Peran radio telah mengalami perkembangan dan perubahan yang signifikan. Radio Sonora 93.3 FM Bandung merupakan salah satu radio yang memedulikan kesehatan masyarakat. Pesan-pesan kesehatan disisipkan dalam acara SONAR (Song Information and Reports). Melalui acara ini, pendengar bebas terhibur sekaligus teredukasi melalui informasi kesehatan yang disampaikannya. SONAR menjalin kerjasama dengan beberapa rumah sakit ternama di Bandung sehingga informasi yang disampaikan lebih meyakinkan dan menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan bagaimana radio Sonora mengomunikasikan pesan-pesan kesehatan melalui acara SONAR. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori komunikasi kesehatan sebagai dasar dan dikembangkan melalui konsep promosi program kesehatan yang menggunakan media radio. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah Radio Sonora. Paradigma penelitian ini menggunakan konstruktivisme dan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program SONAR dilakukan dengn pendekatan persuasif yang mendepankan karakter kepenyiaran. Simpulan dan manfaat penelitian ini adalah pemirsa mendapatkan pengetahuan kesehatan yang lebih baik langsung dari para pakarnya. Designing a machine maintenance and maintenance system in a company organization is needed to improve the company's ability in business competition in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, the use of IoT (Internet of things), Human Machine Interface (HMI) makes it easier to develop a machine monitoring system, one of which is to carry out the system. Machine Daily Checklist before operating the machine to carry out the production process. Sudden machine failure during the production process is the failure of the operator when doing an initial check of the machine before it is operated, the difficulty of filling the checklist machine when starting the initial check is an opportunity for the development of a method with an error prevention system (Fool Proof System) or previously with the Japanese term Poka Yoke System. The design of the Fool Proof Information System (FPIS) system is a machine checking system that is programmed using a touch screen panel before the operator runs the machine for the production process. The machine component abnormalities before the machine breakdown can be seen by the operator before starting the production process. Autonomous maintenance with FPIS can be done quickly, precisely and accurately so that the machine part life is well maintained and the production process can meet the targets set by the company organization.

Zakat is one of the obligations that need to be carried out by Muslims. Baznas has made significant advancements and advances in the zakat program through the use of digital technology, such as online zakat payments. It is the goal of this research to determine whether or not the digital zakat system's installation and impact on Baznas's acceptance of zakat funds. As a result of the study, Baznas and muzakki can save time and money by digitizing zakat and using it to collect zakat funds digitally. The collecting of zakat funds should also be made more open to the public, transparent, enormous, and effective. Through bank transfers, websites, QR code scans, and social media, Baznas aims to digitize zakat. Due to lack of socialization and promotion by Baznas to the community and some people's unwillingness to pay their zakat digitally, the community hasn't felt the full impact of the digitalization system from its website and QR code.

In most cases, the ability of a government to carry out its mission and run its operations hinges on the administrative reality that is the result of administration and its formulation. Achieving the principle of human protection is the overarching goal of the law. Law and administrative law often reach their final conclusions through the imposition of sanctions. In order to protect and strengthen national unity and integrity in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and in the best interest of the country, the use and application of Information Technology (ITE) must continue to develop. This law was passed in 2008 as part of Law No. 11. Moreover, the government must back the objective by fostering the growth of IT and legal infrastructure and regulations to ensure that IT is used safely to prevent its misuse, respecting the religious and socio-cultural norms of the Indonesian people. When it comes to state administrative law systems, what exactly do "legal actions" mean, and how do electronic and information systems factor into the administration of these systems? Diverse parties require more extensive, pertinent, exhaustive, and timely information to aid decision-making. This research aims to determine how financial information quality (FIQ) affects voluntary disclosure (VD), particularly when it is moderated by corporate culture (CC). We employed two stages of data collection. The first stage was carried out by distributing questionnaires to company accountants, auditors, and educator accountants concerning the FIQ, CC, and VD. The selected respondents were considered competent with the intended research topic to obtain the respondents' objective and professional perceptions of the distributed questionnaires. The second stage was conducting semi-structured interviews with the competent participants to obtain their professional judgments on the variables studied. The data was processed using a variance-based approach to answer the constructed hypotheses. The study proposed that high-quality financial information could significantly influence the increase of VD. This study also showed that an opened CC could strengthen VD. The supervisory role of top management and the board is crucial to producing reliable, high-quality financial information and building a more open CC. It also influences the growth of VD, reduces information asymmetry, and increases capital market investment transactions.Â

