Batu Aji which has 21 rooms Currently in Batu Aji only about 30% of the rooms have been occupied by room tenants, since the Covid-19 pandemic and the absence of promotional media from Homestay is less well known to the general public resulting in many unfilled rooms. This study discusses the Covid-19 virus outbreak throughout the world which paralyzes all levels of society, including the world of education. Therefore, educational institutions need to find solutions so that teaching and learning activities can continue. The purpose of writing this article is to describe the role of education management information systems and information technology in the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method of writing this article is a literacy study. The results of the literacy study show that management information systems and information technology play a very important role in distance learning. Information technology acts as a container or learning tool, while information systems act as the brain in distance learning. However, before implementing distance learning, educational institutions need to provide several things such as distance learning infrastructure and ICT literacy for educators and students. These things are very important in achieving distance learning success.

This study tested the hypothesis developed by Chenhall and Morris (1986) and aims to examine the effect of management information system characteristics of management accounting and decentralization on managerial performance. This study uses contingency theory as a grand theory because the theory of the contingency approach is based on the premise that no management accounting system is always appropriate for all types of companies. This study was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. This study used a survey method using a questionnaire with 41 respondents consisting of 5 area managers and 36 supervisors at one pharmaceutical company in Bali province. The results showed that the characteristics of management accounting system information in broadscope, timeliness, aggregation, and integration did not affect managerial performance. It is because managers and supervisors do not fully use the information of the existing management accounting system, so the information management accounting system does not contribute to decision-making that will impact managerial performance. The results of this study are not in line with previous research, but this research supports the contingency theory approach. The decentralization variable has a significant effect on managerial performance. These results support previous research showing that delegating authority from officials to lower-level officials can assist management in making decisions better to improve managerial performance.

Objective: The general purpose of this research is to design an information system based on the application of blood characteristics testing on platelets to increase the impact of vibration by using a "Blood Shaker Machine" examined through a Haematology Analyzer (HA) and Peripheral Blood Smear (SADT) at any changes in the increase in vibration. Method: The method used in this study is to design an application-based system on the "Blood Shaker Machine" and test the increase in vibration on changes in blood quality both in terms of the number and morphology of the platelets. Result: Significant changes in the morphology of erythrocytes and platelets in the 10 Hz vibration group for 15 minutes also indicated a change in the quality of blood cells, both erythrocytes and platelets. Conclusion: There is a significant difference in erythrocyte morphology changes between before and after being vibrated at 10 Hz with a p value of 0.014 and There is a significant difference in platelet morphology between before and after being vibrated at 10 Hz with a p value of 0.000.

The availability of an adequate final disposal a necessity for an area. The waste processing process consists of the stages of transportation, management, final disposal to waste utilization. Waste management in urban areas requires a final disposal that must meet environmental feasibility standards. Problems encountered in the current waste management at the capital city of Bangka Belitung Province, final disposal Parit 6 was already overloaded and still uses the Open Dumping method, and there are limitations in the availability of urban land. The purpose of this study was to selection for the regional solid waste final disposal (RSWFD) in accordance with the characteristics of the local location and the directions in the Spatial Plans of the Province of Bangka Belitung. The method used is a quantitative analysis method by calculating the need for the land area of the waste landfill based on population projections and waste generation. And the model used by the Geography Information System (GIS) in the form of ArcGIS 10.5 is overlaid using parameters based on (SNI 03- 3241-1994). The final result of the research is a recommendation for a RSWFD location for Bangka Island in accordance with the needs, feasibility and availability of existing land.
