsi Jawa Tengah sudah memakai komputer untuk melakukan pendataan pegawai dengan menggunakan microsoft excel. Banyaknya data pegawai menjadi masalah dalam proses pencarian data dan perubahan data pegawai sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendukung integritas data, kemudahan pengaksesan, dan kemudahan pengelolaan sehingga dapat mendukung kelancaran pelaksanaan dan fungsi dalam bidang administrasi kepegawaian yang efektif dan efisien pada Dinas PSDA Provinsi Jawa Tengah Melalui sistem informasi kepegawaian, pegawai dapat langsung mengubah data pribadi dan melihat hasil penilaian DP3. Pimpinan juga memiliki kemudahan akses saat membutuhkan data pegawainya.   Kata Kunci Sistem Informasi, kepegawaian, PSDA.

Abstract

Sektor Pariwisata memberikan kontribusi besar dalam pembangunan daerah, TIC (Touris Information Center) Kabupaten Jepara, merupakan layanan informasi untuk calon pengunjung tentang obyek wisata yang terdapat dikabupaten Jepara, Sistem Informasi Geografis TIC Kabupaten Jepara dengan Google Maps V3 berbasis web merupakan sarana media informasi untuk memberikan informasi geografis obyek wisata di wilayah kabupaten jepara. Metodelogi yang diterapkan dalam membangun sistem yaitu Metologi Pengembangan Web, data yang didapatkan di TIC Kabupaten Jepara yaitu nama obyek wisata, kecamatan, deskripsi obyek wisata, Lat dan Lang obyek wisata di  Google Maps, data tersebut yang selanjutnya untuk di implementasikan ke aplikasi web SIG. Fasilitas yang diberikan kepada pengunjung web atau calon turis berupa peta utama yaitu Google Maps, Fasilitas menampilkan jenis wisata, Fasilitas Pencarian Rute, dan Fasilitas Deteksi Lokasi.Dengan fasilitas tersebut pengunjung atau calon wisatawan mendapatkan informasi tentang obyek wisata dan informasi geografis Kabupaten Jepara tidak terbatas waktu dan tempat karena sistem yang dibangun berbasis web. The purpose of making this information system is to build a System for Control and Monitoring Sales Information based web on PT.SusanPhoto Album. The success of the manufacturing information system control and monitoring of web-based sales at PT. Susan Photo Album on the mark in the absence of which means that the stock minus the existing stock is in conformity with the stock in the information system (computer).