Central processing post office in Bandung is a division of PT. Pos Indonesia is in charge of all postal shipments, from the sender to the intended recipient. The main issue raised by this study is the slow process of POS SPP Bandung receiving and delivering goods.This study uses a descriptive research method, from the research that has been done, there are factors that hinder the process of receiving and delivering goods at POS SPP Bandung, as they still use a system that we consider less efficient and less efficient, so it will Interfere with the process of receiving and delivering goods. Therefore, in this paper, a Goods Delivery Information System was designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and implemented using PHP programming language, Framework Code version 4 and MySQL database. With this application system, it is expected that employees can make it easier and speed up the process of inputting goods into and out of the Bandung SPP Post office.

The Sinergi Atap Negeri Foundation is a legal and independent non-profit social foundation with the goal of becoming a halfway house facilitator for needy patients and families. The purpose of this study is to create a data management information system for assisted patients to aid in data management, patient submissions, and data transactions at the Sinergi Atap Negeri Foundation, thereby making work more effective and efficient. The waterfall method is used in software development to collect data from previous studies through observations, interviews, and literature studies. The Sinergi Atap Negeri Foundation's patient data management system, according to the analysis, is still manual, whereas previously data management could only be managed by one foundation administrator and accessed by anyone. Given these concerns, researchers are encouraged to develop a web-based application using PHP, the Codeigniter 3 framework, and Mysql as a database. It is hoped that this information system will improve the performance of foundation employees by making data entry easier and faster, as well as avoiding data loss errors from a security standpoint.

Population or demography is the study of the dynamics of the human population. Demographics includes the size, structure and distribution of a population, and how the population changes over time as a result of births, deaths, migration, and aging. The current population system is still using the manual method, namely using the form provided by the Pajajaran Village, which is deemed less effective and efficient, therefore, there are often miscalculations of the number of residents when reporting to the Cicendo District, Bandung City. This study aims to analyze and design a population system. The design of this population information system uses PHP Native programming and MySQL Database Management System. With the existence of a web-based information system, it is hoped that it will facilitate the making of valid and not fictitious population reports

COVID-19 has changed universities in managing processes and services with more relevant systems. This is a challenge for universities to design strategies both during and after this pandemic ends. This study aims to apply the methodology and design principles of COBIT 2019 to adapt the operational model and strategic planning of higher education institutions in the post-pandemic period. The COVID-19 challenge has shown that digital information systems are a critical factor in ensuring robust business processes. This study uses Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta as a case study, the results of calculation of institutional capability level are currently in the range of level 3 with desired capability level target being level 4, this means that governance in the agency has been carried out according to plan but is not ready to implement fully used after the pandemic. This research produces several that are useful as the best adaptation in the New Normal era.

Gamelan Data Repository: The Implementation of Information and Communication Technology Preserving the Balinese Traditional Musical Orchestra Gede Rasben Dantes

As the knowledge to build Balinese orchestra are passed down from generation to another within the clan, the orchestras across makers and across areas in Bali show subtle but distinctive differences in their tones, which may be altered when the knowledge is passed down manually. Research aimed at digitalizing these distinct differences in the creations of the Balinese Orchestra across craftsmen clans in Bali is conducted as an effort for preserving the unique differences produced by the respective clans through the development of a system prototype and database for storing the tones in the orchestra sets. The steps design to attain these purposes comprised of (1) analyzing the needs of preserving the Balinese Orchestra and mapping the problems faced by traditional craftsmen in maintaining standard tones; (2) designing a system to record the standard tones among craftsmen in Bali, i.e. sampling two most two groups of craftsmen from two regencies recognized as having the most distinctive tones in Bali, namely South of Bali and North of Bali; (3) developing the prototype; and (4) developing the database of Balinese Orchestra. When the database is ready, it will provide a reference for craftsmen to standardize their sets according to the intended tradition while opening a wide possibility of uses ranging from evaluation to the creation of collaborative musical compositions across media, while at the same time preserving the standardized tone in digitalized storage.
